Amazing heated pool home near the beach in perfect condition after recent hurricanes! Bring the whole family to this relaxing oasis for an unforgettable vacation. Huge quartz island in updated kitchen with room for 10! Lots of beds, oversized screened-in beautiful lanai living space with pool, grill, couches, outdoor dining and big TV. You won't want to leave the lanai, but you will also be just a few miles to the nearest beach. Access to so many great Gulf beaches! We can't wait to host you!

This home was exactly as it showed on VRBO. Property manager was absolutely amazing! Looking to stay again in the future! Close to EVERYTHING!!

The property was ready when we got there.
There were plenty of beach AND shower towels. There were pool toys and beach chairs. The "cage" for the pool was delivered, but not assembled, but it only meant the kids had to jump out of the pool to chase the beachball/ basketball.
Any questions and issues that we had were promptly addressed by the owners.
We really like spending the week there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was even better than the pictures depicted. It had everything that was needed as far as creature comforts and cooking needs. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating. We highly recommend this home and is high on our list when returning to the area.

The house was nice and as expected from the pictures. I stayed with my 2 children and their families and there was plenty of room for us all. Unfortunately the pool cage was gone because of the hurricane but that was not the fault of the owner. We did feel that we were being watched a little too much by the owners, but other than that it was an enjoyable stay

The outside was a little overgrown. It was not a big deal, but we did have to walk around the trees to get to the front door. The bedrooms were good, it would be nice to use some sort of closet thing in the master room if the closet must be locked. The kitchen is amazing and so is the pool area. Both bathrooms were great too. The check-in/out book is a great reference for local options of to-dos. Plus it has a list of the expectations which is great when leaving to reference.

My family stayed at this house over spring break. The house is fine if you’re ok being watched. They have surveillance cameras all over the property. The beds are hard. The first night of our stay we did have an extra guest stay (as her property wasn’t ready) the owners called me right away and I apologized for the extra guest for one night. The owner was ok with my apology and we moved on. The owner is blaming me for things we didn’t do…scratch on refrigerator the list goes on and she can’t provide “before” pictures to prove it was my damage…she has already charged me for items I didn’t damage. I don’t want anyone to have to deal with any of this on vacation so I would not recommend this house. I now have to deal with getting my attorney involved to get my $$$$ returned. Good times! I feel we may have been targeted by the owners maybe because we are a biracial family…who know. Terrible experience!

Great Winter Getaway
We rented this home for five weeks. It is nicely decorated, has plenty of pool/beach toys to play with, and several great beaches are within a short drive. The house itself is very nice, and the owners have refurbed it very tastefully
The presentation of the home in the VRBO photos does not do it justice. The home is much nicer in person .....
We were very happy with our rental, and would rent this home again, but we would have preferred the ability to park in the garage, and maybe be able to hang our clothes in the master bedroom.
Other than those few minor issues, this is a house we would rent again.

Great Winter Florida Escape
This property was spacious, updated, clean and appealing for Girlfriend Winter Escape. The heated pool was perfect when this years Florida temps were cooler than normal. Just a short drive to Manasota Key, which is my new favorite gulf beach. Will definitely be back.

The house was updated and clean. It’s close to many attractions, good restaurants, golf courses, and shopping centers. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. There’s comfortable outdoor furniture inside a screened in lanai. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in that area.

The house was beautiful and described well in description. The bikes were a nice bonus! The amenities listed included a heated pool. I must have missed the part about the extra cost of having the heater turned on for $25/day. IMO that should be included in the cost of the rental. The location was approx. 20 mins from the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I would verify with the owners that the cleaning lady knows the time of check out so she doesn't wake you up at 7AM to clean (not owners fault). But overall, it was an enjoyable, smooth experience.

Perfect Getaway!
If you are looking for clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable place to stay, this is it! The layout was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the pool, location and everything about this house. Kandi is wonderful to work with. We hope to return soon!

The property was very nice, clean , spacious, quiet neighborhood, nice pool and patio. The grill came in handy, location was fairly close to the beach and overall just great, very comfy stay. We Will come again, thank you very much.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautifully renovated home. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Close to the beach and centrally located to everything you need on a beach vacation.

Perfect House
Matt and Kandi were awesome to work with and the perfect hosts. The house was beautiful and WE loved the kitchen island that extended out as the dining or activity table. The pool was clean and a perfect bonus for our family trip. The additional amenities that came with the house like board games and bicycles provided great activities when not at the beach. The location was within minutes of the beach and the house sat at the end of a very quiet street. All in all, I would recommend this property if you’re looking for the perfect house that checks all the boxes for a family vacation.

The property layout was perfect and it was geographically positioned well for plenty of activities. It was great for the my wife and I as well as the kids.
The property owners were fantastic to work with. I would absolutely rent with them again.

Good place for families with kids
The home was very nice and clean. large kitchen island big enough for all 7 of us to sit together and eat , many TVs , sand toys , bikes to ride , beach chairs. The kids loved the pool but it was to cold for most of the Adults.

Work trip in Englewood
Kandi and Matt made it very easy from check in to check out, the house was beautiful, especially the island in the kitchen. Although I was only staying there for work I could see myself staying again for leisure!
