Close to freeway and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

When we arrived the code for entering the house asked for a 4 digit code from the entering instructions. The code was actually a ten digit code on the paper given on line. Upon entering the residence the stove was missing one of its burners, inside oven not clean, hoods fan not working. Hole in living room carpet, holes in walls, numerous locations. Silverware put away not clean and some pots had to be re washed. The house had an old musty odor , maybe clean the carpets. Supply on washing machine is bubbled and ready to pop in the near future. Garbage left by previous guests on back patio.

We stayed here to try to have thanksgiving with our family and two of the bigger burners on the stove didn’t work. There weren’t as many chairs around the table as advertised. The heater is a little janky so my babies room didn’t stay a consistent temperature. I probably could name a few more issues but my consensus is I wouldn’t stay here again.

Super cute furnishings. Love the decor. Beds were extremely comfortable; we all slept fantastic. Nice big yard that would be great for backyard BBQ (didn’t use). Location was perfect for what we needed.
I’m giving a 4 star because I liked the house; leaning towards 3.5 if I could due to some of the negatives we experienced below.
-The master bath could use an upgrade. Counters are worn and makes it feel a little dingy.
-carpets have stains and even some bald spots
-Some minor improvements could be made to make it more up to date.
-The kitchen sink must have a leak as there was a bowl of water underneath that hadn’t been emptied for sometime and it had a film over it along with dead fruit flies.
-some of the towels we tried to use had an unpleasant smell.
-the door in one of the bedrooms had patched holes in it that made it look dirty. Just needs a good paint job
-What really impacted our stay was the amount of fruit flies in the house. We ended up finding a bag of potatoes left in the cupboard that had started to rot/sprout and those fruit flies got into some food we brought and had to throw away. I think more thorough housecleaning likely would improve the experience for others.
But again, beds were great and it probably would have been a better stay if not for the fruit flies; we likely wouldn’t have noticed the other things as much.

The garage had a pile of garbage in it , along with tons of flies. The ping pong balls were dented and unusable. The outside garbage was full and smelly. The house smelled. The kitchen sink leaked and had a bowl full of leaked out water in it. The bottom of the garbage basket under the sink was disgusting and black. The toilet in the main bathroom continually ran. The vent for the portable air conditioner was not properly installed so the gal allowed hot air to pour into the house, not to mention this compromised the security of the house. The ceiling in the bathroom appeared to have mold/mildew on it.
We only stayed a few hours and decided this place was unacceptable. We found a new place to stay.
3.0 / 5.0
During our stay there were multiple maintenance issues with the property. The stove top had 2 burners that were not working, the hot water for the washing machine was not working, the blender provided for the kitchen was not working, there was trim on the dining table was falling off, and the last two days during our stay as the temperatures started to rise the A/C was not working.

This house is run down and has a musty smell throughout. Peeling paint, squeaky beds, noisy pipes- just to mention a few of the areas that need attention. The kitchen was not well stocked but overall the house was clean. The yard was the best part of the house, except there was a hole in the fence. Our dog loved it however. We won’t return.

disgusting
This place was so filthy, had we had another option we wouldn't have stayed there. We had to clean it ourselves before we brought in our belongings. We were very upset, and the company isn't communicating with us on our complaint. We have been texting the Co. and were told local management would handle this and we have heard nothing from them in a week! We have photos and videos of the filth! I hope somebody will respond to us on this

Do not stay here
Should have listened to other reviewers, was hoping the broken garage had been fixed and hoped that some of the previous complaints had been addressed, thats a Big NO. First waking in, the house smelled bad. The sliding door to the backyard had a sticky note saying “OUT OF ORDER”, so we just stared at the grill and the backyard seating but didn’t use it. The garage door has big gaps between the door and the frame, we didn’t want to risk anyone getting hurt by the broken door. The bedroom windows has insufficient blinds / curtains, to the point we had to turn off the light to undress because the window faced the street. The curtains are so sheer you wake up when the sun comes up. 2 of the burners on the stove don’t work, the kitchen sink sprayed water at you due to poorly fit filter attached to the sink. Light fixtures are dusty. We can’t wait to get out of here and never come back!

