About this house rental
Stroll through historic Noblesville Square with an abundance of restaurants and local shops all within a mile of the home. Lovely historic architecture and small town vibes all walkable from your front door!
This space is also convenient whether you’re in town for a conference, visiting friends and family, travelling to Grand Park for a soccer game, or simply want a convenient place to spend the weekend as you take in the summer concerts and the charm of Hamilton County!
This 400 Sq ft two story home, which was built in the 1900 and renovated in 2019, is full of character. It consists of a living/kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The living area and bedroom are upstairs, while the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an electric stove/oven, a coffee maker, and a microwave. It comes supplied with coffee, a selection of teas and cooking utensils, should you want to put your discoveries at the local Farmer’s Market to use.
If you want to unwind and relax, head up the set of slightly more narrow, interior stairs to the living room and the bedroom, where you will find a 55 inch Smart TV with access to Roku, Hulu, Netflix, and more than 50 channels, including CNN, HGTV, ESPN, The Food Network and many others.
The bedroom has a luxurious new full-size mattress, and there is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room area. This space is great for couples/solo + business travelers/small families.
The Summary:
- 1 bedroom/1 bathroom with queen sofa pullout
- 400 sq. ft. split level home with private entrance
- 55 inch Smart TV with Roku, Hulu, Netflix
- High speed internet
- Pet friendly
- 1 private parking spot + generous/free off street parking
Located within:
- 1 mile of Downtown/Old Town Noblesville

The entire carriage home is available solely for the guests' use - no need to worry about sharing the space with others! The entrance is private, allowing guests to come and go at their convenience. There is one private parking spot very close to the entrance of the carriage house and plenty of free street parking in front of the property. Towels and toiletries are provided for use, as well as a hairdryer and iron/ironing mat.
The space is entirely for guests to enjoy their time, so I will not on location. However, I am easily accessible via text message.
Home is in a very quiet neighborhood close to downtown Noblesville.
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services, especially for those attending events in the area - parking can be difficult to find, sometimes longer walks are necessary and traffic can be bad when exiting concerts, etc.
Please let me know if you will be bringing a pet. Pets are more than welcome, and a pet fee of $25 per pet will be applied.
Providing a clean home to guests on a repeated basis is critical to ensuring people can enjoy their vacations, as such please see below:
- No smoking. A $500 fee will be imposed if there is smoking of any kind inside the premises.
- If bodily fluids are left on the premises, a $200 biohazard cleaning fee will be imposed, along with the cost of any damaged materials.

The hostess was very helpful and answered all questions in a timely fashion. The carriage house looked just like the pictures. It was a very enjoyable place to stay.

In town for family events & perfect place to stay. Easy walk to downtown Noblesville. Just enough room for 2 adults, 2 kids (7 & 9) and our German shepherd dog + her cage. Great communication with Suni. Zero complaints!

Will never stay there again. The steps were soo steep, they were frightening. Very small, especially the bathroom. It took forever to get hot water & would only stay hot for a very short time. The sofa bed was a piece of crap. The so called bedroom was way too small & the full size bed was very small. Didn’t appreciate the false advertising.

The location is a nice neighborhood. Close to the high school. Nice to have the whole property to ourselves.

I truly enjoyed my stay in this property. I appreciated the security of the property, with quality locks on both exterior doors. The ground floor entry has a key pad that was easy to use and secure. Much appreciated! The living space is sunny and bright, with quality curtains that block out light if that is desired. Host's attention to detail is clear, with nice pillows and other touches that harmonize and create an inviting space. There were ample bed lines, bath towels, and kitchen items, as well. Thank you for a nice stay!

Cute and sunny carriage house
We enjoyed our relaxing two-night stay in the carriage house. It is a great size for 2! We liked the sunny upstairs with the double bed and lots of windows and the nice sofa and table - just the right size for a couples' getaway. The downstairs eating area and bathroom were quaint and cozy. We liked the less mansion-like working class neighborhood too.
One thing to know is that there is basically no yard (you'll need to go to one of the nearby parks) - also, the little bit of green space that there is around the house was not safe to walk around in when we were there due to the main house's puppy poo poo - cleaned up once but puppy pooped again!
Great stay though, relaxing and very enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect for an overnight and managed to have two small children (under 3) there safely. Quiet neighborhood. Only considerations are the back stairs to upper door are in need of repair/a bit shaky and there couldve been greater attention to cleanliness (ie.: cobwebs on walls/corners) and dust caked to the vents and the table/floor fans). We enjoyed our stay nonetheless and the host had great communication!

