Stunning 2600 sq. ft. townhouse loaded with all the bells and whistles capable of sleeping 8 guests comfortably. The first floor has all the toys for a fun stay including, large flat screen TV with Sony PlayStation. shuffleboard, bumper pool, Golden Tee as well as a propane BBQ grill. The second/main level offers a well-stocked kitchen including a blender and margarita bar with all the fixings (just bring your own tequila). The open floor plan includes a 70” flat screen TV for a relaxing evening after a long day out in the sun. The sunroom overlooks White Creek, which has access to Indian River Bay. There is an amazing two level deck with beautiful views perfect for a relaxing evening with a bottle of wine. The second level master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking White Creek. The bedroom has its own mini wine and beverage fridge stocked with waters and sodas.

All of this in community offering a pool, water access for kayaking, boating, community pool and just minutes to the best beaches, golfing, shopping and dining.

Our stay there was very nice! Lots of additional amenities! Wine, candy, snacks!! A nice touch! Sheets and towels provided. Love the swing on the porch! One small problem was the air conditioning. Raised the temperature because it was very cold and it would go back to 70 degrees each time. Was not comfortable being so cold. Very nice place to stay. Lovely neighborhood.

We have been going to Beathy Beach for many years. This house was my favorite place so far. It's in great location right behind Weis Markets. Just a short trip to the beach. We also like to fish and crab just a short trip to Holtz state park for fishing. Many great restaurants are near bye. I would definitely book this place again. Thanks again for the use of your home.

Our family of 8 adults stayed comfortably for a week. The master suite is very spacious. The other two bedrooms upstairs were tight, but adequate. The overall space in the home accommodated is well. Shawn and Jen are great hosts and very responsive. You can see they want to give their guests a great experience. It was an easy 7-10 minute drive to the beach and only a few minutes from Evans Park which had an awesome playground for little ones, a nice walking path, a Ninja warrior course for kids and/or adults, and 3 pickle ball courts which we enjoyed. The back patio overlooking the water was a very peaceful and relaxing space to enjoy.

We had a wonderful week. The house was immaculately clean on arrival. It was stocked with everything you needed. Shawn promptly responded to any questions. The pictures you view on line accurately reflect the home. I would definitely recommend to family and friends

The place was great. Although the floors were a little dirty, by the looks of our socks at the end of the “first” day, but overall was clean. Also the bedrooms are a little tight. Overall We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren.

This was our first stay and it was so easy to book, pay, and check in. The owners were super responsive to questions and had everything set for our family stay! Detailed instructions, lots of helpful hints about the town, and treats through the house! Kids are already asking to save their $$ and want to go back next year. Thank you Shawn & Jen for everything!!!

Shawn and Jen are wonderful hosts! They are attentive and kind, checking in as needed and answering all of our questions. They keep a beautifully appointed townhouse and the location was perfect for our family. The set up is fantastic and they have everything you may need. We will definitely be going back!

My family and I spent Christmas & New Year’s at this home.. We enjoyed our stay making family memories. The house is fully loaded with dishes, pots and pans. The location have plenty of stores in the area. Shawn & Jenny was very easy to contact if needed! All around beautiful home and we would definitely return!

Second time staying at this townhouse. We loved it so much we had to come back again! Everything is so convenient!. Pool is end of the block and the beach is a short ride. We all enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the beautiful water view! We highly recommend this townhouse!

We went with two families and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is well maintained and well stocked. There is a beautiful view of a small creek that can be accessed from all 3 floors. This was our second year at this house and we had the best time!

The home was great for a big family dynamic, we have all young adult/teen children in our family. Plenty of bathing space and chill out space. Great/easy location to access parks along the Deleware shore line, and nice local town shops/restaurants. Home came with so much such as dishes spices, towels, beach supplies. Just bring clothes, 2 grocery stores within the mile.

Our entire family enjoyed the home. Attractively decorated, comfortable furnishings. Incredibly clean. We especially enjoyed the deck that over looks the Indian river. Wonderful to hear and see the wildlife. The first level is great for young adults and teens. The bikes and kayaks that come with the home are a great bonus. Highly recommend this home. Kathryn

We loved our stay at this property! Beautifully furnished and extremely clean. Five of us adults were at the townhouse and we never felt crowded, always had our private spaces but then would gather on the deck or in sunroom or living room to enjoy our time together. Also a great location close to the beaches and restaurants. We hope to return to this lovely vacation home.

Great property overlooking Whites Creek. Location close to Bethany Beach and Ocean City MD. We went to beach, boardwalk, nearby water park, Assateague Refuge to see the wild ponies, and great seafood dining. We enjoyed the pool and the decks overlooking a beautiful creek and estuary.

This was the most equipped VRBO property we have have rented. It was very clean and we never saw a bug. It was a big plus that our beds were made when we arrived. The bikes were great for the three mile ride to Bethany Beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse very much. It was nicely furnished and well stocked. Great view of the waterway from the back porch. The house was nicely decorated in beach decor but not over the top. Easy 10 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks on the water way. Owners were very responsive to our questions. We would love to stay here again.

You really only need to bring your clothes. This townhouse has all the amenities including paper towels and toilet paper. The grill is ready to go. The place is very clean and comfortable. The view of the creek from the back deck is a big plus -- and the community pool is often empty. Love the opportunity to kayak. We will be back!

Awesome townhouse! Loved our stay! Very comfortable but the King bed in the second bedroom needs to be replaced. It also needs to be moved maybe 6 inches to the left. It's too close to the wall and makes it difficult to get in and out of the bed. Very convenient location. Short drive to the beach. Grocery store is basically around the corner! Pool is also very close. Had a great time!

We planned this trip with my best friend and his family so our boys could have friends on the beach. We found exactly what we were looking for and more! The house was clean and spacious, everyone had their own space but there was also room for us all to make food and hang out together. The location is perfect not only for Bethany Beach, but also for Rehoboth and Ocean City. We had an amazing week full of fun and adventure and we had everything we needed at Ocean View to make it all happen!

This condo is in a great location, close to stores, restaurants, and a reasonable drive to the beach. The condo is very close to the pool, and the pool is beautiful, we also met some very nice families there. Washer and dryer worked great. When we arrived there was an issue with the cleaning, but the owners did everything they could to resolve the issues. Also, owners were very responsive whenever we communicated. We liked sitting on the porch in the evening . Master bed was comfortable, bed in one of the guest rooms was very hard. Carpets in the condo need to be replaced, especially in stair areas, and the couch in the livingroom needs to be cleaned.
