Great location, clean room, a few small improvements will make a big difference.

Great location, a 15 minute walk from the main part of town. The apartment was super clean.

It was very hot during our visit, would have been nice to have had a fan. Also there was not proper pillows, just these synthetic old flat cushions. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee/sugar available too. Bathroom door didn't shut, shower only the handheld worked. Some tlc and a few small improvements would help.

Proche de tout mais un peu déçu tout de même

La proximité des transports en communs La proximité centre ville marché de Noël La disponibilité de l'hote

Le manque de vaisselle nous n'avons pris que nos petits déjeuner mais 3 mugs pour 4........ Le linge de lit sentait le renfermé et c'est dommage de payer qqn pour un ménage qui laisse à désiré (verre, petites cuillères, douche.) La porte d'entrée du logement ne rassure pas .

The apartment was spacious and close to the centre.

ok. tired, unloved, grubby and on the 3rd floor

location, responsive hosts

no curtains (solved after 2 nights & waking at 5am). grubby/run down decor..dirty placemats, paint scratches, stained sofa, clogged shower drain, warning notices plastered around made it seem like a student flat. random cutlery/plates etc corkscrew…had NO screw! Needs a bit of love and attention by owner to get it back to scratch..this was the last of a roadtrip of rentals..and was the worst - all others were much higher standard and equipment for similar price/city locations

Spacious but stale

Spacious bedroom and lounge.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the apartment. The bedding ( especially for the Sofabed) needed refreshing as it was stained and smelt. The shower was dirty around the door edges and the toilet also needed bleaching around the pan.

Good apartment and location

Nice and spacious flat in old house. No problem with 4th floor, but the stairs were a bit creaky... Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Very good communication with the owner. Supermarket few minutes away, also close to the city center. Recommended.

Parking on the street was free, but no available space around house, we had to park two blocks away. Seems to be safe location though. Loud music from the house across the street, but ended before 9PM.

Lovely apartment in a good location.

It is a very nice apartment and we liked everything. The bedroom was spacious with a large, comfortable bed and a separate dressing room. The front room was well laid out with a large sofa, a flat screen TV and dining table with chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had a really good, powerful shower. The decor throughout was very nice and the WiFi was good. Good communication with the host and easy to collect keys from lock box on arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Not as great as described in previous reviews.

It had a big bed.

The parking on the street was not as easy as advertised. We had to drive around the neighbourhood to find something, kilometres away. The drain in the shower did not work.

Exceptional

The appartment was excellent and well located next to the city center and with easy access to transports. Also there is a supermarket right at the end of the street. Also, Serhii was an amazing host, answering promptly to all the messages I sent. If anyone wants to go to reims, I strongly recommend this apartment.

Perfect apartment, everything nearby

Nearby supermarket, parking is free in the whole street and almost always a spot. 10 minutes walk to the main park (Les Hautes Promenades) and the nice restaurants/squares (Excelsior is nice). Apartment has no airco, but not really needed. Nice bed, a lot of space and the kitchen is filled with everything you need.

Pleasant

Receiving clear instruction about the apartment including the check-in process days in advance was excellent. I could review the document and make sure I understood everything. The apartment was walking distance to downtown and was next door to a grocery store. The apartment was newly renovated with a large fridge and with a spacious bedroom and walk-in closet. The bed was also comfortable with large windows throughout the apartment. WiFi was strong enough to watch videos.

It's unfortunate that the apartment was designed with a very large bedroom and walk-in closet but a really small bathroom and kitchen. It was difficult to find space to cook in the kitchen. We had a heater in the bedroom but since it was hot outside, we would have liked to have a fan to help sleep at night. Street parking was free but was hard to find near by. To our surprise, the apartment was on the 4th floor (for north americans) using a narrow stairs. This should be mentioned in the booking because it's not for everyone. Finally, we had a private DJ in the building playing French rap music from 18:00 until 23:30. This was unwelcomed and we were surprised that the permanent tenants did not complain. The location is close to the cathedral but is also where young people live and party which is unfortunate for travellers.
