Overall was good, but will stay to the other hotel for the next stay.

1.The room was very big. 2. Safety was very good. Got Access Card to open the door. 3. Got a equipment for the coffee time .

1.No welcome wish from the reseption.Just press the button to open the door and turn back to the counter. 2. The outside area was dark and feel not safe to stay late . 3. For the room with the king size bed, its located at the 2nd floor, need to climb up the stairs.

Awesome.

Everything that OYO provide is superb. For sure I will repeat again to stay here next time. Keep up and maintain a good service.

The location is near to the town and malls.

We booked two rooms. The first room was okay. However, in the second room, the water heater has malfunctioned. I tried to change to another room but they were fully booked. The receptionist (man) was not friendly enough. We pushed the button two or three times since the receptionist was not at the counter. When he came out from the back he looked so... (mcm tak nak layan orang) and we felt so disrespected.

overall i can give 3 ⭐⭐⭐

family room was good and very spacious. surrounding area also good... just behind the shopping mall... many restaurants and groceries shop.

call the hotel few times and nobody pick up the call. toilet in the room was smelt very bad... no hook to hang the towel or shirt or pants... nobody at check in counter while arriving at hotel... have to call the person and wait. payment only accept cash
