We liked the location and view, kids enjoyed the hot tub. This property has many beds and good furniture.

No problem at all

This property was horrible. One of the bedrooms was leaking water from the ceiling some of the other bedrooms beds has holes, the property refrigerator and microwave went out. It was very cold in the property me and my entire family was sick behind it. The management stop communicate after they realized that the complaints were to much for them to handle. This isn't a good property at all, also needs updating.

The house was a good value at the price. There were some issues: dishwasher didn’t always work, there was some leaking around one shower. There was some trash left on one balcony. We had a full house and the kids had a great time.

This is great for a big family. Just fix the small problems

We took our church youth group of 22 and the cabin had more than enough room for all of us. Cabin was clean, had all the cookware we needed and a big beautiful dinning table to seat us all. Location was great, and roads to get to the cabin were good. I would definitely stay here again!

It was very dirty! We had to wash everything before we used it. The trash was full outside so we didn’t have a place for trash. The only nice thing about this cabin was enough beds for us to sleep. No hot water on the kitchen side someone finally came at 11 but had to come back next day to fix. Fireplace does not work, cabinet doors were broke. Furniture needs to be cleaned. Jacuzzi tub did not work in one of the rooms. Beds are extremely hard for what we paid for two nights you would think it would be kept up nice. Not Happy and still waiting to hear from the Host about some kind of refund.

This cabin was perfect for our large family gathering for Thanksgiving. We had 23 people, and it was plenty of room. The cabin was gorgeous, clean, and close to all the Pigeon Forge activities. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful but definitely needs some TLC. Coffee pots not working, beds caving in while lying on them, stove eyes not working, cleanliness overall were all issues we experienced while staying here. The Vacasa people were prompt and helped our stay be more comfortable by fixing issues but still, we did experience issues.

Pros: Location was amazing. Right in the middle of everything. It was big enough for all 23 of our group to stay. View was gorgeous.
Cons: The place was dirty! The mini blinds were covered in dust. Spider webs in the corners. The tubs had to be cleaned out before we could use them because they were covered in dust and spiders. The jets in two of the tubs did not work. When we got there the air was not working. We finally figured out how to reset it. The top floor is extremely hot. There is not enough air up there. The fridge has a broken bottom drawer. Instead of fixing the drawer the shelves for the door had been removed. It made storing groceries very hard. The can opener was broke. There was no other can opener. There was no broom, mop, or dust pan to keep the floor clean. We purchased a set and left it there. The stove is very slow to warm up. It took twice as long to cook on it and in the oven. The hot eye light was always on. The kitchen did not have enough utensils, plates, or cups for everyone to eat at the same time. We had to purchase disposable ones. The shelves in the cabinets were broke. Some of the cookware needs to be replaced. There is not enough cookware to cook for a large group either. The dryer takes three runs to dry anything. The movie theater chairs were all cracked and old. Pictures for the inside of the cabin do not match the current state of the items in the cabin. There are other things, but I am out of space!

Very clean and comfortable.

Definitely suited our large family gathering. Hot tub wasn't working but management sent someone second day and took care of it. Only problem we incurred was those sharing bunk rooms only had one shower and bathroom to share. We worked it out. A fun time had by all and very near all activities.

The house was clean but needs some updates and broken items fixed. Only 2 of the TVs had anything to watch off the satellite. Th e other TVs in the other rooms had nothing but broken dvd players or TVs that didn’t have any remotes. The air hockey table didn’t work as well. Lots of burned out light bulbs. First floor “movie theatre” was a bunch of video game chairs. The beds are not very comfortable and the couches on the 2nd floor. Look and feel like they were from 1999. I will not stay at this house again but will try another one of their houses in the future

It was the worst house we ever had It was dirty nasty spiderwebs. Carpet, raggedy, chairs, dirty couch is dirty. we pay too much money for a home to look like this and wasn’t happy or satisfied with it. I don’t recommend this house to anyone look at the reviews before you spend your money and hopefully will be compensated for it.

Was very nice stay , everything was nice and clean when we arrived . The outside trash was already full when we got there though but probably a third or second party mistake . Highly recommend it.

Everything was great. Plenty of games to keep kids entertained, and lots of room for adults to sit and visit.

This house was perfect for my family which is a large group. Nice big dining room table with living room and kitchen as an open room. Made it possible for everyone to communicate and see each other at one time. Beautiful bedrooms with a bathroom for each except two. Good location for hiking in Gatlinburg or activities in Pigeon Forge. Good roads to location, hills not too steep. Parking for five cars. I would recommend for anyone with a large family.

The place is nice but for the money you spend they could update the worn-out furniture and provide better and large t.v.'s that you can watch without a DVD or vhs tape(really though). Satellite t.v. should run throughout the house. Thank God for the firestick. But overall the family enjoyed the stay

The biggest surprise was they did just a 1 day rental.. When they normally require 3 days or so to rent.. The Property was clean and easy to access.. Overall we had a nice experience...

Great house, all the accessories are there. Only reason I made it a 4 was since it's a bit worn down inside.....which is to be expected considering the size of the house & how much use it gets. I'd rent it again for sure.

This cabin was in a great location and well equipped. The cabin was clean upon arrival. It is very spacious and we loved the layout.
The furniture and beds/mattresses need updating for sure. If you are thinking of renting, be mindful that the bunk beds are very small in length and very uncomfortable, more for kids than adults. The ladies who slept on them ended up buying pool floats to sleep on instead of the mattress. This was very sad to hear because of the large price we paid for the cabin. We came to the cabin on a women's retreat and the bunks were super small with no ladder to access the top.
Also the the top floor was very warm. We couldn't get it comfortable during the day for the guests. It was very hot outside, so it's understandable, but there wasn't any box fans or anything to help with air circulations. We did spend most of our time in the cabin, so that played a part with this.
We were very pleasantly surprised with the Wi-Fi access and the media room on the bottom floor. The TVs all worked great. Very nice media room and the equipment worked great to stream a Virtual Conference for us.
The kitchen didn't have enough pots and pans for us to make our meals in a quick efficient way, there wasn't even a cookie sheet. There was enough cups, bowls, plates, etc. The dishwasher was great. We also used the washer/dryer which both seemed in great shape.
I wish the cabin had a bigger deck for everyone to enjoy. Most of the decks with great views were very small and off the bedrooms. There was a larger one but it faced the street.
Parking is very limited for such a large cabin, and within very close proximity of several others with the same issue. We did manage to find some nice neighbors that allowed us to use a spot.
We did have to call because we need a garbage pickup and it was handled within the day.
Overall a good cabin, in a good location.
