Terrible, please do not book this place. The photos are false advertising, this place was a disaster.

Upon arrival we were informed all the amenities were closed. No pool, no gym, no dining area, nothing. The room was moist with humidity. The furniture was damp and the floors. My children fell multiple times due to the wet floors. The shower was moldy. The shower head came off in the middle of a shower and hit me in the head- it bled. The Wi-Fi was terrible, the TV did not work, the beach access was all the way around the building (be prepared to walk FAR to get there. The price was very high for the facilities, I would have rather been in a motel 6.

The stay was good, the host was very responsive and always had a positive response.

I liked the size of the room, and amenities. It was nice to have a kitchen.

I know it's out of their control, but I was surprised as to what was closed due to recent hurricane activity. I wish I would have known the extent of existing conditions prior so I could have planned accordingly. Also I thought It was strange to charge for the coffee in the lobby. But everyone was friendly.

I would not have booked this place if it was communicated to be that there would be no amenities available, don’t tell m

no amenities at all during stay , after booking I was told that the outdoor pool was closed due to hurricane which is understandable, but then , after booking and once I arrived I was told that the Indoor pool closed, not restaurant/cafe, no fitness center , no sauna , if I had known everything was closed I would have booked elsewhere. at night I needed some snacks and water went down to the lobby on 3 occasions and no one at the desk the whole time , so could not purchase anything.

NEEDS WORK NO GARAGE PARKING.. NO HOT TUBES . REFUND NEEDED

Just the resort was ok.. EVERYTHING THE HAD WAS OUT OF ORDER OR BROKEN

GARAGE WASN'T WORKING ON THE 4 JULY WEEKEND. AND HASN'T NOT BEEN WORKING.. HOT TUBES OUT OF ORDER UNTIL JULY 3.. ONLY 1 DAY TO USE THEM.. I WANT A REFUND OR ANOTHER STAY

Great room for a great price, clean motel, and nice family oriented location

The parking garage being closed off was a bummer but its understandable, and there is a serious shortage of luggage buggies, we never found a single one.

Beach Love in Daytona

our host was very good to communicate with us. The apartment was warmly decorated and made us feel welcome. There were ample dishes and supplies.

The hot tubs. one was cold and the other wasn’t full enough, so the jets were spewing out into the air.

Amazing view with a great experience.

The resort itself was quiet and clean all throughout. The staff were friendly and I felt safe. I like that there is the option to park in a parking garage that you have to have a key card to access. The view was beautiful and it was right off the beach. I stayed in #1020 which is privately owned. The owner was very friendly and made sure I had everything I could possibly need. The owner even had beach towels and chairs for us to use! They were in communication with us throughout our stay and responded very quickly. I would book directly to stay in one of their condos again! I really can't say enough good about this place.

The lines were long when I got a key card for the garage. They only had 1 person at the desk, so it took a bit. They were all very friendly though despite some rude people. They are short staffed just like everyone else. That's my only negative but it isn't really a "negative" because they are trying their best!
