Had a great time on the lake and enjoyed our time at this property.

We have stayed here for three years in a row now. Every time never disappoints. Very relaxing and so beautiful. Will keep staying here for years to come.

This is a great place to be if you are looking to be close to the water. Very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend checking it out. Also they are correct on needing a vehicle with AWD or 4X4. Very steep driveway down to the house. Great vacation home.

Beautiful home, great location.

The home, property and hosts were a 10! Easy check in/out process, organized notes and information to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Very clean inside and out. We enjoyed the covered patio while it rained one evening and enjoyed the gorgeous sunset on the lake the next evening. The large family room and kitchen provided great space for games and meals. Very easy walk to shoreline! Highly recommend for families/friends of all ages! We hope to stay again!

This place is an amply stocked hidden gem situated right on the water in a quiet cove. The whole family (adults and teenagers) enjoyed kayaking, swimming, and exploring the shore followed by dinner at the house with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The homeowner was helpful and quick to respond to messages. We hope we can visit again in the coming years!

This property and home is a 10! The description was as stated and more. Clean, organized and host has so many extras to make this the perfect vacation for all ages! Easy path to water and amazing view from the covered patio. Highly recommend!

This is where our family loves to get away from the world and spend time in nature! Comfortable and quiet, with options to spend time together on the dock, in the water, playing games inside, even having a campfire! A great place for making memories!

Absolutely need four-wheel-drive !!!
Loved the house and all of the amenities for the lake. The garage space with ping-pong table and other games was a lifesaver on the day that it rained!

Great Get Away...
This is a great get-a-way house. Clean, plenty of room. BUT. Please be advised the drive way to the house is wicked... we are experienced 4 wheel drive drivers, there are parts of this drive way I didn't think we could cross. We have an F350 and some places are so narrow with 100 ft drops on each side. Its scary to say the least. Once you get there you will never want to leave. We will definitely book again!
- Side note - Arrive in Daylight
- Take everything you think you will need, the store is just a few miles but will take 40 mins to get there. ( Roads are curvy, up and down the mountain )

We have no cell service or internet here and rarely see or hear the neighbors, so it's a place to get away from the world. I appreciate so much about the place: the floor plan, the seclusion, the nearness to the lake, the ice maker, the many things available for us to use, the dock, the screened in porch, two refrigerators, fire pit - we use them all! The only concerns I have: 1. the cleaners aren't doing their job adequately, 2. it was impossible for me to have real communication with EVOLVE our first trip there so I didn't even try on our second trip there. When we have had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners I have found her to be delightful!

Perfect family getaway
The commercial standalone ice machine would be enough to make me come back to this secluded lovely lake house! We never had to use our car the entire week we were there. The house is so well stocked with all the cooking equipment and entertainment such as family games, TV and the beautiful views! The house layout is great for personal space as well as large gathering areas. I have never seen such clean lake water and the house is secluded in a beautiful cove. The dock area is very easily accessible for children as well as older adults. The owners were very receptive to any of our request and got back to us very quickly. The only downside was I communication with Evolve vacation management. They were extremely slow in any email communications and trying to reserve the house initially. I felt much more comfortable communicating with the owners. This was one of our best family vacations and would definitely consider renting this house again!

Very nice stay. Secluded and quiet with easy access to the water. The property was hard to find since it doesn't show on the GPS. Called manager and due to poor cell service difficult to contact a couple times for directions. The property is nicely laid out and has several amenities for kitchen supplies. The living room furniture is not very comfortable and hard to get into and off of. Steep Driveway need AWD. No WiFi available. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is very nice and was squeaky clean. It also has a great view of the lake. So I give 5 stars for those details. There are definite oddities that would keep me from likely renting the property again. First, there were no amenities in the bathroom. I've never rented a place without soap and shampoo in the shower. There was none in any of the bathrooms. Being very, very far out from town, just running to the store was difficult. There was only 1/3 a roll of paper towels in the house for 5 of us. We finally found a stack of napkins in the pantry to get us by. The owners are clearly very particular about this property in other ways though. There were notes all throughout the house telling us what we could and couldn't do. We also each had a note on our nightstand instructing us not to use the comforters and, instead, to go get a blanket out of the closet to use. Overall, the place accomplished the purpose for which we rented it. But less rigid instructions and more attention to common amenities like soap, shampoo, and paper towels would go a long way to make this stay much better.

Spent three nights at property. It’s exactly as described and was a great getaway for our two families of four. We loved how close it was to the lake and the boat dock is awesome. The games in the garage were a nice bonus for the kids on a rainy day. Thanks so much for sharing your house with us !

Family trip during Covid
We felt safe and isolated in this property. Spent the entire vacation without seeing another person. Sometimes it is so nice to slow down and just breathe. Recommended to another family already. The property was clean and set up very well for indoor-outdoor living. A beautiful setting!

Great weekend
This is a great property and there’s so much to do. The only thing we regret is not having more time to stay. This place is pretty far from town (about 40 minutes) so if you’re planning to do anything else other than what the property provides you’ll have to plan for the drive. It’s totally worth it though.

Birthday celebration
My family and I went to Beaver Lake to celebrate my birthday. The property was wonderful and it didn’t disappoint. My teenagers had a blast with the canoe, kayak, and ping pong table. Unfortunately, the fishing wasn’t that good. One suggestion would be to consider doing something with the driveway. A big investment but would be worth it. And you might want to check the outside deck chairs. Some of the backs are broken probably do to sitting in the weather. I would most definitely go back. All the cards, movies, and games were a really nice bonus on rainy days.

Excellent
We've stayed here a few times and have enjoyed it each time. Very private location with lots of room. Easy access to the water and nice private deck makes it great for family fun or just relaxing. Definitely recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles as the driveway is gravel and very steep in a couple places. Looking forward to our next stay here.
