About this villa rental
Come stay at my villa that I just finished renovating into a comfy cozy cottage filled with character and charm. All new appliances, linens, everything including the kitchen sink. It maybe a one bedroom but it’s the perfect size for a wonderful get a way. You walk into a large open floor plan with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen is made for a chef. The living room has a large sectional to curl up on and watch movies on the big screen TV. Did I mention the beautiful fireplace or the large sliders that go out to the huge screened in back patio? The patio is quiet and so peaceful and the view? Well, you’ll just have to come see it. There’s a small half bath to use for any visitors and then there is your bedroom with its own full bath and big screen TV. You also have a full size washer and dryer to use. Actually all you need to bring is your clothes. Everything else is there for you right down to a new toothbrush just Incase you forget yours. There are two free parking spaces for you, one is a covered spot. I’m very proud of this new renovation and can’t wait to share it with you. So come stay at my place anytime you come to the area. You won’t be disappointed.

We came in for a wedding in Tampa, but with a concert in town, price were crazy. A friend suggested staying in Wesley Chapel. Our host was amazing. A great eye for decor. Super helpful and accommodating. We'll be back!

We loved our stay at this property. The host was absolutely great. Best communication through out our stay. Was accommodating to let us stay a bit later on day of checkout. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this property and the owner. The location at Saddlebrook Resort is great and easy to get to. The place was actually more than we expected. Everything has been upgraded and it's such a classy find. The owner was so easy to work with and very pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again if we make a return trip!

Kim’s place was wonderful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, and a fluffy robe.
The outside temperature fluctuated, while we were there, she contacted us about our preference for the inside comfort and set the thermostat accordingly.

My wife and I stayed here for a short getaway. We are locals but this was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Very clean and well decorated. Everything we needed for the stay was there!

Kim's place was comfy and cozy. It felt like home during our stay but also allowed us to enjoy our vacation as a vacation. Communication was great and it was easy to locate. Would stay again!

Place was clean and very comfortable. The owner was so sweet. She Got right back to us whenever I texted her to answer a question. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Would definitely consider going again. The area has alot of restaurants to choose from and shopping malls.

We so enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely, beautifully pointed but simple in its lavishness. More amenities than I can recall. Huge pretty yard and huge pretty screened in porch to enjoy it in. Kim is kindness herself, eager to make our visit even more pleasant. I recommend very, very highly. Thank you, Kim

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was near all venues for my son's soccer camp/tournament. The place is clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for the great communication and flexibility.

Ease of rental, exceptionally accommodating owner, beautiful condo close to everything, very comfy and homey, we will definitely rent here again, anytime we come to visit my daughter and grandchildren ‼️👍

I can not say enough great things about this stay. The kitchen was fantastic!!!, the livingroom comfortable, the bedroom very comfortable and the bathroom was gloriously large. The pool was never used so it was like having a private pool only bummer was it was quite a ways away. Patricia helped us out with a spectrum issue and was just as kind as any owner could be. If we ever go back I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Was super happy with my stay. The condo is as beautiful and clean as the pictures demonstrate. Wonderful location in a lovely resort. Felt super safe staying alone. And the property manager is very responsive to any questions.

Nice, quiet 1 bedroom
This property is a nice quiet place to stay. Other than the occasion neighbor slamming their door as they left, it was super quiet. Had a very nice screened in back porch when it was cool enough to sit out. There needs to be some maintenance done on the lights in the house, but otherwise the house is well maintained and clean.

Lovely stay at this little cottage. We enjoyed staying in close proximity to our family and friends while still having our own space.

Clean and newly remodeled
Upon walking in, the unit was very clean and cozy! We (as seniors!) had an issue with the low seating in the living room as it was difficult to get up again! The screen porch was a welcome addition and we ate all our meals there!

Great place to stay!!
Patricia was a wonderful host and her place is just as described. We loved the Saddlebrook resort area. Patricia answered all of our questions quickly and never made us feel like a bother. So glad we chose to stay at her place and would gladly return if we come back to the area in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We had a very good experience. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was spacious with plenty of seating. The bedroom closets were ample . We did bring extra hangers
which we needed. We would have liked a better Vaccum.

Lovely and convenient
What a great experience we had. Our son was part of a week-long tennis group at Saddlebrook which made this lovely place just minutes from the courts. Super clean, private, quiet, and well-appointed with attentive owners made this a stress-free escape.

This is a no-brainer! Recently remodeled, fully equipped, open space living room-kitchen, enormous beautiful kitchen, nice king size bed, huge bathroom, 1/2 bath too, huge screened lanai, 2 TVs, very clean apartment. Pat respond in seconds.

Resort life! Recently remodeled, spacious, clean, fully equipped, 2 TVs, 1 1/2 bath, comfortable bed, huge living room, huge and luxurious kitchen, beautiful pool and gold course, WiFi and smart lock. 1 under porch parking and 1 guest parking. You will not hear the neighbors. The owner responded super quick and effective. I will stay again no questions asked.
