We were a group of adult cousins and teen and early adult next generation cousins. The house was spacious, beds were comfortable and outdoor space was well furnished

The place is beautiful for a weekend with family and friends!! The pool is near by and a lot of fun thing to do!

Great place to stay for our large family! Lots of amenities available and Alex was very communicative and helpful.

As seen in pictures. Alex was very communicative. Rooms are spacious. House is clean. Outside space was lovely, especially in the snow

The house was clean and spacious, the communication with owners was really good. He answered all our questions very quickly. The amenities are really nice and would definitely stay there again.

Adored this home. Fit our large group perfectly. We had a great time relaxing, playing board games, and lounging around the house. Loved our day trips into Stroudsburg and the surrounding area. Enjoyed the winter activities as well as a few hikes. Everything was we stocked to make an enjoyable stay. The home had more than enough dishware and pots and pans to serve a large group. Plus, LOVED the creek. It was rushing heavily when we were there and it was fun to walk down to watch it or just hear it from the house. Would stay again!

It was a good house and a decent stay. We really enjoyed the stream by the house.
Overall it was a good experience barring a couple of issues. We had a water leak in the house and it took the whole day for someone to come and fix it. We couldn’t continue with our plans because of the delay. The other issue was the host had asked us to leave the trash by the entrance of the community, but for the 3 day stay for 12 people, there was only 1 roll of bounty and 1 garbage bag. So, we had to get the supplies.

Overall great and safe location, layout of the home was perfect.

Loved the house. Loved the area. Owner was easy to communicate with. Will def consider again.

We booked a last minute getaway and we enjoyed every single minute! Overall very nice place, looks just like the pictures. What a great place to stay if you want to relax, everything in the house was very clean and easy to find anything you were looking for. Beds were very comfortable and the outside area to the creek was fantastic. Very peaceful and comfortable. Sitting by the creek in the morning drinking our coffee and listening to nature can't get any better.
Great location if you're planning to visit Bushkill Falls. I definitely would come and stay here again, highly recommend this house to everyone .

The property was lovely and very well-maintained. The kitchen is well-stocked and the house is large and great for groups. The area is lovely and we enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty of parking! Alex is also great - very communicative and responsive when we had questions.

The property is really lovely. The rooms are spacious for the most part. The reviews that mention the pool table being not great as well as the sheets not fitting properly are accurate. The area rugs could use a cleaning or replacement. It would’ve been nice for the grass to have been cut before we came because toward the end of our weeklong stay, it was pretty high.
These are minor complaints that did not prevent us from having a very nice family vacation. We got to use the fire pit a couple of nights. That was really fun. The surrounding area has cool things to do as a family like Bushkill Falls and Delaware Water Gap; but some of the other Pocono attractions are kind of far away; eg. Camelback is 40 minutes. The house has some really important conveniences like plenty of dishes and utensils, and just room for people to have their own space if they want it.
All in all a terrific place to experience the Poconos in a relaxing Zen setting.

Great home for a family get away. Comfortable indoor and outdoor space that was well maintained.

We spent a long weekend here with family (ages 4 to 66!) and enjoyed all of the great features the house had to offer - pool table, backyard games, s’mores in the fire pit, catching frogs by the stream, large dinning room table for card games and enjoying home cooked family dinners, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, multiple pools a short drive away, kayaking on the nearby lake, jogging paths, and much more.

The house was perfect for the days we stayed, super clean and cozy the host was very helpful , everything was as expected!

The house was a beautiful property. We enjoyed sitting at the creek and the fire pit. Has a great weekend!

