The description said there was no AC, and it was supposed to be very hot, but happily, when I arrived I found that there was AC! need to update this.
Can't think of anything. Except I could never get the tv to work with the instructions provided. Not a big deal.

Great location. Beautiful big trees out front. Though it didn't have air conditioning, the ceiling fan worked well and though it was a hot few days, it was relatively cool at night.
The coffee maker didn't work. The shag carpeting was nasty. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were loads of dead flies in the windows. The owner was unresponsive when messaged about the coffee maker, ...

Cozy and beautiful view of Mount Shasta. Facilities were exceptional.
All was good

Well equipped even if everything did feel quite second-hand. Spacious for one (or two). Close to everything in town (easily walkable).
Close to train tracks so take your earplugs for the two or three times during the night that a freight train comes blasting through your sleep.

Very quiet.
1) Refrigerator was not cleaned out - leftover fast food and drink in it.
2) Floor not cleaned - found two objects on it.
3) Kitchen faucet handle very loose - afraid it would fall off.
4) Fruit flies - indication of insufficient cleaning.
5) Room was musty - had to be aired out.
6) Sofa cushions are worn out - sink way down sitting on them.
7) Never stayed in a place that required guest to to strip bedsheets, collect used towels, and take out the trash.
8) Coffee maker is too big, should use single serving system like Keurig brand that is commonly found in other places. Also, there should be powdered creme.

Nice apartment with everything for a comfortable stay. Within walkable distance from downtown.

I loved the set up of this loft it felt like my home away from home with a well stocked kitchen with tons of housewares, and spices. Extra blankets, and even necessities like batteries was great. The remote had low batteries when I got there but there was extras in the drawer which I thought was very thoughtful. Also I absolutely love the windows! I loved that I could open up the blinds all the way on the upper windows and I still had so much privacy.
Location I guess?
I didn’t spend much time in town so we did have to drive at 15 minutes to the beach at the lake.
But I wouldn’t really consider this a bad thing at all.

The area, the studio was really cute and very comfortable, it has everything we needed and even more things we didn’t get the chance to use due to the short visit to Shasta.
The bed. It was REALLY uncomfortable. The mattress was really soft and if my partner moved it would really move the whole bed. I would recommend change in it. In a scale from 1 to 10 JUST the mattress was a 3.

Quiet, nice kitchen & bathroom
toaster oven stopped working, big cell tower too close.

Location
Located in an old religious cult building. Depressing, rundown exterior. Access to loft sleeping area and bathroom from there problematic for octogenarians. Terrible bed linens. Only one bath towel. Ancient tub/shower. No network TV. Poor lighting. WiFi very slow.

Beautiful trees in the yard, clean and comfortable little cabin with everything you could think of. Loved it!

Excellent location, comfortable bed, had everything we needed for our stay, accessible to downtown
Internet was extremely slow, guide book reported access to certain streaming apps, but all needed account log in info to access them except netflix.

The massive Redwoods off my front porch
Couldn’t figure how to use the heater

We liked everything about the loft. It's clean, in a great location walking distance to the city center and a short drive to the mountain. Very comfortable bed and pillows, and very warm. The communication was easy and check-in was seamless.
