first of all they are raisins after I spent a lot of money to travel to Shenzhen they told me they cannot except foreigner so I was very bad situation which is I have no hotel and I have big trouble

Overall, we'd a pleasant stay with a fabulous river view and recommend this hotel to other families

The property is clean, quiet and no-smoking. If you are at the reception, people on the street outside may smoke and you may smell that. However, past the reception desk we felt no smoke and no noise at all. The pillows and the mattress were very soft and let us have a good night's rest. We stayed on the 12th floor and enjoyed a fabulous river view. Our kids were excited. Breakfast was perfect and should fit the tastes of the international crowd. The kitchen and washing facilities in our room were adequate. Overall, I recommend this hotel to families.

The procedures related to the ongoing SARS-2 paranoia were disappointing and delayed our check-in for quite awhile. We had 2 little ones. One of them was already sleeping and had to be left on a pretty small sofa risking to fall to a stone floor. The other one was very tired. While we were waiting at the reception, someone outside the hotel started smoking forcing us to breath that. I think that all this is a requirement of the local government though.