We stayed a week at this home for Spring Break. It was a nice stay. The kitchen is adequately stocked, even with a large pots for cooking for a group (I always bring my own just in case, but the home had what I needed.) The babbling brook behind the house was a nice, unexpected pleasure to sit by and read.
The sauna works nicely, although I didn't use it as much as I thought I would. The tv's enable you to access pretty much any streaming service you may want to watch, which is great. Good communication with the owner, he was very responsive and resolved a guest issue right away.
Just a few small notes/nitpicks: the sheets seemed alittle small for the large beds, as they would pop off the mattresses during sleep. The pool table was okay, but alittle worse for wear and abit warped.
We've stayed in this community before, and it's very nice, especially now that things are opened up again post-Covid. Overall a good stay, and I always appreciate hosts who allow well behaved pets.

We had a great time with family and friends. The house had everything we needed, was comfortable, and Alex was very quick to respond. Loved the creek! We would visit again.

The house had enough space for everyone! Good location right on the creek. Nice decks, ample parking, and overall great experience. Definitely recommend this one.

There were a total of 11 guests for our class retreat over President's Day Weekend and everyone had a splendid time staying here! Alex was very communicative whenever I had to reach out with questions and the checking in and checking out process was extremely easy.
The dry sauna was a hit and well worth the price, and the firepit in the backyard was perfect for gathering and making s'mores. The walk to the creek is short and easy and a refreshing and peaceful experience and the dogs loved the outdoor areas. About half of us used the amentity passes at a time to go to the recreation center as they provide you 6 passes (1 per person for access to the center).
Overall the beds were comfortable, the community was safe and quiet, and the amenities were well-enjoyed. I would highly recommend this house to large groups of people wanting to get away from the city and out into nature with the added comfort of a spacious and clean home.

What a great property! The house was perfect for our family. Beautiful stream out back, close to the slopes.. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs/requests.
We are already planning to go back in the summer!

We stayed at this Saw Creek Estates property for Thanksgiving this year. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. One of the most notable positives of the property is the comfort of the beds. The mattresses are memory foam and were some of the most comfortable that we've slept on at any rental property. The bunk beds are definitely fine for kids. For our family of 6 adults and 3 kids, the space was perfect for gathering and eating which is mostly what our weekend consisted of. The pool table was definitely a big hit with the kids as well! We were also fortunate to visit Bushkill Falls on the last day it was open for the season. It's a short 15-minute drive and we enjoyed viewing and walking the trails around the falls. We could tell there's a lot more to do there during the spring/summer months that wasn't open at this time of year. Due to the time of year, the neighborhood was fairly quiet so we enjoyed walks on a few of the days we were there. There are no sidewalks and it's very hilly which we enjoyed!
4.8
It's a very cozy house with some unique amenities (e.g. sauna) in a very tranquil and picturesque neighborhood. It's a great place to meet and enjoy the Fall. There are a lot of places to visit around: Bushkill Falls Park, Columcille Megalith Park, Indian Museum.

My friends and I had a great time renting the property. Alex was quick to respond and helpful. I highly recommend this property and would consider renting again!

We stayed for 3 nights with family and friends and it’s great. Alex has been timely responding to our questions. We got everything we need in house. Recommend!

Overall this was another solid family vacation with our extended family. The location was great, with lots of fun activities in the surrounding area. Including grandparents all the way to babies, there were 16 of us. The house size/bedroom layout was great for our group. Alex was an excellent communicator as we got set up and settled into the home for the week.
A few cons from the week:
- The community seems to have a severe staffing shortage. We had just 6 fobs for accessing the pools/amenities but our group needed a few more, so we planned to purchase some extra for the week. Unfortunately, they weren't being offered any longer when we arrived so our group couldn't all do pool days together.
- The fire alarm system went off in the middle of the night halfway though our visit. We ended up cutting the power to the system off to get it to stop. I reached out but never heard back on getting it fixed during our stay or how to handle as we departed.

This is my 2nd time coming back, It was a celebration for my 30th bday with my whole family. I love that its dog friendly. Basic amenities, handsoap, sanitzer, and toilet paper was provided. Suana room is the big hit of the trip. The house was sparkling clean and smells fresh. Also loved that the supermarket was only 15 mins drive to get food to bbq. Will return again and again! Thank you!

