The hotel looked like a superior classification. The beds were very comfortable with good pillows and lots of covers. The shower was also really good. The staff was very kind to explain things to us. It was a very good choice for the price and also very calm. It is near the airport and walkable (30min) but there is a tram nearby to go to the center.
It is a bit far from the center, you need transportation by tram or taxi to get there. There is a gas station at the building but the convenience store doesn't have anything, not even a coca cola! Nearby there were just some small kiosks taking forever to prepare orders, so it was really hard to eat in the neighborhood. We had to pay and they supposedly didn't have a card machine (??) so we had to do it in cash, luckily we had some euros and were accepted. Bring money and also get local currency not to be in trouble.

Near the airport for our flight home - walkable if you have small suitcases with wheels and no small kids
Nice friendly staff in the breakfast restuarant and reception
Good size rooms
Some breakfast
Private bathrooms
3 minute walk from the mosque in the morning
Petrol station attached to the property for convenience we were able to buy drinking water and snacks downstairs
Cafe and restuarant downstairs to wait in and eat
The rooms and hotel are better than the pictures
Cold water for tea/coffee in the morning
Wifi only worked on 1 floor
Breakfast could be better
Hairdryer could be stronger

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was great and the breakfast good. The location is not central but easily reachable by tram or bus. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel!

The worst business trip I've had, unfortunately, in Sarajevo..
When booking the room, I put a note that the internet is very important for my work. If it is not available, please inform me before booking..Unfortunately, I arrived and there was no net, and the worst was the employee who kept screaming to convince me that this is what happened..a method that I think is not appropriate for dealing with customers, and most importantly, it is not a proper way to deal. Even among human beings, the room was dirty (worse than being dirty). Not suitable for services..breakfast was in an outdoor restaurant and it was okay...I do not advise anyone to try it at all..
Everything ..I didn’t like anything and the worst treatment of the receptionist and her loud voice so that she does not have any tact in welcoming or treating ...

Bus tops directly in front of hotel. Tram that goes into city is just down the hill.
The pictures do not tell you that this hotel can only be accessed by going up a very steep and long flight of stairs. Not practical if you actually have luggage. No elevators in whole hotel. So I was put in a room on the bottom floor at the level of the parking lot outside and told not to open my window, because people might break in the room. The fact that they did not even want to make it a safe stay for me by helping me with the suitcase up the stairs, tells you everything. The staff refused to fulfill the services offered on the bi-lingual card in the room, like washing and servicing the room. All requests to such were met with over the top rudeness. Room was only have cleaned, no toilet paper and no clean drinking glasses left by the girl who supposedly serviced the room. Breakfast was good, but again, the girls didn't want to heat the milk for the coffee, they were that lazy. Did I mention that I was the one and only guest in the entire hotel for the first 2 nights? You would think they wouldn't have acted so put out, considering that they had one person to tend to, but they did. Do not waste your money here, it is way overpriced for the room with one plug, and service that you receive, not to mention more than unacceptable rude treatment.

Everything went well, the receptionists were very nice and helpful, the room was comfortable and the location was perfect as it's just few meters away from public transport network, restaurants coffee shops and a mosque. Good experience

I have been staying at Hotel Brkic for 7+ years when I visit Sarajevo. Staff is really serviceminded and always greet you with a smile. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Bus station outside the hotel, 15min to the city. Also gas station connected to the hotel with snacks and soft drinks for a night snack.

The Breakfast was very nice and with wide variety. The staff were very kind with me. You have around everything such supermarkets, restaurants, everything. Also the facilities of the room are new and very comfortable. The room has huge windows for natural illumination and ventilation.
Everything was Great. Bus 31e is going every 15 minutes to the City Center.