Extremely Out of Date
Overpowering smell of animal urine and mold mildew. Broken sliding door sealed with electrical tape (classy). Scratched worn kitchen table. 1970s vintage cabinets sagging worn. Rotted garage door. Filthy garage floor dirt left in pile. A dump. Needs at least 100 thousand repairs to be reasonable accommodation. Avoid. Middle class neighborhood. Good parking. Convenient Beaverton location.

Exactly what we needed!
This home was everything we needed! We went to Portland for a show and wanted to work while we were there to prevent having to take more days off work. The WiFi was strong enough for us both to work remotely and the completely fenced backyard was amazing for our two furry friends. I would highly recommend this unit for others looking to do the same. The home came with dog bags to clean up the backyard as well as extra towels to wipe their feet off to prevent muddy carpets, great foresight Vacasa!

We did not stay at the house. The neighborhood is run down, the house is beyond dated and tired.
We drove up. Looked at the house and drove away. The neighborhood was run down. The property is rundown and tired. This property is not on brand. It was completely disappointing and an expensive mistake

Amazing Family Weekend
Thankful for this place. We enjoy the stay very much. My family liked it as it accommodates our purpose. The only issue we had was that a visiting aunt arrived with us and as soon as she sat down on the couch she start sneezing. She's very sensitive and allergic to fury pets and since she kept sneezing, she call my attention to animal fur on the couch. The cleaners didn't do a great job cleaning up after the last folks.
Anyways every room was spacious and just right for us. The yard was beautiful and spacious, I wished it was summer to really enjoyed it but we get to still use the Grill outside which was helpful. The uncles cooked up a storm on it and feed everyone while enjoying a game of table tennis in the garage. Our family really liked the house a lot but I was a bit worried about the garage door which is in need of repair so I adviced them not to open and close it often. Infact I think we kept it open the whole time. The neighborhood felt safe and we had plenty spaces to park for visiting families. I will definitely return in the future. Over all we are indeed grateful to find the place that accommodates our gathering purpose, THANK YOU!

Great Weekend Stay!!
The house was cozy and just what we needed!! All items needed were available and I loved the decor all around the house. We were not ready to go at the end of the weekend. We’d totally stay here again!

It needs repaired alot!
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the condition of the home. There was paint peeling and chipped, broken windows and doors, etc. Property needs fixed before renting for so much!!

Stop over
We just used the living room while construction was done in our house. Everything fine. Fees were higher than the actual cost of renting the house. That’s not right.

Older house
Older house but functional. Bathrooms could definitely use some updating. Other than small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and a small bar of soap, not much was offered to make your stay comfortable. No coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, kleenex........ The igniter on the gas grill doesn't work, but we did find some matches. Playing ping pong was fun.
We went to use the oven and found a huge skillet of greese sitting in it. Fence is falling over in backyard, but it kept the dogs in. Nice size yard for dogs to run around.

Close to everything. Big fenced yard for dog family. Fresh blackberries picked from vine were delicious. Need lock from garage to house.

We enjoyed our stay ... the house was clean and functional in a good location. Not fancy but HUGE yard for hours of fun for kids and dogs.

Nice location, spacious home, nice decor, huge yard, but needs updating
This home is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, convenient location - close to shops and stores, and nicely decorated. It has a huge yard. But needs some updating. The garage door was a bit rickety and was scared it would break at any moment. All the windows are old and difficult to open and close. The shower in the master is peeling and looks dirty. We were there during the hottest days ever in the PNW and we were glad they had box fans for us but it was no match for the 116 degree heat. No AC was brutal during the heatwave. Otherwise rental was clean and ready when we arrived. Would not recommend using the garage. It would be nice to have some nicer patio furniture on the deck.

Enjoyed our stay!
The place was clean and spacious enough for our family. The only thing lacking was an air conditioner. It would be nice to have a way of cooling the house when there is a heat wave in Oregon.

Great house. big backyard and lots of space for large family!
There were 4 people + 1 dog in our party and stayed for almost a week. The house was spacious, cleaned and neat. We especially like the full kitchen and dining area. House is conveniently located - about 1.5 miles from Safeway supermarket and several great restaurants for takeouts. Extra benefit is having washer/dryer to do last-minute laundry. Easy access to main roads and quiet neighborhood.