Very fulfilling stay!
Kids enjoyed the creek, we all had delightful walks around the neighborhood, hikes in nearby places like Bushkill Falls. One rainy morning we all enjoyed the Indian Museum - great times together.

Nice but ………
The house was nice but had one incident that took away from my vacation for a day. There was a leak at the kitchen where water was leaking onto the floor. I texted and was told he would send his handyman…I texted again at 6:15 pm and was told he was coming on Tuesday in the morning so I wasted a day waiting around for him. When he came and, it was an easy fix, I also told him about a toilet running …he fixed that. 3 hours later the toilet wasn’t flushing. My daughter and I fixed that so we didn’t have to waste another day. Indoor pools weren’t open and outdoor pools didn’t open until the day we left. The fitness center was closed due to construction. Placed a call to member services and they never responded.. the house was nice but the amenities were not available.

Sawcreek
Alex’s home is very nice and clean. One of the rooms on the main floor only has a bunk bed and not another bed as listed, other then that It looks exactly what it shows in the pictures. Very secure neighborhood as well.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great time away
Enjoyed the property. The creek was beautiful and the home was in a nice setting. Lots of amazing waterfalls within short driving distance. Great trip with the family.

Living room and kitchen smaller than we expected
We had a great stay. Plenty of rooms for our party of 14. Regarding checkin - It is important to give names and have ids at the check point entry to the gated community. Other than that the checkin process was very smooth.
A few observations
The fitted sheets in some bedrooms were too tight to put on.
The bunk beds were squeaky.
The cleaning crew can do a better job.
The air freshener in the house was too strong in some areas of the house.
All minor things that can be fixed. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this place to others.

Would recommend but…
The property was as pictured. My group enjoyed our weekend but were disappointed at not being able to enjoy the amenities as pictured. When we arrived we saw the cushions for the outdoor couches, table umbrella and hammocks were missing. I assumed they were in a lock box for the winter, which is common. I contacted the host to ask where we could find these items and he did not respond, only when I contacted him again the next day. He claimed all of that was “stolen” 2 wks prior and he ordered replacements but they wouldn’t be there on time. I should have been notified prior to my stay if that was the case. Also a trip to Walmart could have done the trick. A big part of why we selected this house was for the outdoor space. We had a group of 13 including 5 kids. We wanted to be out on the deck enjoying the days but couldn’t for this reason. I believe the items were kept off site and the house wasn’t set up for summer in error. We were the first renters of the summer so that would make more sense. Other than that big disappointment, the house was fine. A little annoying to have to check in at the gate every time you re-entered the property but that is the gated community rules. The kids enjoyed the pool. The sauna did not work but that was expected from reading other reviews. The house is not central air. There are air conditioning units, one in the dining room and one in both bedrooms upstairs. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor and the basement don’t have air conditioning so it can get hot. All in all it was a good trip but the missing outdoor furniture put a damper on it.

Location is gorgeous, house is great
Perfect location! loved sitting by the river in the back yard and read a book at the morning or taking the dog for a long walk.
size was exactly what we needed - we were 10 people from three generations and had plenty of room for everyone.
The house is very well equipped.
the owner Alex was very communicative and replied quickly.
the house can use some maintenance -
had couple of crooked chairs which Alex sent someone to fix immediately.
basement floor had couple of broken tiles, pool table was not leveled which made it hard to use. all small things that did not take away from our enjoyment.

Great location
Overall the property was clean, comfortable and well suited for our large family group. Two things that let the property down were the state of the dining room chairs and the uneven pool table meaning we couldn’t play at all as the balls rolled to one end. Extra leisure passes (above the 6 provided) can be purchased for $15/day up to a max of 6 additional passes. This did mean not all our party could swim at the same time which was disappointing. We enjoyed our stay despite these few issues however.

8 of my family and friends joined me to celebrate my 46th bday. We had a blast with cooking dinner, shopping and game night on Friday and Saturday. Sunday we wen ATV riding and had dinner at Big A’s grill….so delicious
