Beautiful beachfront condo! This beautiful three bedrooms three-bath oceanfront condo in Crescent Shores (North Tower) is ready for you. The 16th-floor balcony gives stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the white sandy coastline. Balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.

The well-appointed kitchen offers granite countertops, and appliances include an electric range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. The cabinets are well stocked with plenty of everything you will need, just like home.

The living room features a mirrored wall that doubles the oceanfront view. Plenty of comfortable furniture provides seating for viewing the flat-screen cable TV and DVD player. Free wireless internet access is available in the unit.

A dining table for 6 and a 3-seat breakfast bar offers plenty of room for your group to eat together.

The oceanfront master bedroom offers a king-size bed freshly made, 2 nightstands, and cable television. A walk-in closet leads to the master bath with granite counters and double sinks. An over-sized stand-up shower with an outstanding shower head along with a jetted whirlpool tub awaits you.

Each of the two guest bedrooms offers 2 queen beds and their own private bathroom fully stocked with fresh bath linens and bath soap; each bathroom is a tub/shower combo.

This 1700 square foot unit is tastefully decorated with a tropical theme, so you know you are at the beach and living the "salt life".

The amenities at Crescent Shores include an outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal cooking grills, a heated indoor pool, outdoor showers, and a fitness area. A parking garage offers covered parking. On-site security is also provided.

Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy Broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues and over 100 shops and restaurants crisscross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover in the Spring of 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. The condo was clean and well organized. It was as advertised. The bathrooms could use lighting updates, but overall were ok. My only complaint is that I was informed by email that I would receive a “code” for the lock box—- I did not. I had to call and as it was a madhouse due to everyone trying to check it—- this made it very frustrating and delayed check-in. It was also stated in an email that there was parking for one car under the buildings with other parking across the street. This is NOT the case. Owner parking only under the buildings. It is an inconvenience parking across the street. It also said we would receive a text with departure instructions 2days prior to check-out and I didn’t receive it until the morning of. It would be more convenient if the instructions were in the notebook in the condo. Overall it was a nice stay.

Condo was great.. did not know upon arrival construction was going on.. lazy River not open due to construction.. only one elevator working.. unfortunately woke up at 7:40 to construction work being done… owner and manager were easy to communicate with and relayed our concerns… condo and location were great!!..

Plenty of space for us (2 adults and 2 babies). Could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly - kitchen sink, bathrooms, floors. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a large window that faces the walkway outside - have blinds but definitely need a curtain to block out the light. We really liked the location. Right across the street is a little convenience store and ice cream/snack place. Easy to get to the main highway to do things too. Outdoor pool is great as well as the lazy river. Can rent umbrella & chairs right on the beach (would definitely do this!). Staff members were very helpful and friendly, too. Really enjoyed our stay!

Just like someone opening up their home to you. Very nice clean place. We would definitely stay here again. Great view from the very large balcony. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of space. Owner was very helpful with quick response to my questions! Highly recommend this property!

The property was just as described and the check in/ check out process was super easy. The amenities - pools and access to the beach were great. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. We had a few small maintenance issues - one tv wasn’t working properly and lights wouldn’t come one in one bathroom, but the manager was super responsive and the issues were fixed within 30 mins. One small suggestion would be to have blackout curtains in bedrooms 2 and 3 because of the hallway lights. I would definitely stay again.

I stated strangest rules and worse experience and was called worse renter. Not using vrbo again, customer for years. Please was great. But stocked poorly. 6 adults, 6 bath towels for the week. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one full roll and a 1/3 paper towels. I spoke to owner lovely woman, vrbo blamed me for letting them know on Friday. I'm use to short change cheap owners with dollar tree paper products, but the rules and telling me to put all my bath towels in one of the three bathrooms was too much. Place is also 10% permanent residences max, it is horrible process to move in and out and info on property out of date

we loved the condo -it was very clean. It had everything we needed! The only down side was the parking in the garage across the street. It was very dangerous with 2 way traffic on all floors and low ceilings. If we would of used a hard shell roof top carrier we would not of been able to fit.

Condo is very spacious, has room to spread out and is very clean. Balcony has a beautiful view overlooking the ocean and is equipped with a table and chairs allowing a meal or cup of coffee to be enjoyed while enjoying the ocean views. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials you'd need and even the cupboards are labeled so no guessing on where things are or go. Beach was wonderful and didn't feel too crowded. Everyone has room to spread out and enjoy. Condo has a closet with a few items to use (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc). We personally chose to rent a chair and umbrella from NMB so it was set up and taken down daily for our use. Banana boating and parasailing was just a short walk away to enjoy some additional fun. Condo is in a great location and just a couple mile drive to Barefoot Landing. Parking was across the street in a parking garage which had no issues and it was nice to keep the vehicle out of the direct sun. Loading and unloading in front of the condo can be hectic with limited spaces and 15 min time limits however, if you've even been on a similar vacation this is very expected with everyone checking in and out on the same days. If you go in with this mindset and patience you'll be fine. Owner and property managers were wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation! Place was clean and spacious for our kids to spread out. Balcony was great to soak in the mornings and evenings. Beach access was great and the beach wasn’t too busy for a family of 6. Very family friendly location. Kitchen was full of all essentials one would need.. I cooked breakfast, lunch and a few dinners, washer and dryer was nice and the closet of beach items suited our family needs. Chairs, boogie boards and sand toys no umbrella though. Great place to stay for a family vacation!!!

The condo was amazing. Plenty of room. Very clean. The only problem was parking and unloading our luggage and our weekly groceries. Very limited parking close to the unloading area. Areas marked for 15 minute parking were abused and cars parked there for hours.

This condo is right in the middle of everything - close to shops but not next to them so you don't get all the foot traffic and Noise, close to several restaurants and within easy biking distance of many more. The condo itself is well-appointed and spacious. The owner and the manager are incredibly responsive to the smallest thing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Perfect location for families with kids. The management was great, the place was spotless, the lady in charge, helped us get the condo before 3 , as soon as she had the place deep cleaned. We arrived early and she met us to give us pool bracelets ahead of time. Very helpful for us

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo! 3 Br 3Ba comfortably fit 7 of us. Breathtaking view of the Ocean. The beach was right outside the condo's rear entrance. Chair and umbrella rentals were great. We didn't use the pools so much, they were crowded with the kids. Parking was not a major problem, we were able to park across the street. Loading and unloading cars were somewhat hectic, but we were able to get through it. Had a great time in a great place at a great price. Will look forward to doing it again, next year.
