I have been coming to the Davenport area for 15 years, renting vacation homes ..this was the absolute worst. The house itself is big and spacious, but everything inside is dirty, broken, and neglected. 2 broken beds, electrical issues, leaks, numerous amenities that don't work or don't work properly....it's a long list and I wish I could post all the pictures we took. Roaches, mold, it was terrible. I'll try to sum it all up because this won't even give me enough characters to type a full review.
1.)We had a huge trailer full of stink and wet garbage in our driveway that took NUMEROUS calls and messages to have removed....2 days later. 2) I had 16 adult guests and no one could sleep upstairs the 1st night because it was over 80 degrees and we had no AC. That didn't get fixed till the NEXT night.3) The roof was leaking so bad it shorted out the electricity one 1 side of the house and garage. It connected to another leak from the fridge so we had an entire wet floor one night.4). I paid for pool heat, never got it. Hoping to get reimbursed for that.
There's so much more, but just know the amount of tickets I had to create, phone calls and emails, took away from my vacation because I had to make multiple attempts to get help every single day for the same issues. Awful. I refuse to stay here or anywhere Vacasa is involved. Go to their site and u will see the same complaints from others that stayed before me. They don't care to resolve them.

The house was not well kept, Following items broken: Dishwasher, living room couch, kitchen faucet, refrigerators were leaking and not getting cold, both dryers did not get hot Following items dirty:Walls, carpet ( all rooms with carpet), curtains in master bedroom dirty ( and were not the same size), showers have black mold, Property Management was notified of all the issues stated related to appliances and they only sent help for the refrigerator. Took us 30 minutes to get thru security on the property only to be told to go to club house to wait for a temporary badge that we now have to go to security the next day for a permanent badge

The house was nice and spacious. The number of bedrooms and bathroom worked well for our group. Cleanliness need improvement as carpets were stained and some of the furniture was worn. House had two refrigerators which was needed for our group size, but the water dispenser on the door of one fridge was not working properly and neither of the ice makers worked. The house had washer and dryers upstairs and downstairs, but the dryers did not dry well, it took 5-6 cycles in the dryer to get clothes dry. I know the mattresses that I slept on I could feel the springs. In the kitchen the walls had splatter that needed cleaning and tops of fridges were dusty. Pool area was nice, but one of the doors needs to have the latch fixed. We had inquired about a gas grill and was assured the house had one, but when we arrived there was only a small charcoal grill. We had met the property manager on arrival who said he was going to get a grill, but that never happened. We made do but was very disappointed as we had talked to the management company about bringing a grill and was assured there would be one there for our use. We made the best of our stay. We were with family and had a great time being together. We had fun going to the resort pool and lazy river daily. It was a great trip.

This property provided the space I needed to accommodate my family of 25. Very spacious and comfortable. Parking was a little tedious, but we were able to work it out. Had a few issues when we arrived, but I contacted the support number and they sent someone out that same day to address our issues. (WiFi, missing game pieces, leaking fridge, broken couch seat, missing remotes). Just a few minor issues, but it didn’t take away from the enjoyment. I would stay here again.

I loved all the rooms and space. We had 26 people there but never felt “stuffed in.” Sometimes we had to send a search party out. The kids loved all the games and pool. There was something for everyone and every age.

This was by far the worst vacation rental property I have ever stayed at. 1st they falsely advertise a lot of things. The surprises started the minute we entered the house. Two broken beds noticed immediately, multiple soiled spots on linen for several of the beds, one had blood stains, all the games advertised were unusable because they were missing essential parts, like broken pool sticks, missing balls, broken cornhole base, xbox missing remote control, door handle leading to the pool just fell off in my hands when I tried to open the door. More than 50% of the patio lounge chairs were broken and unable to be used, the garbage disposal stopped working and the kitchen sink was leaking, dryer not working, ac vents missing filter and disgusting. As for parking, house sleeps 36 yet only received 5 parking pass with threats of getting towed.
The communication with property manager is horrible, actually more like nonexistent. I called several times to complain about issues we were having with no return response until I flood them with text and calls. Bed, garbage disposal nor sink were ever fixed. I asked for a partial refund because of all the non working items in the home and false advertising on property listing and I am still waiting to here back from them. They have not acknowledged the request at all. Lastly my brother left his keys in the room and I called to request them, I had to pay $25 finders fee for them to look for it but they never did yet they took my money.

