About this apartment rental

*NOTE: the hot tubs and sauna are only available during the winter ******

Tucked away in the only building on a dead-end street abutting Brackett Brook, our condo is quiet and a lovely, cozy place to relax after a day of outdoor adventure. We are right next to the cross-country ski trails and walking, snowshoeing and mountain biking trails.

You can walk approximately 700' (2-3 minutes) to the Snubber Line ski lift or take the free Sugarloaf Explorer shuttle that conveniently stops (winter only) right at the corner of our parking lot every 20 or 30 minutes, depending on the time of day. The shuttle also stops at local restaurants, the grocery store, library, etc. so park your car and enjoy being chauffeured!

Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, our condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. (Guests have commented on how wonderful the water pressure is from the showerheads!) The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. The other main floor bedroom also has a king bed. Upstairs, there are 2 twin beds and a set of twin over twin bunk beds so a total of 8 guests can sleep soundly. Down or down alternative comforters are on every bed and lightweight, summer duvet covers replace the flannel seen in the photos during the 3 “non-winter” seasons. The kitchen table expands to comfortably seat 8 and the living room has ample seating for your entire group to gather in front of the tv and/or fireplace. Each room has its own thermostat. During the summer, there is an air conditioner in the living room (not shown in the photos). The other rooms have oscillating portable fans.

There is a large, private parking lot and a locked ski shed available for your use. Kitchen appliances include a drip coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, electric griddle, George Foreman grill, blender, hand mixer, and crockpot.

Includes free wi-fi, cable tv and Roku for streaming, Alexa echo dot, Xbox/DVD player, a small selection of DVDs, desk and monitor, games, books and a couple of puzzles for the kiddos. We also have a pack ‘n play. There is even an essential oil diffuser...bring your favorite oils! Note that the grill is NOT available during ski season.

Next to the 2 tennis courts, Snowbrook Village has its own pool house with a heated pool, 3 hot tubs and a sauna. There is a game room and a reading room on the 2nd floor. There is no charge to use the pool house

Our family uses the condo throughout the year and we enjoy sharing it with others when we can’t be there. It is professionally cleaned and we pride ourselves on keeping it pristine and having everything you might need available and in excellent condition.

This property is ok for winters, but it was a horrible experience for us during summer due to heat. I specifically searched for properties with air-conditioning and was misled to believe that this was a fully air conditioned property, because there was just one standalone air conditioner in the family room, which was by the way mentioned in the fine print… lesson learned for next time to read that. Out of the three rooms, only the room next to the family room was usable as we would get some cool air from the air conditioner in the adjacent family room. Other than that, it was reasonably clean, kitchen was well stocked and sheets and towels were good quality. The property owner was available on text but pretty rude for me asking too many questions. It felt like I was being paid to live in the property rather than the other way around. I took pictures of everything when I entered and also when I left because I am worried the lady is going to blame me for something. I will not stay here again.

Some friends and I stayed at Margaret’s property before running the Sugarloaf marathon and 15k and had a wonderful time! It’s cozy, close to everything we needed and the creek nearby is delightful.

Such a wonderful condo. Check in was really easy, tons of parking. Beds were all incredibly comfortable and may have been some of the best beds at a VRBO I've ever slept in. Margaret was quick to respond and very helpful with everything. Short walk to the bottom of the Snubber lift, shuttle stop right outside the door. Incredibly convenient to everything. The kitchen was great too!

This condo was perfect for our eclipse weekend. We skied onto the lift. We enjoyed free swimming and hot tub. We took the courtesy bus to the festivities. The place was warm and inviting. The host was friendly and helpful. We will be back for skiing next year.

The nature trails right outside the front door were a hit with the kids as well. The host was very responsive and accommodating- thank you very much for letting us stay at your condo! We hope to rent from you again next year!
