The modern apartment complex has got a perfect location. It's easy to get to the airport as well as to the city center or railway stations. The landlord is very friendly and willing to help with any of the guests' needs. Thanks for the pleasant stay in the nice place!

The final room I had was good, with a good internet connection and the place is relatively well connected with public transport, but I went in my car. In both cases, all venues and the City Center are relatively easy to reach by driving or by public transport.
Not under the host control's, but some neighbours were quite noisy late at night, at least 2 of 5 days I was there.

Way too expensive for that apartment, it looked like it was in the middle of renovation, the bed was crooked and really bad quality and many things were missing in the kitchen. Would not recommend.

Self check-in and check-out system;
Quick communication with the host via chat and phone;
Modern comfortable apartment;
The possibility of using a washing machine if necessary;
Quiet street (it was easy to park the car);
Bus and tram stops are nearby;
The room in the basement was cool. At the same time, the room on the first floor was comfortable. (September) There was air conditioning, but I didn't want to spend money on electricity for the owner :-)
Periodically, the Wi-Fi signal disappeared or the Internet speed dropped.

The neighborhood of apart is safe, quiet and peaceful. Felt just like home. When i booked the studio, i immediately get a nice informing message from owner which was very helpful.
Heating of the studio was not enough to me. ( I am from a hot country maybe it would be enough for you.)

It was surprisingly clean, the apartment had just been renovated (seemed a little diy but fair enough, it was still very nice ☺️). The location was ok, under 30 minutes to the center with tram. There was also a shop and pharmacy really close and some restaurants. The apartment had ok amenities (towels, soap, enough toilet paper, dish soap, dishes) and the kitchen had everything needed for some small cooking (also a dishwasher). In the "living room" there were 2 sofa beds that were a pretty hard and the bedroom had a really soft double bed. There was also an air-source heat pump in both of the rooms, so the temperature could be set easily and seperately for both rooms. Checking in was super easy and the hosts were easy to reach and nice. If you are looking for an option on a budget, I would recommend!
The wifi didn't seem to work at all. The toilet didn't flush properly and had to be "fixed" many times. The entrance/kitchen of the apartment smelled really badly like cigarettes and there were really smelly socks left in one of cabinets (otherwise it was surprisingly clean). The room didn't have some of the things listed (like a microwave). We were sent a list of all the key boxes codes (for every one of the apartments) which did not feel too safe. Somenone (don't know if it was the host or someone else) had also checked our key box during our stay. But once again it was a good price so we were happy with our stay!

Location is not bad. It's very close to Chopin airport, takes less than 15 mins to get to Arrivals via taxi or uber. There's a corner shop quite close open 6am-10pm. The outside of the building looks nice. Shower is quite nice, two different shower heads, water pressure and temperature control is great.
The room isn't as pretty as you could expect off pictures.
The heating isn't working by radiators (but it's local council decision to turn on radiators, so couldn't do much about it as it wasn't owner's decision) so there's an electric radiator - unfortunately it seems quite old and when it's turning itself on to re-heat - it sparks and it looks dangerous. If you decide not to use it, it can get very cold in the room.
TV is nice, just bad placement in room, could be connected to internet for Netflix and Youtube but I suppose owners decided it's not worth it. The reception for television disappears regularly so you can't really watch anything. Free wi-fi is mostly down, it barely worked. If it appeared, it would be for 20-30 mins and it's gone again.
We found previous guest's belongings in the wardrobe, so the cleaning of rooms is quite simple and poor.
The bathroom doesn't stop smelling like bleach, even after 4 days of using, which unfortunately takes the smell to the sleeping room.
Our "double bed" was actually a sofa bed, it was just enough to have a few hours of sleep, but we were ready for a normal bed after 4 days on sleeping on it.
The kitchen, which is shared with other guests, was in the basement. There are 2 fridges and people leave very random things in there... To the point, after opening one of the fridges I almost vomited from the smell of old and expired food held there. There was lack of sugar, no free milk or coffee unfortunately, but it's fine, we didn't expect it. It'd be great idea if the owners paid more attention to cleaning, both rooms and the kitchen.
One our last day someone knocked at our door and been asking to check water meters. It seems as the owner doesn't own the whole building and there might be regular renters in there as well, or maybe they just didn't tell the water company not to knock on door.

The owner of the apartment is very kind and they answer fast .
Also the apartment is nice in general with air conditioning ( big plus if it’s summer )
They put during our stay a new microwave so it’s much appreciated + they let us stay longer because we had a flight in the afternoon 😊
There’s a tram number 7 or 9 that brings you directly to the city center in 15/20 minutes.
Wifi is not working .
Worst part is that the fridge is not working at all and they solve the problem by saying “ use the one in the basement “ that means everyone can get to your things and you need to go downstairs all the time for your stuff .
Also the fridge in the basement is terrible old and dirty.
The cooking stoves need to be urgently changed the biggest one is not working at all and it’s terrible old also . They will tell you to go on the basement for cooking …

Some equipments were dirty, for example the dinning table. The bin was full from the previous visitors. Unfortunately, the other people staying in the building were noisy in early morning.

Quite clean, in a quiet location. Good for a short-term stay.
A bit too complicated description of how to get to the apartment. In the end, I had to make a call to find out that it's way easier than in a message. Tiny apartment, but quite ok for one person for a short-term stay. A bit disappointed about the equipment. No microwave, nor stove, or anything to heat the food. There was only a tiny fridge, a couple of cups, and some forks and knives in a kitchen. That's it.

The location is good because the flat is near the Airport and also so clean.
Small flats and also beds are not good.