This property is perfect for large families. There are plenty of activities, and tons of space. While the house is high-end, the beds, furniture, and finishing touches are only adequate.

In an effort to leave an objective review I will begin with PRO's
Plenty of Towels
Layout was perfect for groups of families and varied ages
Garage activities helped keep the kids entertained
Theater Room
CONS:
1) prior to arrival we were notified when I called about adding pool heat that there was a restriction of 5 cars for a property that slept 36 people. We had to scramble to rearrange car rentals to accommodate- No mention was made in booking or contract.
2) Flooring condition of this house is unacceptable. Large, Dirty stains in every room with carpeting. Large includes entire sections of rooms and what appears to be bleach stains to possible urine stains. I immediately emailed photos to Vacasa. I was advised that they were aware and did not have time between bookings to clean the carpet. The resolution offered was to try and schedule a cleaning but that would mean wet carpets in Florida for what could be days - not to mention the cleaners coming in while we were in the house on vacation. I asked for alternatives - specifically something to place our 6 month old on because we could not place him on the floor. They delivered large new comforters the next day. I CANNOT Express enough how disgusting this carpet is- If you have a rental upcoming- I would be sure to ask. 2) Pool - we paid for heat and the first day the pool was very warm- we noticed the hot tub would drain very low when turned on and then refill. When I spoke to the gentleman about the carpets - I inquired if that was normal. He advised he would send someone out to check on it the next day. The next day no one came out. By day three, we no longer had any heat in the pool. I called again and was told that there was no record of a pool request being submitted. I was assured that someone would be sent out. We NEVER saw anyone come to check on the pool and on day 6 of our 7 day stay I received the following email
"We apologize that our attempt at troubleshooting your pool issues was not successful.
I am refunding your pool fee of $224.00 to the Visa ending in XXX please allow 3-5 days for it to show in your bank.
I am truly sorry for this inconvenience "
3) Trash/Neighborhood- When we pulled up to the house there was trash littering the front yard- beer cans, fast food wrappers ect.. We thought it was an isolated incident however found that this was a daily event when the trash would be picked up. I expressed concern for this situation during my initial call on day two however my husband still spent his vacation cleaning up trash each morning.
Additional items in need of repair that I did not bring to their attention after such a disappointing beginning include Kitchen sink was not secured, towel bars in bathroom were not attached securely and would fall, the upstairs dryer did not dry, the second coffee pot did not have a carafe for use, refrigerator doors did not have shelves, second dishwasher smelled of burning, cracked tiles with possible mold in an upstairs bathroom and an upstairs bedroom did not have a screen on the window.
We rent large homes in Orlando frequently and this was by far the most disappointing experience.

The home and families were perfect for our large family gathering. The private heated pool as well as the nearby community pool (short 8 minute walk from the house) entertained the kids well. The theatre room was nice but would have liked to see more seating options in it. The only issue we had was one of the bathrooms was out of order on the day we arrived. Customer service indicated they would get back to us about compensation for the inconvenience but we have yet to hear back from them.

