About this villa rental
It is located in a complex of 3 villas which belongs entirely to us, sharing a superb 120m2 infinity pool. One of the three villas is our home where we live. So we have the pleasure, while remaining very discreet, of being at your disposal at any time.
The complex is located just 1km from the center of the most beautiful village in Paros named Naoussa.
Accommodation capacity: up to 10 people.
On the ground floor we find a beautiful living room with fireplace, plasma TV and a dining table for 10 people. On the same level, are also located, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a large double bed in 180, a bathroom and a terrace with dining table, overlooking the garden, the pool and views of the sea.
On the first floor we find two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed in 160 and another bedroom with 2 single beds united in 90, sharing a bathroom with shower.
Two balconies with magnificent sea views and a large terrace with two sun loungers complete the ideal image.
On level -1 is a very large space with high ceilings and natural light, comprising two bedrooms each with 2 single 90 cm beds that can be joined, a bathroom with shower and an auxiliary living room with TV and fridge.
The floors communicate by internal stairs.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
A few words about us: With a lot of love and respect for Paros we have created the new complex of elegant holiday homes 'Naoussa Bay Villas', upscale and with Cycladic architecture, for all those whose vision of holidays ideal is located in a natural, refined and warm environment, where you find the comfort of your own home and where simplicity is luxury. The complex is ideally located, as its name suggests, in Naoussa Bay, on a large area of 16,000 m2 and is surrounded by vineyards and flower gardens, just 1 km from the city center. It thus has the privilege of being near the center of the village without the visitor losing the absolute sense of nature. Indeed the villas are less than 5 minutes by car, or if you prefer a 20 minute walk along the sea, from the center of Naoussa, which is the village considered one of the most beautiful of all the Cyclades. and indisputably the place not to be missed in Paros, with its famous and picturesque fishing port, its many small restaurants, its cafes, bars and nightclubs, all in the Cycladic style, as well as its pretty shops and shops remaining open until late at night. The renowned Kolymbithres and Monastiri beaches as well as the Paros water park are also a 5-minute drive away. In this way our location allows you to make the most of the island by making it particularly easy for you to get your supplies as well as your outings, day and especially at night, without having to worry about the route to take.
