Doit impérativement être amélioré : matériel, lits, propreté...

Endroit gardé.

Appartement sale. Peu de matériel pour faire à manger, et cuisine peu accessible quant à la propreté. Lits absolument pas confortables.

Great value for money

We stayed here on 3 occasions in the same room, VIP 6. There's a kitchen, balcony and plenty of room. Nothing super fancy, but that's what we paid for. Very helpful staff. Also great positioning near the Tuol Sleng Museum, so every tuktuk driver knows where to drop you.

We had to drag our luggage on stairs all the way to the third floor. Other than that, all good, no complaints.

Great value for money, great location

As I said in my other reviews as we stayed here three times, you get good value for your money. The staff were friendly and helped me find someone to fix my backpack.

Once again I will state having to carry our luggage on stairs all the way to the third floor, which is not fun at all. Other than that, all was fine.

Preço qualidade muito bom

Fomos muito bem recebidos. O apartamento estava muito bem equipado e bem localizado, o ambiente envolvente é calmo e acolhedor. A relação preço qualidade está ótimo.

Um pouco mais de atenção na limpeza, havia alguma sujeira no chão, mas nada por aí além. Ficámos num 5 andar, para nós tudo ok, mas o para algumas pessoas pode ser um problema.

Good price for what you get

I had a room without A/C. Everything was good, for 11$ I think that was a great value of money. The manager Vimean is chatty and happy to help you out with tips. At the 360 street you’ll have some good places for food in 5min walking distance and you can also walk to the genocide museum. I would come back with those conditions anytime again.

Not a good experience

It was at a good location and the neighbors seemed friendly.

The room was not clean, nor was the toilet. For almost $10 a night, you could find better deals

Very good

Having a kitchenette and laundry machine was great, really helped cut costs by making our own breakfast and dinner a couple of times. Good location. TV with some English channels. Large room for the price.

A few details that held it back and became annoying over the 6 days we were there. The kittenette was missing a couple more cups, there was only one glass and no coffee mugs. It was also a bit dirty. The bed smelt very pungent, I'm not quite sure what it was, but it was not super pleasant. The sheets had holes and rips in them too. The other strange thing was the breaker for the room would trip if you had multiple things going on at once like the shower and the AC which was annoying. They were unable to give us new towels.

Exceptional but Noisy

honestly the room was perfect, especially for the value. the bed was nice and cozy; the air conditioning was top-notch; there was hot water and a washing machine on the balcony; and they had a big fridge. There was a fan as well, a stocked kitchen and toiletries. I really appreciated their effort at making it nice for their guests. :)

the noise from the neighbors and upstairs. I could always hear chairs being moved from above and footsteps. I got woken up a few times. Doors would slam and it was loud. Other than that it was perfect but the noise was pretty annoying.

I loved my stay here! staff were so friendly and even let me check out late. so kind! also the apartments are a great size and have fully stocked kitchens. convenient location also, minutes walk to the genocide museum. 10/10 wish I’d stayed longer

Perfect for an affordable stay in Phnom Penh

Superb

Loved the studio. Big room, complete with all the facilities. There's a little kitchen, a fridge (that is super useful if you are travelling on a budget and want to buy/cook your own food). There's also a washing machine in the bathroom which I didn't expect and was so happy about haha Hot water available. Location was really good too, small and calm alley ,far from the traffic and chaos.

Flat is functional and clean.

Images don't show that entry point is also location for the occupants of other flats mopeds. Lots of people moving around up to midnight storing their bikes. Staff were extremely unhelpful. I spoke with the manager about this for which he apologised..

Good stay like home

Good apartment close to Tuol Sleng Museum in a quiet street. Air conditioning, kitchen and washing machine. Good option if you want to feel like home and cook for yourself.

We had a few problems with the equipments in the apartment, but the staff was very helpful and solved everything for us. You can talk to them for anything.

It was our second stay in Phnom Penh, the apartament is conveniently located in the city centre, close to the war museum and many cafeterias and restaurants. When you type the name of hotel on the map it is easy to find. The room was big and clean with comfortable bed. We could make a laundry BUT you have to have your own detergent. There is also a modestly equiped kitchen.

Top quality accommodation, very supportive and generous host, met my expectation with high standards. The accommodation is in a quiet local neighbourhood. Everything is not far, just around USD 1.5 away by TukTuk if you use the ride sharing app i.e. Grab. Highly recommended.

Great space for a few nights, very quiet location. Kitchen well equipped as well as the bathroom. Staff were kind and helpful.

Would suggest better toiletries for the bathroom. Liquid hand and bath soap would be helpful.
