This little cottage is very comfortable and well stocked. The patio area is fantastic, there's plenty of seating and they even have a great fire pit. We will definitely book this cottage again. The hosts Matt and Linda are incredible.

This little met all of our expectations, it was well furnished and even had a few extras such as granola bars and coffee pods. Very enjoyable.

Nice vintage Lompoc location in proximity to visit the santa Ynez wine area!

This place is perfect for a family or two couples who are keen on visiting the surrounding area (wine country, Solveng, etc). It is simple and nothing fancy but well kept, clean and the hosts are very communicative and helpful. Check-in was a breeze (there is a keypad at the door), apartment was clean and comfortable and all the necessities are provided (there is enough for a simple breakfast for example with tea/coffee as well as granola bars and oatmeal). Kitchen is simple but has everything you need to prepare a simple meal.
The neighborhood is quiet and the property is located very close to the main E/W thoroughfare making it fairly easy to get to.
It was a bit cool to use the outside amenities but they have a grill and a fire pit. The yard is well maintained showing that the owners care.
Would recommend.
