Summary:
This beautiful basement apartment has its own entrance. Our home is located on a quiet street in the heart of Orem, however we consider it a secret sanctuary within Orem!
This beautiful space boasts 3 bedrooms that have their own TV's. A large bathroom and a beautiful kitchen and family room. The family room also has a television and a gas fireplace.
Located in the heart of Orem, you are close to everything and yet we are in a beautifully secluded neighborhood!

The Space:
The apartment has its own kitchen and laundry room and private entrance. It is fully stocked with everything you will need so that you feel like you are in your home away from home!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire basement apartment

Other Things to Note:
Please park in front of our home only. There is ample parking in front of the entrance to the Airbnb apartment or across the street as well

Interaction with Guests:
I am available via messaging during your stay. I also live upstairs - so if you really need something I am just a moment away.

Cutest little basement apartment! There was plenty of room and the beds were super comfortable! We enjoyed the two nights we stayed.

The place was overall nice. It is a basement, so you can hear everything going on upstairs. The neighborhood was really nice and clean and quiet. Nice park nearby. There was only one measuring cup, there needs to be a complete set. The tv was nice and it had streaming apps to use - very good! The beds were comfortable. Clarification on the waffles must be said!! We were hoping to check in to a place that smelled like fresh waffles. Nope. There are waffles in the freezer, and there is bisquick mix to make your own waffles (the measuring cups would have been helpful), with a waffle maker. So, if you book this house JUST for the waffles, please know you’re making your own waffles. Syrup was provided.

The location of this property is perfectly central to everything in the valley. The inside is so comfortable it’s literally like home away from home. The owners are wonderful and friendly, and I can guarantee our family will be back to stay again. Thank you for everything!

We needed a place to stay for two weeks during a remodel. Both adults and the cat involved were stressed, and this property and host were the perfect antidote! The best word for this stay is "comfortable"--the neighborhood is quiet, the furniture is ridiculously comfortable, the wi-fi is fast. And yes, there are waffles! Even the cat was satisfied. All three bedrooms are large and comfortable. The washer and dryer are easy to use and effective. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. The neighborhood is residential, but it is extremely convenient to I-15, which means it is extremely convenient to everything. We feel very lucky to have been able to stay here!

The photos do not do this place justice. Everything was so comfortable and everything we needed. We had four adults staying, although we didn't spend alot of time in the space, it was a clean and comfortable place to spend the night. If this place is availble, book it. All communications with the host was wonderful, she is polite, professional, very helpful, and so sweet. Thank you for everything we had a wonderful stay and will book again here.

We loved staying at this property because it was so clean, updated with a modern look and very cutely decorated. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. When we walked in, there was a lit Christmas tree in the living area to welcome us. Such a nice touch! It was very cozy and just perfect for our family of seven. We enjoyed playing games around the table and in the living area by the fireplace and watching movies together. There were waffles ready to eat at our convenience, which my kids loved! There was plenty of lighting and windows so it didn't even seem like we were in a basement. Access was easy and the owners were very nice! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This property was perfect for our little family! The bedrooms were nice and comfortable and the owner even had the Christmas tree up since were staying through the holidays! The beds were very comfortable and they even had a high chair and travel crib available. It was clean and ready upon arrival and very responsive owner!

We stayed here with our daughter and her family. It worked out just fine. The location for us was ideal to my other daughter. It is a basement and you can slightly hear upstairs movement. Beds were clean and comfortable. The apartment sleeps 8 and we had nine with the baby, and I wished there had been more dishes and silverware. The owner had wonderful communication and let us know about an unexpected family member that dropped in on them.

The Landlord was so accommodating and the home was perfect for our large family! We were very centralized to all the events we needed to attend in Provo and Orem and Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice. Well stocked kitchen, ample sleeping rooms and nice TV time areas. Even though it was a basement apartment, we were able to spread out and enjoy our time both together, socializing, and again, enjoy alone time. Very nice lay out.

This was a great place to stay for a sister getaway. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owner had great communication and was very easy to work with. The location is perfect for shopping and eating. We would stay there again.

We brought a team from work to a conference in Orem. This was an ideal place to stay, with multiple bedrooms and a comfortable group area. It was quiet and no-hassle. We weren't looking for a vacation, just a place to hang out and rest as a group, and this property was ideal.

This was a great place to stay. Easy access from the outside. There was a great park around the corner to get our kids energy out at times. Lots of space in the apartment to spread out and hangout.

We will definitely stay here again! Such a quiet, comfortable and cute place for a family stay while in the Provo/Orem area. It is close to everywhere we needed to be and we had a great time. We loved the beautiful private entrance and Carole is easy to work with.

The neighborhood is great, but staying in a basement is not so great. The air was turned up too cold and we had no control over the thermostat. WiFi password only worked the first night and because we were in the basement we had no reception. We had to wash dishes before we could use them because they were dirty, and there were mice droppings next to the couch. We were instructed to remove shoes and walk barefoot. Trash from previous tenants was left in the bathroom containing used feminine products. Last, but not least, we could hear every step from the owners above. In addition, we heard them talking and their loud movie. We will not stay in a basement again and I will look for a Superhost in the future.