Ok.
Hair on the tub wall, deck was a safety issue my brother in law fell through the area where the bbq was and twisted his ankle, and communication with the entire process was difficult. We picked this place because of the style and openness of the home. Overall okay experience.

Cute little place - needs some updating
Cute little house. We really enjoyed the back yard ( we’ve got dogs) and the water pressure was awesome. :)
The back sliding door doesn’t open, and the bathtub needs to be cleaned or replaced, but other than that, it was a great.

Only ok
Pros: The house is very cute with a large back yard -fenced in so bonus when you have kiddos! Loved the fireplace, ping pong table and open spaces as well. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of extra blankets.
Cons: it smells of pet urine (I realize we booked pet friendly when we don't have pets but that's a bit Too friendly for my taste and it was all that was available) the heater didn't heat the bedrooms at all, the yard was full of dog poo-old and new :( the smoke detector didn't work, the sliding door into the back yard didn't open at all.
All in all the home has great potential to be very cozy but does need some minor fixes.

Good place to rest your head & close to town, but that is about it
This home is close to town and is a good place to rest your heads while exploring the area...but that’s about it. Mostly clean (sheets/towels smelled clean), but home is in need of some repair. Shower enamel is peeling pretty badly, bathrooms need upgrading, all window coverings (slider verticle and blinds) need replacing, the back slider really needs to be fixed (but I knew about that before renting). The updates that have been done were nice and current. This was probably the least updated vrbo/vacasa I’ve ever rented, but again I (mostly) knew that before renting - I was looking for dog friendly, near the city, not a condo, that wouldn’t cost an arm an leg. This met the bill.

Disappointment
First impression on site was not good. Garage door was crooked, front grass was dead. Photos did more justice than actual property- cleanliness was good but much opportunity available to update this property. Felt like we overpaid for what we got when adding in all the fees which was even more disappointing. Only reason I did it because I had family in town. Back sliding door and screen door barely opened and jammed, safety hazard on back deck. Loose wood and nails all over grass. Biggest concern is the condition of back deck. I would not recommend this property due to it not being updated. Not even salt and pepper shaker. Front bathroom tub stained, only 1 person chose to use tub due to its condition.

lots of space!
We traveled to visit family on Portland. The house was big with lots of room for our dog to sun herself in the bak yard. It's an older home but has all of the conveniences you might need for a stay.

Adequate & Clean
This was what we needed, but not much more. A place to sleep and make breakfast, close-ish to restaurants. The TV had all that we wanted, though--my kids were happy with that. The kitchen had very little beyond the basic pots and pans--just be prepared to bring your own PAM, salt & pepper, coffee. (And the coffee maker was broken...I made it work, but hopefully it will be replaced!)

Great, clean house - live like a local!
Avoid staying in a tiny Pearl condo and treat yourself to this spacious, clean 3 BR/2 BA home in a quiet neighborhood in Beaverton. Near the highway and tons of great shops and restaurants, this house makes a stay in PDX truly relaxing. Whether it's a real driveway to park your car in, a real kitchen, a great sized TV to relax in front of at the end of the day, or a big backyard that feels like home, this house delivers. It made our time in Portland a very nice experience!

Inside was great
The inside of the house was great, but the outside needs some work. The deck had a giant hole plus multiple weak spots, making it really dangerous. The sliding door didn’t work and the screen door wasn’t even attached, forcing us to walk through the garage to enjoy the patio. We found trash in the yard and, the worst part, they only had one paddle for the ping pong table, which was an amenity key in our picking this property. Otherwise everything was clean and the rooms were nice!
There is someone in the neighborhood who flew a camera-fixed drone over us (within 10ft of our heads) for multiple hours each night which was a huge invasion of privacy. Throwing things at it helped, but it made us extremely uncomfortable.
1.0 / 5.0
Poorly Maintained House
The house was very poorly maintained. The grass was over two feet long, very old appliances and fixtures. Would not recommend to anyone, I booked it for the ping pong table and they only had one paddle there. For this price you can find much nicer accommodations elsewhere.
5.0 / 5.0
Long Stay
The overall stay and house was great but we were there for an extended stay however the amenities were only for a typical weekend stay. The longer the stay the higher the fees yet we receive no additional items such as garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent etc.
