Pros: The cabin had a nice exterior and gave a real home-y feel to it. There was a porch swing and rocking chairs outside which was nice. There was a lot of space in the cabin to accommodate a bigger group which was a plus! Each sofa became a sofa bed, so it provided options for guests to stay. Besides that, the theater room was a good inclusion, actually felt like a private theatre for the family.
Cons: THE AC DID NOT WORK!! Although there was a lot of space in the cabin, due to the ac central unit not working, we could not use the loft/theatre area for an entire day of our visit. The day we check in, the ac unit was already not working and took about 4 hours to get an actual ac units placed inside the cabin to at least help. By the time we got those set in it was around 11 pm and we had been with no ac in a 97 degree cabin with a toddler who had to endure that heat for such a long time.
The actual central unit was never fixed during our stay so it was a real bummer. Besides the ac being the main problem, the cabin was not in the cleanest state. There was a lot of dust throughout the cabin, which caused a member of our stay who is allergic to dust, to be constantly sneezing, coughing and having a runny nose/eyes. The shower curtains both in the loft and downstairs areas had mold on them which was not a pretty sight to see. Lastly, the drain from the bathroom of the loft did not drain the water faster in enough so another unfortunate situation.

The theater/game room provided our family with plenty to keep them entertained while the balconies gave the older folks peace and quiet.

Spacious property in a convenient location with everything we needed. We loved our trip here, made even more special when my son proposed to his girlfriend at the top of Anakeesta!

Our property was clean, beautiful and great location 3 minutes from down town Pidgeon Forge. We loved it and will stay again soon!

Location was great and plenty of room.
2.0 / 5.0
Every drain in the cabin was backed up. There were crumbs in the kids bed upstairs so it was obvious that the sheets hadn't been changed from the prior guests-ICK! The upstairs pull out sofa mattress had a huge urine stain on it. The water tank is not sufficient at all for the size of the cabin. Hot water was a rarity. There were no bath rugs in some bathrooms, and my 10 year old son slipped and fell on the floor getting out of the shower. The small tables in the living room and the bedside tables all had sticky residue from other guests that we had to wipe clean. The dishes were not clean in the dishwasher. Definitely could use a better cleaning/maintenence company. This was our second stay here, and while we were glad that there was a working tv in the theater area this time, all of the dirtiness and draining/hot water issues has put an end to our stay at mountain vibes. The party animals on either side of the cabin wasn't pleasant, either, though that was out of everyone's control.

Very roomy, near town, great parking, plenty of beds. Furnished nicely.

The sleeper sofa downstairs is awful. The mattress is worn out and needs to be replaced. Very little kitchen essentials if you plan to cook you have to bring everything from home.

Cabin was in a great location
Only gave 4 stars because the cabin wasn't decorated for Christmas this was our family gathering for the holidays as we live in different states we went and purchased a tree to make it perfect!

Everything was absolutely exceptional! I appreciate the home because it allowed us to have wonderful views that weren't so far out from the main accommodations. Would definitely use this rental again if needed!

Verry nice cabin just the right distance from the hustle and busel we all love.

We had a great time! We had to reach out to personnel several times and was answered right away and problem was solved. The only complaint that I have would be that your cleaning crew could do a better job on floors!

For the price point, this is a great option for a family vacation in the smokies. The location was very convenient to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The house comfortably slept our family of 10 with room to spare, and there was enough parking in front of the house for 4 vehicles to come and go easily. I will say that the house could use some upgrades. The third floor game room is great in theory, but the arcade didn't work, the movie theater system had to be operated by hand as the remote was missing, and the pool table was in serious need of re-felting. The three decks are also great features - but weren't able to be enjoyed fully due to overgrown vegetation and the fact that no cushions were provided for the patio furniture. The chairs on the main level were metal framed and clearly needed padding in order to be useable. Several of the lights weren't functional but this was fixed by the local service team. Overall, a nice place to land after a day full of activities, but I might not choose this one if I wanted to spend more time relaxing at the house and enjoying cabin life.

It was clean cozy comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and first time for me to pigeon forge/gatlinburg

This property definitely needs to be renovated and upgraded. The hot water heater couldn't support filling one bathtub completely. There's no air hockey table. The best thing was it was five minutes from Pigeon Forge.

I would not refer anyone to this property. Worst experience ever!! I have stayed in several vrbo homes and never this bad.
First impressions, I wanted to leave. Couch mattresses were soiled with urine. The middle bedroom had leaks from the shower/ washer on the top level. Packman machine did not work.
The kitchens pots and skillets were old and unclean.
We felt trapped to have to endure this trip for 5 days. I wish the past reviews had given us more information. I was determined to write a honest review. The maintenance did their best to fix our problems , however they just got worse. We didn’t even complain about any small things because after freezing the first night with not enough blankets to leaks in ceiling made dirty pots and pans minute for us.
This place could be nice but it definitely need a complete facelift. If someone is looking for a 2 star, definitely stay there.
Property managers was super nice, but I assume it was only so much they could do.