The apartment is very cute inside, the outside could use some work. It was perfect for an over night girls trip. Great location and only 15 minutes to Ruoff music center. Would definitely stay there again!!

My group was looking for an easy rental for a quick friends trip! Booking was easy and very simple. The listing was accurate and served as a good hub between activities in Noblesville and a place to crash at night. This renovated space did have some quirky components like an odd entry leading into the house, non-enclosed hot water heater in the bathroom, small heater working hard to heat the space, and steep/tight stairs to the living room and bedroom. However, they did a lot with a smaller space and it worked well for my group of four. My group did not use the kitchen and instead took advantage of the many local options. We had space to spread out upstairs for our short retreat and would book again!

We came in for a lacrosse tournament at Grand Park. This place was super easy to find, smooth check in (was even offered to me earlier than expected). Place was clean and had everything you’d need for your stay and then some! Super cute downtown with shops and great food! We would definitely stay here again!

Cute little house. We enjoyed the complimentary water bottles, and my daughter enjoyed one of the breakfast bars. Very close to a fun downtown area with lots of fun restaurants and shops. We found a few pet hairs, but overall everything seemed pretty clean. Would definitely stay again.

Good value for the money.
I was able to find this property with only a weeks notice when I found out I would be able to attend a family reunion over the 4th of July. Perfect for when you just need a clean place to stay and won't be spending alot of time at the property.

Cute tiny house
This house was just big enough for my family of four. It was perfect for a long weekend and much better than a hotel! I like the privacy of a home and the nice kitchen area to boot. We would definitely stay again!

Better Than a Hotel Room
The cozy carriage house was exactly as described and perfect for my 5 day stay while my daughter attended diving camp - so much better than staying at a hotel! Suni was an excellent host - instructions for getting there and getting in were detailed and easy to follow, and she was super responsive and accomodating. Located in a quiet neighborhood that is a 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to historic downtown Noblesville in one direction and to Forest Park in the other direction. Lots of paved trails nearby great for walking and biking.
Kitchen has all the basics including a small stove and half fridge. Bathroom is tiny but fully functional and the shower is wonderful. The stairs going up to the living and sleeping area are steep, but managable. Bed was comfortable and I loved the spaciousness of the living area. Great setup with desk and office chair and terrific internet allowed me to seamlessly work remotely all week. Highly recommend and can't wait to return at the beginning of August!

We stayed at this property for one night while in Noblesville for a concert at Ruoff. It was located about eight miles from the venue. The owner was very responsive to my email and text messages. The property was perfect for us three and the bed was super comfy.

Lovely and comfortable carriage house for an unreal price! Everything you need and close to stores and restaurants. Was a blessing to take our two pups. Very kind and helpful host. There for a wedding
Very cute little house. We stayed there with my best friend the night before her wedding so that she didn't see her groom. Perfect little house for a quick stay.

Clean, Cozy, and Convenient!
I came here to visit family in Carmel. I love that the place is dog friendly. It is very clean and cozy. Wifi and TV work great. I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch to watch a movie and found it very cozy. The linens are super clean. The staircase is a bit narrow- so if you have a dog who is not allowed all over the house like my elderly dog, you will need to block off the stairs. The shower head is amazing. It really massages the scalp! Water gets nice n hot. All in all- the place had everything I needed. Great location! I recommend getting a massage in Noblesville with Ginny with a “G”. She is about 5 min away! Amazing massage bed and skills. This host was super friendly and attentive. 5 Stars! Thank you😁

Tiny Comfy Carriage House
This was a perfect house for my daughter and I to stay at for 5 nights while she was at diving camp. Perfect location...very close to the practice facility and pool. Close to downtown. The house was clean upon arrival and communication with the property owner was excellent. If my daughter comes to camp again next summer we would stay here again.
