The real property is beautifully situated with a golf course view. However, I paid over $2,000 for two nights and received a disappointing stay in a home that was poorly maintained.
There were no kitchen towels or hot pads in the kitchen. The sponges were grungy and should be replaced between guest stays. The k-cups and dishwashing tabs were in a different room that took us a day to find. Some of the baking pans were black from burnt on oil and food.
The throw pillows in the living room had tattered edges. The chandelier in the great room had 3 of the 5 light bulbs burnt out.
One of the bathroom sinks in the master had the hot water completely turned off. My bath towel in the master had a large hole in it.
I had previously confirmed with the management team that the gas grill on the back patio was ready to use and arrived to find a filthy grill that required cleaning before it could be used..
Several of the painted switch plates were chipped around the switch from overuse and lack of proper maintenance.
This home was an older property but that is no excuse for its level of disrepair.
I will not be renting this property again nor would I recommend it to a friend.

Beautiful location on the golf course, with tons of places for the kids to explore and play!
The home has a lot of space with 3 king beds, a huge fireplace and well stocked kitchen Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

This house is lovely. It is on the golf course and there is a great walking trail around the golf course for use in the early morning and evening. The family area is perfect for hanging out and relaxing, playing board games, etc. We had a few problems during our stay (the dishwasher broke) and the owner and his crew responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

This was truly a great place to stay. We all appreciated having 3 king beds & 3 separate bathrooms. We also enjoyed the deck after coming back from our daily activities. It was convenient to get to the highway.

Perfect location allowing access to many sites with awesome views for our family Thanksgiving get away. Particularly enjoyed our train ride from Williams to Grand Canyon.
Spacious sitting area with fireplace - great for chatting, enjoying sports and movies, playing games.
Spacious bathrooms and comfortable king beds provided for great sleeping.
Large kitchen, refrigerator and double ovens allowed us to prepare our Thanksgiving feast, which included a 22 lb turkey with all the trimmings. Dining table accommodated all of us.
Outside BBQ was useful for cooking other meals.
Unfortunately weather was cold so we couldn’t enjoy large decks which looked inviting.
Very enjoyable week for our extended family of 10.

Flagstaff Home
Loved the location right on the golf course. Every night people would gather on the course with kids and dogs and it was a wonderful time.
The kitchen could use some help. There was only one kitchen towel for a 6 day stay. There were only 4 spoons. There was not a decent non stick pan. There was not a set of pans for cooking. The house is listed as having a well stocked kitchen. I would not agree with that description.
It would be fine for someone who was not cooking but since we had small children we were eating most meals at the house.

Nice digs and a perfect location
We used this great house as our home-base for our trip to Northern Arizona and the Grand Canyon. The location was convenient to all the sights, the house fit our needs wonderfully, and was located in a quiet neighborhood on a golf course. What more could you ask for?

Beautiful View, Spacious Home
Beautiful location, mostly quiet despite being directly on the golf course (dogs in the neighborhood would bark periodically after dark and an occasional train whistle). Back porch was peaceful, especially in the evenings and the view was just what we needed.
Kitchen well-equipped (although we couldn’t find a full-sized colander) and the open spaces were appreciated.
We were glad we came early in the summer, however, as we found that no A/C was a challenge in the daytime. Evenings were cool and comfortable with doors and windows open but no screens on most doors and windows meant house filled with bugs.
Communication with owner before and during stay was easy and quick.
Overall, a fantastic stay.

The perfect spot!
This home was perfect for us! The location was beautiful and we had such a great stay! We were close enough to downtown but far enough away to relax and enjoy the scenery on the back patio. We even got to meet several of the neighbors and they were all so kind!

Disappointed
The house was nice. Looked good on the pics. Got up there and the garbage cans outside were full and overflowing. Finger marks on silverware. Plates too large to run in the dishwasher because the top blade would hit them so they had to be hand washed. Excessive dirt on one of the bedroom fans. Outside grounds were very unkept. We had to call the management company twice re/ where to put the garbage and how to get the heater on since it was very cold outside and inside. It would have been nice if the heat would have been turned on so the house would've been warm when we got there. Disappointed and won't plan on staying there again

Location, location, location
Overall this house is just fine. The location is prime, with beautiful views. Just walk out back and you have plenty of room to walk, play and roam in the snow.
The house is good enough but could definitely use some revamping of all sorts. A fresh coat of paint maybe. The mattresses need to be replaced and the decor is pretty dated. Also, some of the lights weren’t working which made the little light that was there difficult to see and use the rooms as intended, especially the dining area. But for the price and again the location it is a good house with a lot of potential.
The cleaning service could have done a better job but the guests before us had issues leaving and they were rushing to get us in on time. But overall we did enjoy our stay and enjoyed all we had access to just out our backdoor.

Magnificent Cozy Lodging
The pictures do not make justice to the beauty and entire feeling of the house. Some areas are a little bit dated, however, they did NOT affect the amazing cozy feeling we had from the moment we entered the neighborhood. The kitchen was 150% loaded with everything needed in a fully stock kitchen. The day we return to Flagstaff, we will return to this same property. And we should not forget to add that the communication with the management company and with Victoria and Greg was sublime. LOVED our stay. FYI, we were 7 adults.

