Despite some needed maintenance, this was a phenomenal room and we will definitely be back!

Location was perfect and beautiful. I have had the worst luck with uncomfortable beds, so i was very relieved that the bed was very comfortable. Shower products were lovely. The tub and view were gorgeous.

I would recommend some general maintenance of the room before renting it out. For a weeks stay, the shower products were low and we almost ran out of toilet paper. We had to tighten the handles on the closet because they almost fell off. We also tightened the toilet seat because it almost slid off every time we used it. The bath tub faucet needs to be secured. There was mold/mildew in the grout of the shower. The fridge was annoying and kept making loud popping sounds(kept waking us up). There were ants coming out from under the wall by the trash can. We kept emptying and moving the trash can but the ants were persistent. Some things I would recommend would be: a second chair, something to heat food like a microwave, and something to keep the bathroom door open (we kept it open most of the time for airflow and the door kept rolling closed).

A great place!

Lovely location - picture outlook from the bed & bath were to die for!!

My wife has 2 x new knees & she had a bit of an issue with the outside rugged steps. No problem however for a person without these issues.

Everything! The remoteness, the space, the quiet and there was a local pub & supermarket 15 mins walk away.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Kulisse

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht und der Name war Programm. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, die Betten bequem und die Ausstattung, einschließlich WiFi trugen dazu bei, dass wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Hervorzuheben sind die 2 Terrassen, die zum Zimmer gehöhrten. Von beiden hatte man einen herrlichen Blick über die Umgebung/Berge. Wanaka war mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, in der man gern ein paar Tage länger verweilt hätte.

Lovely views but disappointing

Beautiful views and lovely mountain range painting in the bathroom.

Didnt have a microwave or any cooking facilities or a tv. As it was quite a long way from town would have expected these facilities. A loose bedside mat was slippery and the outside steps were high with no railing, difficult if you had mobility issues

Amazing place to relax

It was absolutely amazing! One of the best places we‘ve stayed in so far. The view was fantastic, the place is spacious and the bath tub is really great!

Nice location. A little more attention to detail and cleaning would've been nice.

Location was fantastic. Nice view and easy walk to Hello Ranger cafe and nearby shop for supplies.

Was a last minute booking so maybe limited time to clean and set up the room? It was pretty hot and dusty when we stayed and we could seen outdoor dirt over surfaces, and the shower floor could do with a good scrub. The front patio area really needed weeding and sweeping.

נוף מהמם , אבל החדר והציוד בו...כנראה עקב המחיר הנמוך... מאוד דל

מקום האירוח היה מעט מפתיע אבל המחיר כנראה מצדיק זאת (מאוד זול יחסית לניו זילנד)...לחובת המקום יש לציין את הנוף המהמם שנראה כמו מגלויה וזה אולי מכסה מעט על הדברים הפחות טובים במקום האירוח

מקום האירוח היה קטן מאוד. היה בו עובש במקלחת (בוצע לבקשתנו ניקוי ע"י האחראית).... נראה שאנחנו הראשונים במקום אחרי הרבה זמן לפי כמה דברים .. היה דל בציוד עד לרמת קומקום מים חמים שכבל חשמל קצר חייב שימוש רק בשקעי הרצפה. ... נראה שהמקום מתאים יותר לתרמילאים המגיעים למעבר למקום הבא...

Breathtaking views, cosy and modern interior, great location and value for money.

Close to town, stunning views of the mountain from the bedroom and bathroom, very stylish yet comfortable and warm room, lovely shower, easy to check in, good value for money.

The view was great. The bed was comfy. Cute room and big shower and bath

The rooms could have microwaves in them, that was annoying because the nights that we didn’t want to eat out we were forced to because we couldn’t heat anything up. The bath leaked when it was filled so after filling it, 10 minutes later you would be sitting in a completely empty bath. We were filling up our water bottles with the bath tap.

Wonderful stay - 100% recommend

Was a wunderful stay! Really lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Only thing I would improve is the fridge. It can get somewhat noisy during the night.

The privacy! Location on Google Maps is out of sync but lovely 🥰 The Mountain View cottage shud have a little more privacy from the car park! the sit out is visible and maybe a small hedge or a screen can be put at the car park level so the sit out is hidden!

Superb

The location and view was phenomenal, very clean and tidy. I like they used the eco store products, very sustainable and the big shower was lovely.

A larger lone standing ironing board would be great and the drain plug in the bath tub wasn't 100% sealable so water was draining out as I was in it but that's all :)

Nice property, great views but privacy an issue.

Nice views from the room and patio and great size room. Very clean and nice toiletries and amenities. Host was very attentive and great to deal with. Good on-site parking.

Privacy was an issue. Floor to ceiling windows into the bedroom and the bathroom faced the front of the property so while there is some trees and foliage that offers some privacy, if anyone was to walk past your room or come to your door, they are looking directly at you in the shower, bath or in bed. There is only block out blinds so if you want any privacy you block out the views and all the light. Would be great if they could add some sheer blinds to allow for some privacy but still take in the views and have some light in the room. The hot afternoon sun sets directly on the windows so, as to keep the room cool, again, you have to keep the curtains closed. There is no air conditioning so room heats up very quickly. There is a small fan hater in the room, it didn’t get cold while we where there, but would question if it would be adequate in the winter given the size of the room - again, did not use it so it might be fine. For some bizarre reason the mirror in the bathroom was not above the sink and on the opposite wall, there is a small pedestal mirror near the vanity but made shaving and general grooming annoying. There was only one coffee plunger so making coffee every morning one at a time was also annoying, would be good to have two coffee plungers.

great location on a hill in a residential area. Fantastic view of the mountains. beautiful garden. Room is bright and airy and very well designed. very comfortable bed.

In a peaceful and quiet location but still within a 6mins drive to town centre.