Contacted rental company on Friday when arrived and Saturday . Never did address the problem.
No air hockey table as in pictures.
Arcade game did not work.
Pool table was no where close to being level.
I rented this cabin because of the game room. I brung 8 kids with me and they were not happy.
I have never gave a bad review on anything in my life till I stayed at this cabin.
I have stayed at close to 20 cabins in the pigeon forge area over the years and never had any problems before this one that was not addressed.
Everything else worked and was as advertised except for the game room and never responding to me.

The property was very clean and had all we needed. Plenty of towels, stocked with laundry pods, dishwasher tabs, etc. The kids were a little disappointed there was no air hockey table or hot tub but they loved everything it offered. It was perfect for us and had good parking and safe roads leading to the cabin! We were in a 15 passenger van.
4.0 / 5.0
The location of this cabin was great! Conveniently located minutes from Dollywood, The Island, and many dinner shows. Only downfall was the huge tv in the theater room did not work. One of the main reasons we chose this cabin over others was the theater room, which we were not able to enjoy.
2.0 / 5.0
Love the setting beautifully chalet , only one bedroom the pillows smell like old from previous people that stay there
4.0 / 5.0
Loved the cabin! Beautiful home, views, location was very convenient to the parkway. It was a pet free home, but all of our socks got ruined with yellow stains on the bottom that won't wash out, so I'm assuming dog urine...Kind of annoying. The bedding was lackluster, would have preferred comforters or a quilt as to the thin blanket provided. Didn't keep us warm. Not enough towels/ washcloths for a week stay. There was no air hockey as listed. The movie theater room TV wouldn't let us stream, or use the DVD player. There were maybe 10 channels for the cable.

Space served our family of 3 generations of 14. Everything was as described. Cabin was clean and well equipped. Will return.
5.0 / 5.0
Great place to stay. Family fun and relaxation from top to bottom.
2.0 / 5.0
This home needs a very thorough cleaning. The stove top and microwave cabinet are caked in grease. Dust on the railings. We wiped the railings with Lysol wipes and they were so black.
I had a bad impression of this place from the start because I walked in to the last guest dirty towels, unmade beds and garbage filled trash cans.
5.0 / 5.0
The cabin was very nice, and had plenty of room for all of us to sleep. The only issue we had was when that Arctic blast came through. I don’t know what type, or size of the heating units, but they did not heat the cabin. We had it set on 70 degrees, and woke up to 55 degrees inside. Other than that, we had a wonderful Christmas vacation with the family.
3.0 / 5.0
Wonderful location, cabin was laid out nicely, but it needed some attention. A lot of things did not work: None of the TV remotes worked properly, some wouldn't operate channels, volume, power, etc. You had to press really hard to get them to do anything. Channels worked on some tv's and not on others.
A lot of light bulbs were out, there was a small leak from the upstairs windows (however, we did experience a very hard sideways rain, so this may not be a common issue). Everything was very clean, but there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and not nearly enough utensils for a cabin that sleeps 14 people. Definitely not the worst cabin we've stayed in, we loved the theater upstairs, but we probably wouldn't choose this one again.
2.0 / 5.0
large home, quality beds and furniture. teens loved the pool table and theater seats. the pac man doesn't work and there is no access to swimming pool. A couple bedroom tvs above our capabilities to get working but others fine. kitchen generally well stocked except no pot holders, large pot for spaghetti/potatoes,only 4 forks and a 2nd dish towel would have been nice.they had a half roll of paper towels to start us off but no coffee filters which is unusual for place that has renters that fly in and coffee makers all different. They did bring us plastic forks to get by and said they would do a kitchen inventory for next renters.
The location was great in terms of minutes from the parkway. however the cabin (and others on street) back unto woods so there are 2 decks in those woids and the front porch. No firepit/picnic table area to hang out as a family outside. we were pretty busy doing things but we might have spent more time at the cabin if there was an outdoor gathering place so depends what you are looking for. If it's the size, quality furnishing, pool table/theater and minutes from the parkway this one meets all of that! A lovely home.
3.0 / 5.0
The house was a good size for our 3 families. Pros: clean, good size, great location. cons: it is a log cabin so therefore zero insulation and you can hear everything 3 floors down,(with young kids very hard to sleep) the upstairs "cinema" is useless because you can't get Netflix or cable. The pacwoman did not work. Minimal towels. Not enough for our party of 15.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. The location was perfect for our event at the Le Conte Center. The cabin itself was beautiful and met all of our needs. It was clean, very well kept. The check in/out process made it so easy when traveling with a larger group from out of town. Thank you for a great weekend!

The inviting atmosphere greets you as soon as you step foot inside this beautiful home away from home! It's so peaceful just relaxing around the fireplace, or even kicked back on the back deck!

Wonderful cabin 5 mins drive from almost everything! Cabin was spacious, and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.
5.0 / 5.0
The cabin was more than what we expected. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Kids loved the game room even though the Pac-Man video game did not work.
4.0 / 5.0
Stay was great only problem propane tank was empty when we began to cook. Call to report it they said someone would be there in half-hour. It took 3 hours for them to come. So I took empty tank to exchange before the got there. That was my only problem.
5.0 / 5.0
Family getaway
The size and layout of the house was good for everyone to enjoy each other and also enjoy privacy when needed.
