This massive 11 bedroom, 9.5 bathroom pool home is located in the ever popular Solterra Resort Community. Only minutes to Disney but away from the hustle, this home is a perfect getaway for large groups to stay together in one place in comfort. This home has just completed furnishings and these new pictures show its beauty.
A large well equipped kitchen awaits you complete with 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers giving the ability to store groceries for the whole group. Two sets of washer and dryer!

Two full bathrooms with tub and shower; one half bathroom with shower.

Fully equipped kitchen, dinning area for you to enjoy sit down dinners in the beautiful formal dining room and for quick breakfast or meals, you will enjoy the granite breakfast bar. There are two refrigerators, and two dishwashers.
Private Swimming Pool (heated to 83F’ish) and Hottub (heated to 102F’ish) where your family/friends will love jumping into the pool in any season while adults relax in the hot tub or the fully covered pool-side Lanai/Porch.

Parking rule: Now due to the COVID-19 situation, vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. No street parking. The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars to enter per each booking, if you have more than 5 cars, please arrange for alternative parking and pickup/drop off.

We really enjoyed the stay at the property. The children loved the pool and we really didn't have to leave the house for entertainment although we did. It was good proximity to all the parks and shops we needed. The only thing that can be improved in is the quality of the mattresses. Many of the guest complained that the beds didn’t sleep well. But we didsleep kuch o. This trip. We had late nights of laugter and fun.

We had an amazing time here! Tracy was so amazing and responded quickly to any concerns or questions! The house was beautiful and very clean! We came to Florida to get married and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to have stayed! We would definitely come back and recommend the house to anybody visiting that part of Florida!

We had a large group of all ages and the house was very accommodating. We enjoyed everything about our stay except getting into the resort was a very long wait in traffic. Tracy was awesome to work with as we had a couple minor issues with the house and she was very responsive and took care of them right away.

The property was exactly as promised. It was well laid out for our family. The kids had a blast in the pool as well as the large recreation area. The two sets of fridges and laundry facilities came in very handy.

We had an extraordinary experience, I would rent with you again, I would even dare to recommend them, the only thing they should take into consideration is changing the mattresses of the beds I think they are a little too old, also the grill was not working but they give me the refund on that . overall was very nice place

We had a great time together. The pool was fantastic. The resort was great. Loved the house and how it is laid out, it worked great for our big crowd. Parking was a bit of a problem because it is very tight getting five cars in there. But we had no issues and Tracy was great to rent from. We would definitely stay in this house again.

We really enjoyed the property. Our group was initially supposed to be 21 but ended up only being 8. The family enjoyed having their own rooms and there were still 4 bedrooms not being used. The property was clean and wasn't too far from stores to get food and groceries. The property was only 25 minutes from the theme parks. The owner checked in with me the next morning after we checked in to make sure everything was fine. Definitely would stay at this property again. Loved, Loved, Loved!!

My mom, dad, 3 brothers, sister, and myself took our family to this rental for a week's vacation. The amount of beds was wonderful and all the adults had their own rooms! Tracy is amazing. She was so easy to get in contact with and even accommodated us when we requested to purchased the heat for the hot tub late. The gated community was beautiful. Would definitely rent this again!

We stayed here for a week and went to the parks and hung out at the pool. The place was clean and ready for us to use… we liked the resort and used the lazy river and pool a couple of times - kiddos loved it. Everything in the unit was functioning for us and we did not have to ask the VRBO host for anything during our stay. We liked the dual fridge and dishwasher setup - made cleanup from large group meals a lot easier. Also, there are two Publix grocery stores just 3 miles down the road - convenient.

This property is big and spacious and was perfect for our family reunion. We paid to get the pool heated and was such a good time for the family. The kitchen was very nice with 2 fridges it was perfect to accommodate all our food and a nice empty pantry for the snacks we brought with us. There were en suite bathrooms to almost every room which was perfect for the families joining us. We had lots of kids join us but we were disappointed to see that was no games or toys anywhere on the property. We had to run to target to get toys for the kids. They also had the bare minimum of tissues and toilet paper. One roll per bathroom and no tissues at all. There was also very few towels. We had to keep doing loads of laundry to wash towels. Overall was a nice stay.

The property was nice, but a few areas need some attention. The foosball table was missing some handles so we couldn't use it. The pool table wasn't level. The grill was damaged, but it did work. The property could have been cleaned and prepped better. Dirt and dust buildup on the top of door frames and baseboards. A little TLC would go a long way! Everything was good. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and met all our needs.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Tracy was absolutely AMAZING!!!! From before I booked to when I checked out she was very responsive and so helpful. The house looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean. I would recommend taking pictures of anything you notice upon check-in and emailing it her. As you will read in other reviews the parking is CRAZY! When you read parking is limited they mean that. They only allow 5 cars per booking. This is not Tracy's policy, it is HOA. They do have parallel parking at the end of the street on a first come first serve basis. We were able to secure one of those. If we return I will definitely rent from Tracy again.

I loved everything about this out. It was very spacious, Roomy and comfy. Only thing I didn’t like was the small spac that it provided for parked cars. Not up to the home owner but the security was very rude and disrespectful.

We were a group of 27 parents and gymnasts and had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The house is functional and conducive to multiple families. The Owner was ultra responsive and accommodating to our group. Very close in proximity to Disney , Orlando Airport and other key locations. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay again.
