Room wasn’t very clean ( stained sheets, hair in shower, room smelled) and tv didn’t work.

The breakfast was really good and the pool was nice sized.

The pool was a bit unclean, which is understandable.

Very clean and updated. There was a nice pool and work out area. The lobby was large and had lots of options for seating. There was a nice selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic for purchase. The workers were extremely helpful and very friendly.

I will first say I was traveling with my child and this was Not really the hotels fault but we Couldn’t believe the Absolutely rude/loud hotel guests on the 4th floor we were staying on. Slamming doors and allowing young kids to run around like a playground while the parents did nothing. So much for a good rest.

I was not satified with my stay at all. The staff attitude was horrible. Most of the issues came from the Supervisor Deanna. My bed was not clean. There were stains on the sheets and blankets. When I pointed out the stains and issues to my room, Deanna stated that all stains does not come out of clothes when you wash, don't you experience that at home. That is very unprofessional to tell a paying customer something like that. When the sheets were peeled back even more stains were on the other sheets. I had to be moved to another room, which was not suggested by the supervisor. I had to ask her how she would resolve the issue, whether it was to change the linen or switch rooms. Once I switched rooms, the staff entered my room without permission while I was out of the room. I didn't have a rolling chair in my room, but when I came back it was in there. Not sure if my belongings were tampered with or not. Deanna even goes as far as saying she don't have 1 extra garage bag for trash when I called the front desk, however when I asked another staff member it was given to me at the front desk. Upon checking out a staff member was trying to type my complain, Deanna stopped him and stated that she would handle it, only to write it on paper. Which can be thrown away. She refused tp give me the owners information. She stated that she would call the owner herself. Not sure if that even happen, because most of the complains were about her customer service and demeanor.
