Appartement bien équipé au centre de Lille avec une pièce de vie spacieuse et un garage.

L'emplacement et le garage

L'appart commence a être un peu vétuste (peinture qui se décolle, chaise cassée, baie vitrée inouvrable...)

Pas mal si vous n'avez pas besoin d'eau tiède !

l'emplacement le garage appartement spacieux

la salle de bains: pas de mitigeur dans la douche , pommeau de douche entartré, pas de réglage possible Pas de mousseur au lavabo , l'eau gicle aussi Pas de mitigeur non plus dans l'évier de cuisine Les équipements sont obsolètes donc difficile à économiser l'eau ...

Très bien passé

On était au calme la literie était très bonne on a eu des difficultés à ouvrir la porte vitré de la cuisine et à régler la télévision mais avec le téléphone on a eu un très bon rapport avec le propriétaire si on retourne sur Lille on reprendra si elle libre la même location merci

Peut-être une petite table avec quelques chaises pour la terrasse extérieur

It was a great stay I would come back again

For the price it was a wonderful stay, beds were comfy, tv came with streaming services on it already, the kitchen had lots of amenities, and the location was fairly good. There was no air conditioner but the house stayed mostly cool with all the shutters closed.

Not bad

Really big apartment, 2 bedrooms + sofa in the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen, good wife, no problem with hot water in the bathroom and kitchen

Extremely cold floor in the whole flat There is no even a chair in the terrace, it is empty, so no chance to use it :( Host sent us instructions for keys for the wrong flat firstly, so we lost our time trying to get keys using wrong instructions. WiFi password was changed before we arrived, and again host told us about new password only after we asked why does wifi not work.

Good time in Lille

Well located, easy parking. Ideal position to visit the market in Wazemmes. Plenty of room, plenty of hot water. Comfortable beds, easy to access. Good value for money. Host replied quickly to questions.

Very cold when we arrived and took a long while to heat up. No plugs in Bath or sink. Would benefit from spring clean. However good for what we paid.

ok stay, place needs some maintence work including painting.

location, ground floor, if SI had a car the garage parking would have been great but I didn’t have a car.

needs some repair, patio doors were broken, pier lighting, clock battery was dead, needs more comfortable seating.

Great quiet place to stay for family or 2 couples.

Self service key pickup/drop off is convenient. The apartment is very secluded which means it is very quiet, offers great privacy and it is not warm inside, even during warm weather. Good quality matrasses. Well equiped kitchen. Private garage fits a car of about 490cm in length (= most cars).

Dinner table, dinnerchairs and cooker hood are worn out and should be replaced. Duvet covers are of low quality / not breathable. Adding a thermostatic tap in the shower and and a small dishwasher would improve comfort.

location was ok and parking in the street good. the property was large and spacious

there were some things broken - bedroom door to outside. there were no blinds or curtains at bedroom window. seemed a little tired.

Not suitable for 6 people

Nice location, near universities. 2 rooms with comfortable double beds Heater and washing machine are functioning well. Communication with owner is OK ; he allowed us to come 1 hour earlier.

Dark flat... You feel you live in the garage. Could not enjoy the small backyard because bay windows could not be opened. The garage entrance is very small (you can't enter your car using the wing mirrors : they have to be folded). Sofa bed should not be used to sleep (very uncomfortable, even for children). No dishwasher Everything looks badly maintained and the flat was not cleaned well (crumbs on the couch, coffee cup under a bed or dirty towel inside the bathroom).

Good surprise

The host Antoine was available immediately when we had trouble opening the doorlock. He was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious and exceptionally calm, even with the central location.

I missed some basic teabags (e.g. green tea) to have a quick hot drink after a whole day of rain. Cleanliness could have been slightly better, but it was ok.

Good for overnight pit stop, great for longer stays

Stocked with everything one might need this spacious apartment leaves little else to wish. Central yet quiet location, free parking on the street plus own garage. Plenty of kitchen equipment to make your own food and swarm of bakeries and shops around if don't want to. Beds are big and comfy.

Nothing really except maybe wished for better wifi bandwidth.