Just finished my 7 day stay at the Coastal Breeze Mansion during July 2022. We had a total of 10 adults and 16 kids ages 4-16. Upon check in on the first day, it was noted that several bedrooms had approximately 1 inch German roaches climbing on the walls. Some of the other issues we experienced stemmed from the house not being very well maintained at all. Downstairs shower in one of the bathrooms was not working leading to families having to share bathrooms. Also, it was noted that simple things such as door knobs would casually fall off the door because the repairs were so poorly kept. Also, simple things like BBQ grills were NOT cleaned and not maintained. In fact, the combo lock to the grill was jammed shut rending the grill useless.
Overall, it's a big house, but you it's obvious that a large out of touch corporate property management company operates this location. My recommendation to anyone staying would be to do a thorough walk through and note all deficiencies prior to settling in.
The positive note about the house was the location. It conveniently located towards the front of the Solterra community. Disney is roughly 15 minutes away and Universal is about 25 minutes away.
Summary- Definitely not worth the price. I've stayed at other VRBO's across the country (Lake Tahoe , Alaska, Hawaii) with this travel group and this was by far the worst property I've ever stayed at.

The home is very spacious and accommodates a large party well! Kids enjoyed the pool game room and movie theater. Cons of this home is there was a dirty diaper left by house keeping outside the pool. The house could use some updating beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the bedroom to the right of the pool has bugs in the window sill. They appeared to be some kind of flying ants or something I’m not sure . They were only present in that room.

As a rental home, it is expected to find some things that are broken such as cabinet jores, curtain blinds especially the ones by the patio door with alot of traffic. The floors in some of the rooms are dirty but again it's a rental home and is expected. As for the home, it was nice and cleaned when we arrived and big enough for our group of 34. We really enjoy our time and Vascas customer service is top notch. They were able to resolved our issues right away. The only issue was the Spa heat which they didn't offer in the summer season. After a long day, we just want to sit and relax in a hot Spa. But with no heating no one used the spa during our trip. Kids did enjoy the pool. If you, plan to use the spa then find another house.

Getting someone out was horrible I checked into the home realizing the pool wasn't heated. Notified Vacasa. No one came out until friday after 5. The problem still wasnt resolved. I check out sunday at 10am. Now its Saturday Still No Heated Pool! Last day at the home and a total waste of time. Couldn't play any water games as the water was freezing.

Overall we had a wonderful time at this home. Great size (15 people) for everyone to spread out and have their own personal space. Traveling from Canada we brought an utility trailer to carry our things since we were staying for 2 wks. Arrived at gate and was immediately told by the RUDE gate lady that we can’t park that on property aware and if it’s on the driveway it will be towed. She gave us the number to the towing company to make arrangements to park off-site. Once checked we did a walk around of the home. It smelled cleaned/disinfected but unfortunately every bedroom in the home had stains(various size but VERY visible) on the carpets. For a luxury listing it was a little disappointing but didn’t ruin our trip. The house is starting to look a little beat. Nothing a good carpet cleaner or replaced completely wouldn’t fix. The amenities were wonderful and all in working conditions. The kids loved the theatre room and we spent every night watching a movie before bed. The kitchen is stocked with all the utilities you need but the stove does take a LONG time to heat up and cook things. Wish there was some tea towels and a dish drying rack. The 2 laundry rooms were great especially for a large group. Remember to pack your own detergent but I wish there were a few more laundry baskets. There was only one small one provided. The pool area outside is really nice. There is a barbeque that is locked. When we contacted the manager they gave us a phone number of a company to rent a barbeque if we wish. The pool was a great size for the kids to splash around in. The house is located about a 5/10 minute walk to the pool club. You need a code to access the pool club and we were not given one in our arrival email. So we needed to contact the manager to get the access code for July. Not a huge deal but the small things that count when you are offering a luxury property. We also had a problem with the Wi-Fi. The password that we were giving was incorrect. When we called Vacasa to try to get the code they did not have the new password code. It was actually located on the router. So that was a quick fix. Overall we had a great time with this property. It’s very much the people you are with that makes the vacation. I would recommend this house for large groups of families who would not be concerned about the odd spill here or there. I treat rental properties like my own home and sadly you can start to see that people who rent this home do not.

great stay at coastal breeze
House was great well decorated lost of fun games which were all working. Nicely decorated. Had a excellent stay. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars were a few bedrooms had some stained carpet, not a big deal really. Would come back in a heart beat great location at the front of the resort complex. pull in first left and your there. Also the corner lot was great as the house was not squeezed in and there was extra parking spots on the side street.

