Except for our not understanding that the location was not in Sorrento proper, our stay was satisfactory. Probably would

Elevator! Reliable internet and air conditioning. Sofa in living room very comfortable. Good use of space. SorrentoVibes recommendation for boat trip to Amalfi we enjoyed very much.

Beds are hard. Tyler would always respond, but sometimes with a delay. Chairs in kitchen were not sturdy; their screws were loose. As first time Italian tourists from USA, we needed much more instruction in how to start the hot water, shut off alarms on smoke detectors, and especially how to sort the garbage. We did not realize from the website that there are 3 Sorrentos rather than 1, and we were in Sant’Agnello. Once we figured that out, there was much less confusion with taxi drivers. Neither of the taxi driver numbers Tyler gave us were productive, but we found an excellent one through the Sorrento Taxi Guide and Prices.

Great stay!

Beautiful flat with great amenities. After long day, bottle of water and bottle of prosecco was greatly appreciated:))

Garage was about 3 minutes away from apartment, with bags walking were not convenient. Apparently was a little away from main city, but we expected it when booked it.

Exceptional

Lovely spacious, comfortable, spotless apartment, convenient location. Bus stop right outside if you don't want to walk to Sorrento centre, although this only takes around 20 minutes. Sant'Agnello is a lovely area of Sorrento and we were close to some beautiful views and hotel and restaurants with terraces from which to enjoy them. The local La Marinella beach is nicer than the Sorrento central beaches and is a short walk from the apartment. Tyler from Sorrento Vibes was very helpful and really made a difference to our arrival and overall stay experience, thankyou!

As the apartment is on Corso Italia there is some road noise with the windows open. We ate a couple of meals in, so could have done with a few chopping boards and preparation knives, but the kitchen was otherwise really well equipped.

Beautiful Sorrento with Family and friend

Great location. Close to the border of Sorrento. Beautiful apartment . Clean modern and nicely decorated. Kitchen well stocked- has spices coffee,tea, sugar and water. Plenty of cookware, and dishes. Very clean. Has island. Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. Two bathrooms with showers. Plenty of books on Italy available. Three TV’s . Large couch. Staff was very accommodating about arrival time.

Superb

Lovely apartment modern bright and sparkling clean. Large fridge freezer and air con/heating.

One key for 2 couples. Main road along coast very busy and noisy. Don't mind walking the 20 mins to main Sorrento but pavement is poor for pedestrians.

We had a great time.

very comfortable and spacious apartment. Kitchen had everything to cook a complete meal. Tiziana was always available to solve any question or to get us what we needed. She even organized transportation back to Naples airport at 4am. Everything worked out really well.

Perfect location. Around a 10 minute walk from the town centre. Clean and spacious apartment with the most beautiful view from the balcony. Couldn't recommend more.

Great place to stay if you

Very well maintained apartment, lots of space, plenty of space for 4 adults. Easy to walk into Sorrento .

We would have liked a booklet containing useful information for example how to use oven, dishwasher hot water etc. ( English instructions )Also it would been better to have 2 sets of keys. We were 2 couples using the flat but as we only had 1 set of keys, it made it hard to organise timings especially as there were 3 doors to open and one key that switched on the electrics.

Brilliant location, great communication, very clean

Exceptionally clean and facilities were second to none. Location was perfect, straight 15 mins walk to Sorrento centre. Sant’Agnello was a stones throw with some good restaurants so great to have the choice.

The lift broke down and we were trapped in a very hot confined area. Husband managed to pull the doors apart and we were able get out after a very stressful 15 mins. The alarm just alerts residents but received no help.

Lovely apartment, nice location, the staff at Sorrento Vibes were exceptionally helpful in answering questions, arranging taxis and suggesting places to go, restaurants, etc

Some instructions on how to use the washing machine would have been useful. The traffic on Corso Italia is quite loud, but that didn't really affect us as we were out of the apartment a lot of the time

we had a terrific holiday. the flat was ideal very spacious with parking.

The property was clean, safe and a good area for accessing Sorrento town - we did not mind walking in and out of town and my children were older. the flat was a great size for 4 adults and two bathrooms very modern - ideal. close by was the private beach Marinella very nice with great facilities though expensive. Tizanna was a great help very informative and always quick to help or respond to questions. great people to rent the apartment from.

Amazing!!

Apartment was very big and with a beautiful view to the sea, the rooms were spotless and the host (RAFFAELE) very friendly and helpful. Definitely we will come back again! By the way, RAFFAELE, champagne was very good!!
