Average at best and one for people on a low budget only

Available at a reasonable price for our requirements

Window Venetian blinds that let light and cold in Old aircon that heated poorly TV reception poor and limited channels available Cracked walls and sloping floor Hot water system for bath poor Is actually an old housing trust property and not an actual cottage Back yard full of 3 corner jacks so impossible to walk on

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location very handy to everything.

Hot water took a long time to cut in.

I'd stay here again!

It's a wonderful place with three rooms - double/queen bed in each room. Winter there is very cold despite the air conditioner so we brought electric blankets and throws. It's nice and cozy, the cooking facilities were great - it's a gas stove (extra points!) The bathroom area was lovely and clean and there were facilities for a longer stay such as laundry station

There wasn't much to not like...

Outside of a teething problem it was a pleasent stay

Suprising it was so quiet traffic wise close to super market

Crissy will know the problem but she was straight onto it and was fixed with in an hour

A good stay.

The size of the unit along with three separate bedrooms were exactly what we wanted for two adults and two children and not get in each other's way. That and the value for money compared to hotels for accommodation of this type is truly worth it.

On the whole we liked the place. It was in a quiet neighbourhood which we appreciated

The TV reception was poor, taps in shower were too low and rose was not adjustable.

Very pleasant place to stay - I would return without hesitation.

It was convenient, particularly traveling with my dog. Having a secure yard was a huge bonus. It suited our needs to a T

The TV was a little pixelated when viewing certain channels, but apart from that, it was perfect for our stay.

Very good place to stay, better than motels and great value.

Very clean and tidy, quiet street, no issues. Owner was also very helpful.

Pleasant stay

Quiet street with bakery just around the corner. Good base to explore the area with Monarto Safari Park only 10 minutes away.

Backyard needed a good tidy up and was not at all conducive to spending time outside. Window and fly screens need a good clean. No instructions for appliances, tv etc. It took us ages to remove subtitles off the tv screen.

Very pleasant place to stay, clean and tidy.

Easy access with smart remote, 2x car driveway. Good clear instructions about property and smart lock. TV had Netflix which was a nice surprise.

Only 1x small annoyance. The bathroom didn’t have a power outlet. (p.s. the visitor book didn’t have a pen either)

Cute, cosy and functional

Very comfortable and roomy. Well renovated, WiFi was a huge plus with Netflix to enjoy in our downtime and close to everything we needed. Owners are very responsive to messages.

Blinds in the bedrooms need to be replaced as they don't block out any light at all. Would also be nice to have bug spray handy, as we found a few earwigs roaming around but nothing to spray them with. Having said that we would stay again.

Quiet street. Hot shower. It was comfortable and very clean.

Some heating in the bathroom would be nice. Little touches like, heating on before you arrive and maybe salt and pepper, jams, butter and paper towels.

3 separate bedrooms & place had been done up. Decor was nice.

Gas stove - problem for asthma sufferer, but good alternatives like toaser & toastie maker. Had to ring for key code - not sent as text as promised by email.

This cottage was both clean and.comfortable. it had everything we needed.

We liked everything about this holiday.

The bed in bedroom 1, has two legs in the middle of the bed that I kicked several times.
