Enjoyable and unforgettable, home away from home.

The property is 5mins walk away from the center of Levi. It is easily accessible. The rooms are clean and cosy, well fitted with various equipments ( microwave, iron, oven, etc). Instructions were very detailed and succinct.

We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the central heater in the room, so the room was mostly cold. We tried to ask, however didn’t get any response. This could be due to communication gap in the terminology used (heater? ) An early check-in would be much appreciated.

Studio de bonne taille mais propreté à revoir

La taille du studio était agréable, l'emplacement et bien, le centre est à 5 min de marche.

Le studio n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Le four est si sale que pas utilisable, le micro-onde n'avait pas été nettoyé non plus. Les coussins ont plein de tâches. La porte du sauna ne ferme pas bien, ce qui fait une perte d'énergie énorme.

Een supertoffe belevenis in een zéér mooie omgeving.

Ontbijt was prima, ruim voldoende en genoeg keuze. Een drietal maal in late namiddag iets van de menukaart gegeten, eten was goed en betaalbaar maar zèèr pikant.

Vroege sluitingsuur van het Thaise restaurant, sloot spijtig genoeg om 20.00u zodat genoodzaakt waren om iets te zoeken in het centrum van Levi.

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Goede locatie, alles op loopafstand. Prima kamer met keuken, koelkast en goedwerkende sauna.

Vuilniszakken op de gang werden niet opgehaald, jammer.

Breakfast was great! Staff were very nice and friendly and really helped me out during my stay I will definitely be back!

Very pleasant stay in Levi, definitely recommended!

Nice emenitities but zero customer service by phone or email

Breakfast did no meet my expectations. For people who are vegetarian there was 1 out of 3 warm savoury breakfast options and it would run out in the first hour and they would not refill it.so if you come to breakfast at 9 you might not get anything warm. This happened every morning, I think it clearly states that people who come to this hotel do enjoy vegetarian breakfast and hotel should refill it. No plant based milk as well but I just bought my own in the supermarket and was taking it to breakfast.

the price-quality ratio is good, I recommend it. The studio is equipped with almost everything you need. Good point for clothes dryer

bed linen and towels are not included in the price, you have to order about 3 days before check-in. well, at least he informs you in advance

Will not stay again nor recommend to anyone else.

Got in late the first night so went without bedding and towels. Requested them the second day. Was told it would be 2 to 3 hours. We said that was fine. Never came that day. Never came the next day either. I left a message. No return call or linens. I called again at 6 pm and FINALLY got them. Horrible service. The Thai restaurant couldn’t figure out how to use the cc machine and charged us 4 times!!

Very good

The private sauna was certainly the highlight of this accommodation. It's a relatively small apartment but has everything you need and it's an easy walk to the center of Levi town so great value for the money overall. I would certainly recommend staying here, and I would choose this option again if I come back to Levi!

The 5pm check-in and 10am checkout times are a bit restrictive. By luck, when we arrived at ~2:30pm, we ran into one of the hosts and they were kind enough to open the downstairs cafe for us ahead of schedule so we could wait there, but I feel like putting in place a better luggage storing system for the 10am-5pm time frame would be very useful. The communication before the day of our arrival was a bit tricky and one-way. They eventually sent all the info for how to get into the apartment, but all that was just automated messages and they never actually answered any of my questions sent via Booking.com's messenger so be prepared for that. The bed sheets were probably clean but there was a bunch of black lint on them, probably they had been washed together with something else that shouldn't have been there. The happy hour Thai food we ate in the downstairs cafe one evening was .THE. worst Thai food I ever had in my life so don't try it. If you are skiing multiple days, I would say it's too far of a walk in ski boots to the nearest lift. We rented a locker at the ski resort and it was well worth the money.

A nice apartment, shame about the constant sound of the ventilation system.

Breakfast was fine. We were cross-country skiing and the location was good, only a 5 minute walk to the ski tracks and there was a ski lock-up in the basement of the apartment block. The WiFi worked okay in the apartment

The apartment block is brand new and well built and insulated etc. BUT there was a constant noise from the in-built ventilation system in the apartment, as the air flowed in from a ceiling grille. During the day it was not a problem but at night it was intrusive. Fortunately we both had brought foam ear plugs which helped. It is a shame because apart from that everything was good. We had no control over the ventilation system which runs 24hrs a day.
