This is not a hotel, but an apartment. Very dirty, lack of service, everything is very old and does not work. This is not a five star hotel.

excellent, staff very friendly and helpful with calling air Serbia for a change (Drazen) and Nicola at breakfast

clean and comfortable with a good breakfast options. location good, 2/3 km walk to old town and castle. local restaurants in area. only 1.6 km from train and about a 15 min drive to airport. hotel arranged a driver to airport for 25 E. taxi at bus wanted 25 E for short drive, walked out to street and down to 15.

Booked last minute, because I missed a flight in Belgrade. Very fair price. Though it was very late, they gave me food and where super nice and welcoming.

The hospitality was incredible, patient and understanding. Also the restaurant and the cafe was very good and has a good value for money

Amazing stay. Would recommend.

great room with a private sauna. the hotel staff was very hospitable. we had breakfast at the hotel and it was very delicious n good variety. Hotel manager really took care to ensure our stay was smooth. Ivana from the restaurant helped us with ideas on where to go in Serbia.

Stains in the bed sheets, no extra duvet/bed cover, no extra pillow, window left open mosquitos inside, staff missing while delivering the key, asking for extra duvet returns the answer "it's locked, I don't have the key". Staff English level is very poor.

Left for a proper hotel the first evening

Looked clean enough.

Expected an actual hotel, found a restaurant handing out keys from the kitchen. A "city view" room had views only of the concrete walls of the buildings next to it. The sound insulation listed simply doesn't exist. Very outdated and worn interior. Not a proper hotel, and certainly nowhere near five stars.
