On the ground floor is a Open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a large flat screen TV with satellite system and free wifi
The dining area has a table that seats 8 guests and the modern kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave and water-cooler.

The first of the villa’s 4 bedrooms is also located on this level. This is a double bedroom that has sliding doors out onto a garden area. An en-suite shower area is screened off by a frosted glass panel. Plus a guest cloakroom is also provided on this floor.
The first floor has the remaining three bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 twin. Each bedroom has its own en-suite and access to private or shared balcony
Outside the villa:
A large private pool with surrounding terrace –which is furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols, a shaded al-fresco dining area to seat 8 guests, BBQ, sofa seating set and table tennis. The pool has a heating option for cooler months at a extra charge of £200 per week, please note that this option must be pre booked a minimum of 7 days in advance.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
