Very bad and Fraudulent property. Oya and Booking dot com are partners in this fraud.

This is a Cheater and Fraud. As Booking dot com has booked with Breakfast and Dinner. But on reaching to the site the property owner said that we do not provide breakfast and dinner. On the property it is shown continental breakfast but there is NO restaurant in this property. These are criminals and fraud. On asking for Breakfast they said they do not provide it and it is the mistake of the Booking dot com and its partner's OYO hotels. OYO has been cheating with customers in India. We paid the booking charges with full amount but they did not provide dinner and breakfast to two guests! I had complained at Booking dot com but it is also doing fraud. I am not going to use booking dot com if it does not address my pains and troubles we had during the business visit. It is place to bring prostitutes or sex workers. The place is very dirty and not useful for business and corporate clients.

I did not like any thing here. only the location of this property is close to Metro station. But after visiting this property we came to know why this is located close to Metro station. As lots of people bring paid sex workers for pleasure booking for short time or over night.

They charged 3 X of your booking amount when you reach at hotel and and harassed u...

what a tricky idea they use,, at online they shows price 700/- and when you reached at property they will give u a room,, and when you Checked inn in room,, after they called u and told u to make a police case otherwise pay 2000/- more,, when you are a unmarried couple may be u don't like police and all things so that's why i paid 2000/- and after that Check-out at a time and after that i booked one. more hotel near by...

worst hotel and hotel receptionist also... 🙏🏻please avoid this...

Arrange the room properly. Clean the bathroom.

No proper maintenance. Very Dirty Bathroom, no windows. They charge 1-1.5k but doesn't worth it.

My booking was confirmed through ixigo Aap but they are not providing me the room said I haven't received confirmation and I can't give the at this price 348 which was confirmed and they charged me Rs.800 I have no choice left because I am outsider and I have to pay at that point of time.

This hotel should immediately be removed from the website of booking.com as otherwise no body will book through this portal. The hotel charges more than booking amount. Very dirty rooms. Bed linens are old, torn, and dirty. Mosquitos in the room. No food or laundry facility. No body stays in this hotel for more than 1 day. I too left the hotel next day although initially booked for around 14 days. This hotel is just a prostitution den.

The hotel charged me more money, the amount was 557 but they charged me 1000 and even they haven't provided me with the invoice. Ac , the geyser was not working, no dustbin was in my room, the receptionist was so rude.Even the room was not clean.

When I visited the hotel they simply refused to provide room When we said that we have booked this property from booking.com and you should value for booking then they confirmed booking but again denied to provide room when we asked why you don’t want to give room ?? They said we are the owners if you can pay more your most welcome or else thank you and you can go out After that we called oyo they tried to fix but failed We struggled full night so Ms/Mes booking.com better to verify property or vendor before offering or close your system Thanks

The room was spacious.

The bedsheets were dirty and the pillows were smelly. The part of the bed was also wet. And AC was making a lot of noise which was connected to the balcony. Could not sleep well at night. The bathroom faucets were rusted too. The most disappointing part was, I booked online with a discount coupon but when arrived at the property the manager said coupon discounts were not applicable and they had no marketing connection with Oyo. I had to pay a different price at the property.

We booked the room in the rate Coming online which was 472/-. But when we reach at hotel they denied to give room through online booking. When we insisted then they charge 1000 Rs from us to give room.. They told that any booking thru online they are not giving on online price... they are cheaters and fraud

The hotel admin refused to provide the rooms at booking price and there was raining so I had to pay extra charges to them. No cleaning and spots were on the sheets and no clean washroom. Worst experience ever.