Wonderful Flagstaff Vacation Home!
We had a great stay in Flag! The home was clean, comfortable & spacious with so many extra touches-night lights and hand soap in each bathroom, lots of pantry staples, and soft, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Our group of five adults and five kids, ages 2-17, fit perfectly! The bunk room was great for the older kids, and the 2nd upstairs bedroom had plenty of room for a pack n play. We loved the large, private deck overlooking the golf course, and the cozy family room fireplace. Looking forward to staying here again the next time we’re in Flagstaff!

Would be my choice for a repeat visit.
A few minor maintenance items which the owner and Guest Contact responded to quickly.
Much better to get a quick response than radio silence which I have experienced at other locations.

Great home with a great deck!
This is my family’s second stay at this home and we will probably stay here again in the future! The combination of 3 king beds, a huge deck among the pine trees, and easy access to golf and entertainment can’t be beat!

Summer stay in Flagstaff
The house was beautiful and a great deck. My only suggestion would be to put in the description that the house does not have air conditioning. Since our stay was in June it was hot during the day. It did cool off in the evenings so the deck was great but would of liked to of known in advance that there was no air condition.

Perfect location in Flagstaff. Close to restaurants and downtown, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. The pictures didn’t do it justice. A perfect getaway at the base of a picturesque Mountain View.

Flagstaff, AZ
Our stay at this property couldn't have been better. It was absolutely spotless and exactly as described. Our party consisted of 3 couples and everyone was very impressed. The home is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and the views from the back deck are unbelievable. It snowed during our stay so we decided to just hang out and enjoy all the amenities that this home offered. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and the check-in and checkout process was quick and easy.. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend this property!

This was a very nice house with really comfortable beds. Love the layout and the bunk bed room worked out great for us. It is right on the golf course with a nice walking path.

Wonderful property, very enjoyable
Very nice house with a great view of the golf course and mountains in the backyard. The house was clean and stocked with what was needed during our stay. Very enjoyable, especially with all the snow that Flagstaff got the weekend of our stay.

Incredible Getaway Spot
I booked this for a weekend ski/snowboard trip and my expectations were definitely exceeded. This was my first time utilizing a property rental app so I was a bit nervous but everything went smooth and it turns out I had nothing to worry about for this stay. There was plenty of space for everyone, very clean, the views are incredible, and the location is awesome. My only regret is that I wasn't able to spend more time here.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing
The property is in a nice area, views are just beautiful. Went for a nice walk on the golf course path. Took a great day trip to Sedona worked out nicely from where the house was. It was beautiful drive and loved Sedona. Didn't spend a lot of time in Flagstaff itself would love to return one day to enjoy more of it.

Flagstaff Beautiful View
While we ended up enjoying our stay, it could have started off much better. We were unable to get our lockbox code until 4:01, when we had asked several times if we could get and hour or even a few minutes early check in. There was no bar soap and not enough hand soap in the home. We brought food up so we specifically wouldn't have to go to the store. I had to go buy soap. We were grilling the food we brought that night, only to find out the grill didn't work. Again, wasn't looking forward to doing dishes, as we brought our own paper plates, but ended up cooking inside and having to do pots and skillets. There were not enough drinking glasses for 7 people, much less the 12 that could stay there. Had to buy solo cups. Multiple lightbulbs burned out, laundry room, and 4 alone in the master bathroom! So while these problems were not "horrible", it was a huge inconvenience when paying that much for a 40 hour stay and expecting to stay and just relax. All that said, if these issues were not present, the furnishings are nice, the view and patio is a gorgeous place to unwind, the beds were comfortable. Last note of unfortunate surprise, although it is on a golf course, when we went to make tee times, we were not able to play there as it is a private course, and the description does say "golf anyone? "

An amazing experience.
What a beautiful place! Everything was clean and organized. Renting this property was such a seamless process with clear expectations. Loved how the property was kid friendly and had toddlers furniture, toddler dishes and toys. Spacious entro accommodate the whole family. My family and I would diffidently stay here again.

Should be called the Woody Wood Pecker House
If you like being woken up to wood peckers pecking holes in the side of the house then this is the house for you. Like clock work, every morning at sunrise they would get to work. Someone should address this soon as they are destroying the house.
Additionally, we decided not to cancel but go during the Covid crisis just to get away from it all for a bit. I did express my concerns about the lack of toilet paper but was told I was on my own. The property manager would not provide additional toilet paper. Having never been to Flagstaff, we struggled finding any and were left with only Kleenex. I felt this situation could have been handled better by the staff.
The house is nice enough and served it's purpose but the previous issues left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great Place to Gather
This home is even more lovely than it shows in photos. We had three families with six kids and we had plenty of space, even with four + adults in the kitchen. The finishes in the home are upscale and the lighting and fireplace made for a cozy ski weekend. Communication was smooth and we can’t wait to come back in another season.

Great little Getaway
House was well maintained and beds were very comfortable. Great layout, very open. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. House back up to golf course, which was closed due to winter season, which was great cause the kids were able to ride their scooters along the cart path. Nice neighborhood and close to downtown.
