Power Outages - whole night. Need to move rooms since my room did not have any power. Dirty linens, and bathrooms. Expensive food.
1.5
Location as it was near where I wanted to go. The room was bigger than other hotels. Have stayed here many years ago sad to see it deteriorate.
The room was dusty as was the floor, there were no towels, soap and shampoo. Food had no taste--avoid the corned beef😆
2.0
The hotel location is good. You have nearby fast food restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and shopping stores.
The hotel badly needs renovation.
2.5
Good location.
No electric kettle for boiling water. I suggest to have it as it is very important for all guest especially if they want coffee or noodles.
The building and rooms are old. No aircon at lobby and hallway so expect you smell the enclosed odor.
No free water water:)
Bring your own charging adaptor if you have 3 pin socket. I tried to borrow at reception but nothing available.

Staffs are accommodating and friendly
The room was dirty.. cockroach everywhere. Not hot shower.. water has no pressure.. bathroom was dirty and there was no complementary shampoos and toothbrushes.. I was also expecting more on the facilities because it was part of the details but very disappointed.
1.5
cold aircon and has parking
The bed: there are stains in bedsheets, pillows are not comfortable, there is no dry mat in the CR, dirty and dusty floor, television is not working, the door chain lock is useless (placed vertically), one of the rooms we stayed has clogged sink.
to think rooms are pricy but cant keep the bare minimum of what a decent hotel should be.

Location is accessible to all.
We stayed for 2 nights and trash were not collected and were piled up on the bins. Shower is broken, no floor mat for the bathroom. There's a lot of dust everywhere. No hair dyer like stated online. Only 2 tiny soap were provided when I booked for 2 guests, 2 nights. Tissue were not refilled after the 1st night.

none
when we arrived the hotel at 22:00pm only security guard is present. There is no receptionist, no bill boy, basically no one. the security is at the same time become the receptionist, and bill boy. That is confirm by the security himself and he is just newly employed too. We booked triple deluxe room supposedly consist of 2 single room, 1 double bedroom with tumble dry, washing machine, living room kitchen etc. but even the basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, towel are none. Then they wanted to cancel my booking from the website to charged them their daily rate plus add on per head which i did not agree.
as per policy “ if i will cancel or no show then i will be charged the full payment” when in fact i show and stayed in the hotel. This is not fair specially for international visitors/ foreigner who will come to visit or booked in this hotel. As their room details are not exactly what supposedly. They post a good photos and details for the room but not correct. The security should be paid double or more for having triple job, security, receptionist and bill boy in one. salute to security but disappointed with the management.

Just the near the location for the events that we are
Watching.
A lot of extra charges, no cable tv connection, bad internet connections.

Loved the location - right next to one of the main highways in Bacolod City, and very close to Restaurants, Convenient stores, and even the NGC where a whole lot of things are happening in October for the Maskara festival. The food was good, the AC was working. I also loved their staff. They were attentive, fast and very friendly.
The room is dated, the shower doesn't work well, and my mother found a cockroach in the CR.
The TV close to unusable, the channel selection terrible and the standard compliments were not there - I had to call front desk just to get water (drinking), toothbrushes, and toothpaste. There wasn't even coffee or tea in the room.
Worst part is - the prices were 3x more than usual.
3.5
The hotel is cheap and near Jollibee and KFC that open 24 hrs
A lot of things in the room are defective, faucet in the bathroom and shower not working properly.
3.5
The room and bathroom are a good size.
The staff is friendly and gave a good service.
We came with 2 big suitcases and 2 hand carry suitcase and the have been brought to the room.
There is an elevator as well
The hallway is very hot / humid.
The room could have be cleaned a bit better.
The shower head isn't adjustable.

The location.
Very dirty toilet bowls. I can still see the yellow dirt of toilet bowl from the mirror. Shower area seemed not cleaned as there were lota of soap residue and scales. Security is only a bell boy. Checkout was very not secure and the receptionist was not available so I just left my change when I paid instead.

I like the location and it was spacious. Staff are friendly. Staff are helpful.
Bedding are dirty! Hairs on the pillow, and I believe that was the same Beddings from the previous occupant. It was wrinkled. I was so tired to asks for a clean Beddings I used the towel to put on top of the beddings. No electric kettle for coffee or tea. Staff are nice but they seem not well oriented of their work. Even when I checked out it took a while for then to find a record of my name and booking confirmation. No toilet paper ready. I have to come down to ask for it. I personally would not recommend it.