5 star home -1 star property upkeep
It’s a large, roomy 5 star home & pool that fit our entire family (27) very well, but its 1 star upkeep was disappointing. Many items needed repair upon our arrival, including loose kitchen sink, very wobbly kitchen faucet, shower door grab handle broken, broken pool area chairs, stained carpets, exposed carpet tack strips in bathroom doorways which granddaughters had to step upon, 1 clothes dryer that did not heat correctly, 1 dishwasher that did not work, 1 refrigerator missing a shelf, 1 refrigerator water dispenser that did not operate, & 1 loose faucet in the master bath.
The house was a very pleasant place to hang out or return to following a day at the park. The property is listed as “ luxury”, & is costly to rent. We expected the property to be well maintained. We were very disappointed to find such a high number of problems based upon the property description and cost. It took several hours away from family time to email, call, & wait “on hold” to request repairs.

Sigh!!
The house was very accommodating for our large group. However, I had read previous reviews about cleanliness, damaged utilities, and missing items for the game room. Well, to ensure these things were taken care of before we arrived I called the Vacasa customer service. I was reassured that these things had been taken care of, missing Foosball, loose kitchen sink faucet , stove eyes, cleanliness, and pooling warming. Upon arriving everything appeared to be okay. We were planning to use the grill on the first night and there was no propane in the grill. Then there was a water hose left in the pool I guess from someone adding water. Not only that there was no chlorine in the water!!!! The kids has been in the pool since the Dec. 22nd and chlorine was not added until the Dec. 25th!!!!!!!!!!!!! The carpets was dirty!! In one room it apparently had some water damage because there was black mold on the carpet and dresser. I have pictures. We also have family members including myself who have severe allergies to mold!!!!!! The kitchen sink was backing up which caused the dishwasher not to work properly. They sent a gentleman out to fix the problem but the sink continued to back up. One of the dishwasher blades was broken and so it wasn't working properly either. The water was even backing up in some of the bathrooms. The mattress in some the rooms where well worn out and the decorative pillows needed to be washed.. When I called to speak to the rep who was in charge of this area she was never available nor did she return my messages. I only got a response from the 1-800 number. The children did enjoy the game room even though there was still no Foosball ball. For the amount of money that was spent these things should have been fixed Pronto especially the things that have been mentioned over and over in the reviews!!! I have been home for five days now and still have not heard anything form a rep!!!

Nice mansion
This house was amazing, we did enjoy all the well decorated rooms. The entire family especially the children were very pleased and loved the home. All the games were in working condition (thank you). Customer Service was truly awesome as I literally called them with a couple of concern. They even sent someone over to fix the kitchen sink that was falling down on Thanksgivings that was awesome and we appreciated. I couple of suggest you update the stove. A few burners did not work well, and pans were old, but everything else was great. Couple blinds were missing in living room, pool and spa did not get hot, also the pool lite came on for one day. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We would recommend this vacation house and we would definitely stay again.

Large Beautiful House
My family and I enjoyed the house, it was beautifully decorated, exact replica of the online photos. There were minor maintenance issues which I forwarded on to the property manager before I left. All and all the parking was the only setback but we made it work. I definitely would stay again!

Beautiful, Spacious Home
This house was amazing and more room than we really needed. The children were very pleased and loved it. All the games were in working condition (thank you). Customer Service was truly awesome as I literally called many times before the trip and a few times to ask questions during our stay. They even sent someone over to assist us and they followed up later that day. We would like to suggest you update the stove. A few burners did not work well and pans were old, so guests may want to bring their own pans/pots. Overall, our stay was great. We would recommend this vacation house and we would also stay again.

