Our 2 bedroom / 2 full bath condo is located in The Cove on Indian Point Resort (formally Eagles Nest Resort), nestled in the beautiful Ozarks on Table Rock Lake. We are only 5 minutes away from Silver Dollar City and 7 miles from the famous 76 Strip. Secluded, yet minutes away from all Branson has to offer.

Comfortably decorated and super clean, the condo provides all the comforts of home after a busy day at Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, sightseeing around Branson, live shows, golf, shopping or dining. Our unit is located on the ground level, approximately 15 stairs down from the parking lot. Being a ground level unit allows easy access to the yard area, playground, pool, tennis court, and the other Resort amenities just right off our back 20ft patio.

* FAMILY ROOM: Cable, WiFi, 55” flat screen HDTV, DVD player, Wii with games, and USB charging port in wall outlet. The queen-size sofa has a plush queen size mattress which ensures all guests will sleep comfortably.

* MASTER SUITE: King size bed, flat screen HDTV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, adjoining master ensuite bathroom, and walkout access to the 20ft patio.

* GUEST BEDROOM: Queen size bed, flat screen HDTV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, and private access to the adjoining full bathroom.

* KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: The kitchen is completely furnished with coffee pot, utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, USB charging ports in the wall outlets, and a washer and dryer. We also provide spices and seasonings, salt, pepper, coffee and tea bags. The counter bar offers seating for 2. The dining table seats 4.

Towels, linens, hair dryers, and supplies such as washing detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. We do NOT provide shampoo, conditioner or bath soap.

* 20FT PATIO: Whether you choose the patio table with very comfortable seating for 6 or the set of wicker type conversational sitting area, the patio is a perfect location to enjoy your coffee, read a book, take a nap, or watch your children play in the yard. The Resort offers charcoal grills on property, with one located to the left of our patio.

Please note, the resort’s pool and hot tub closed for the season on September 19, 2023.

IMPORTANT: Smoking, vaping and pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the condo or on the patio. Our resort does not allow boat or trailer (of any kind) parking. If you would like to bring your boat or a trailer to Branson, please let us know ahead of time and we can provide you recommended storage locations close to the resort.

Resort Amenities include: Outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball goal, children’s playground, and nature trails to Table Rock Lake to fish or swim.

Nearby – within 5 miles: Silver Dollar City, golf course, convenience store, marina for water craft rental, restaurants, horseback riding, and more.

This condo is very well kept and it has such a good view on the back patio. There is great amenities to do like swimming, tennis and a hot tub. Our host was very good at communicating and making sure we were taken care of.

The condo was everything it was described. It was super close to Silver Dollar City, which was perfect for us. It was clean and had all the necessities. My son loved the big comfy recliner in the living room and was excited to have a TV in his own room! We didn’t get to spend much time on the deck because it was rainy and cold, but it looked lovely. The communication with Lisa, the owner, was amazing. If ever I needed anything, I texted her and she responded promptly. The instructions on what to do when we arrived were clearly communicated prior to our arrival. The key code to enter the unit was properly changed and coded specific to us, so there was no fear of previous renters walking in on us. The instructions on what do while we were there and how to check out were also clearly communicated. There were no cameras or anything invasive as one renter described. The hosts were perfect - respectful and kind. Thank you so much for a terrific stay!

This condo is excellent for a small family get away. Pool & playgrounds are with a short walk. Conda has all the amenities that you need. Hosts were excellent in communicating everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Our main reason for going to Branson is to visit SDC and we loved that we did not have to fight traffic to going to and from the park! We also appreciated being able to go back to the condo for lunch instead of taking food to SDC or eating a costly meal at the park. The condo was beautiful and looked exactly like it does on the listing. Super clean and all the comforts of home. We would stay again if it is available and we highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

We had a lovely girl's trip! The decor is pretty, lots of comfy seating, and the balcony + view was gorgeous. We saw deer and bunnies every morning with our coffee. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bedding! There were tons of charging spots, soft blankets to snuggle up with on the couch, and we loved how close it was to SDC.

Great little place to stay. Beds were cozy, owners were great to work with and had everything we needed. I showered first each day so it didn't impact me, but the kids wished the water heater had more hot water. Overall the place was great though. Easy to get to, very nice and the owners were so polite. Great views, calm, quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were very close to Silver Dollar City - we could even hear the train whistle! Only drawbacks were very tight parking spaces and thin walls. We could hear the occupants above us snoring at night.

We will definitely be back to this spot. Very close to SDC, the cleanest vrbo I’ve been in yet. The last few we have stayed in had dirty dishes and were filthy. This place was spotless. I didn’t feel the need to wash sheets and dishes when I arrived. That made our trip more comfortable. Beds were great. Great size for my group, four adults and one child. We didn’t make it to the play area but you can see it from the balcony. There was plenty of cleaning supplies for dishes and laundry also, which was nice. Great place!!

Chose property due to reviews. Unfortunately for us, bedding dirty so had to wash. Towels needed washing too. Cleaning crew wasn’t thorough. Sock had been left, dirty pillow case behind dryer. Lots of lint. Patio door in bedroom very dirty. Upon arrival total darkness no light on by front door. Lots of spider webs. Husband swept area. Condo much older than photos show. I took photos for proof. We left it in better condition.

The condo was very clean and modern. The property has a nice community swimming pool and a great deck to sit outside and enjoy the day. Best of all it is only a few minutes from SilverDollarCity so you can go for a part of the day come home for lunch and a nap and go back later. The owners were super easy to communicate with.

The condo was exactly as pictured and the perfect location. Not far from any of the attractions and Table Rock Lake is beautiful!! Our boys enjoyed swimming in the lake and the pool. Such an easy process of checking in and out. The beds were very comfortable and it was fully stocked with everything you could need. Looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed here for my gran daughter to play in the 10u world series. It was just right for the 5 of us. It was close to a lot of attractions but far enough out to get away from the hustle of town. I would stay here again.

Overall great place. Beds comfortable. Condo was clean. Had poor cell phone service (At&t) but WiFi helped some. Little difficult figuring out the TV. Not the condo owners fault but the pool water was not clean. Couldn’t see to the bottom.

This was our second time to stay in this unit. The condo is so nice. The furnishings and decor are perfect. We love the location. It's out of the way from all the traffic. But it's close enough to get to all the attractions, especially the lake and Silver Dollar City! We enjoyed getting to see wildlife from the deck. (Deer, rabbit, and even a groundhog!)