While the home is tastefully decorated their were many issues that have not been addressed and were blown off with generic reply's. Apparently maintaince had been in prior to our stay so the cleaning crew came in an hour and a half after check in. The spa is broken and was told that a spa does not need to be heated (a general warning that it is colder than the pool). Their was only -silverwear for 12 so buy plastic. The fridge door braces fall off. You must bring your own garbage bags. Their wasn't any Foosball balls, instead ping pong balls and golf balls were in their place. The projector in the movie room has a huge black spot in the middle of the screen. Multiple chairs were broken throughout the house. Their were very large mice in the grill. Their was tack strip exposed on the entrance to the ensuite bathroom in the kids bedroom, one of the guests were cut by this. The air basically does not work upstairs. Their is very little water pressure in the showers and it take forever to get hot water. The floors are dirty at best, and the amount of debris under the couches and under the couch cushions was pretty gross. The beds are pretty warn in for "firm" beds. The carpeted areas are pretty stained up and need a good scrubbing. The kitchen sink is coming away from the counter. Cushions on the pool deck were wore out. Lots of tape on the walls and ceilings. In general needs a deep deep clean.
To the good: the location was nice. Tastefully decorated, nice space for a large group. Pool table was nice, air hockey table is worn down but playable, basketball was fun (couldnt find the ball inflator to make them firm). Ping pong table was nice, putting green was fun.
Overall I'm giving this a 3 out of 5 because it's a nice layout for a large group but many many maintaince issues.

Disappointed
Home needs a deep cleaning. The walls are very dirty, carpet is very Filthy, several pieces of furniture are broken, A/C did not work upstairs the first night, and we did not have the option to heat the pool, so water was cold all weekend and we weren't able to get in

Great for the family
This home was really nice but please be aware you only get 5 Parking passes (community rule). Overall the home was great but the house has minors issues that weren’t to big of a deal. It is a lager home so the ac does have problems cooling the lower level. The jacuzzi doesn’t get hot at all not even warm.

Very very disappointing
I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a good deal with plenty of space. I was able to work all week from the WiFi (make sure you use the 5G network). It was tastefully decorated and the cleaning crew did a great job.
That said, I would not qualify this as a “luxury” rental. There are plenty of signs that this house has been high-trafficked by guests. Dings on the walls, broken things (including the fun items that attracted us: hot tub, projector, and garage games) none worked. The very disappointing thing was that I asked they make sure these worked.
The kitchen was large, but it did not have amenities to facilitate cooking for a crowd: limited cups/mugs/wine glasses, serving bowls, one cutting board, 4 can openers that didn’t work. If you are able to sleep 36, can we have that many forks/ spoons. What is the point of two dishwashers.
We are grateful for the opportunity to stay at this residence, but were disappointed by the quality, and after some communication from the host that key things were functioning prior to our arrival..
We will not be coming back.

Nice Stay/ Roomy
The overall stay was great. However most of the amenities on the property were broken. The batteries in all the remote controls were dead or wasn't working. The handles on the door was broken, the ones one the cabinets we kept having to screw them back on. Be sure to pay for pool heating because the water was cold and they don’t allow you to purchase after you’ve made the reservation ( I was told after calling guest services). The space was great, we had the max of 36 occupants and even some visitors and we weren’t up on one another. The kids enjoyed the theater room and the pool( they made the best of it). I would stay again if I was ever in the area and in need of the space. The place just needs some up-keeping with the appliances, door handles, cabinet knobs and getting the amenities for the children fixed.

It was really nice house, but not properly cleaned at all. We had to wash our sheets when we got ready to go to bed. There was blood on the sheet in 1 room, on the mattress in another and on comforters in several rooms. There was trash on the floor in the kitchen. No dish towels or pot holders. On top of that the air went out. I had to call 4 times between 9pm Tuesday till 1pm Wed. They came at 2. We had 36 people in the house and it was 85 degrees inside. Really put a damper on our vacation but we made the best of it!
