About this apartment rental
The natural light here is incredible! This stylish condo has been recently redone with new furniture, interesting artwork, and updated tile floors throughout. Enjoy the peaceful calm, and the beautiful view of the Sunbrook Golf Course from the large deck! You’ll also find views of the distant hills while enjoying the perfect amount of privacy and partial shade offered by a few nearby trees. This incredible sunny deck is accessible from the living room as well as from the master bedroom suite.
This condo has 2 large bedrooms/suites and 2 full baths. The bedrooms have king-sized beds and their own attached master baths - each with dual vanities. The 2nd bedroom has a desk, chair and computer monitor for tele-working.
Several restaurants, shops and grocery stores are located nearby. Those who prefer to dine-in will find a well-stocked kitchen with all of the comforts of home, and a new BBQ Grill on the deck.
Enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer/dryer, and the oversized single-car garage that are included with this fantastic 2nd floor (of 3) condo. Guest access to the clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pool (closed during winter) and hot tub are also included.
High Speed Internet. Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc.
Blackrock Condos are a gated community geared toward adults. Not suitable for children.

Very neat and clean, exactly as the owner described the property!!!
It was centrally located for the all the great hiking trails in the area and also an easy ride to ZION NATIONAL PARK and Mesquite, NV.

It was fully stocked and spacious. Everything we needed was there. It was also very quiet. Loved the balcony! So private and a great place to unwind.

Perfection location for our 3.5 month stay. So many great walks, runs and hiking out the door. Well stocked kitchen, amble room within the condo and cozy for after a long day exploring. Easy communication with the host throughout our stay. Would recommend staying here. We’d definitely stay when we come back to St George.

Perfect location
St George is the nicest community. Close to Zion, but the real gem was Snow Canyon. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and the host had great communication with us. Would def recommend this property!

Great location, beautiful condo
We enjoyed staying in the Santa Clara area. It was a nice, quiet area with a view of the golf course, yet close to everything.. The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Communication with the owners was great! Towels and bedding were of great quality. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay.

A peaceful retreat !
We just spent two months in this lovely condo , it was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a pleasant stay .
The condo is in a gated , secure community close to many stores .
We enjoyed watching the golfers go by on the patio .
There are lots of walking places for early morning strolls just outside your doors.
Scott is a great host and we look forward to returning to this property .

A great break from the snow
Quiet, comfortable, with all the conveniences needed. Was great to have a garage for our bikes. Even on cooler days the patio was bright and warm. Loved every minute of our trip.

Perfect vacation condo!!
We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property. The condo is immaculate with gorgeous views and easy access to all St. George has to offer. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely rent again. The fully stocked kitchen, large bedrooms and oversized garage were perfect for our needs. The owner is accommodating and answers questions quickly.

Fabulous GetAway
Lots of room to spread out in beautiful clean condo. Owners where quick to respond with questions. Loved the deck area to grill chill have a glass of wine. The mountain views where spectular. On chilly nights great fireplace in the livingroom. The big soaker tub and spacious showers where a hugh plus. The St. George Spa is amazing for facials or massages for even more relaxation. The Cliff side restaurant has amazing views of St. George. Thank you so much for sharing your condo. I also appreciate the price point!!

Beautiful, bright, relaxing & spacious. Our FAVE St George spot!
This gorgeous, super clean condo's #1 feature for us were the views from the living room & master suite: golf course, mountains and large, green trees. It was so quiet, we could hear frogs and crickets and bird when we left the sliding doors open (screens shut) at night; we ate breakfast and dinner on the deck. The kitchen is VERY well stocked; we loved the convenience of even having plenty of ziploc bags of all sizes; a carton of eggs, condiments and dressings, seasonings. Usually, we have to buy all these items. Additionally. there are plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and mugs so we didn't have to run the dishwasher very often. The condo has a linen closet full of extra plush towels, handtowels, soap and cleaning supplies. We never heard neighboring condos; we loved a garage spot (so our car wasn't 100 degrees out in the sun!). We loved walking the neighborhood in the early mornings; we hiked; we swam at Sand Hollow and Gunlock (waterfalls); the pool was closed, but we have friends in the area and used their pools. Honestly, this place was a dream! We would love to own one ourselves :) Their decor is even perfect. Oh, and the sofas have FOUR reclining seats. One bedroom has a Smart TV; one has a ginormous walk in closet (master suite) and both bathrooms have 2 sinks. Laundry in unit is so handy! All beds and pillows (a variety of thickness, which we needed, as a group) were excellent. This condo has oversized everything, so it feels spacious and relaxing. Not too much decor. Just enough. Fireplace (we didn't need) will be amazing for winter guests. And the plush ultra thick rug in the living room was a favorite for our feet. Scott and his wife answered every question we had very quickly. Thank you for providing such a wonderful oasis in the desert!! We've told tons of friends about your place!

Beautiful updated condo!
We loved this condo, and will definitely be back. The only thing we wished for was a TV in the master bedroom. Other than that, every detail was done right!

Fantastic Condo...
We stayed in this condo for one month and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The owners are wonderful, very accommodating, very pleasant to work with and did all they could to make our stay a great one. The view of the golf course is fantastic and it is very peaceful and quiet. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a little getaway. We can’t wait to come back.

Great place for golfers - nice place - convenient
The property itself is top notch with everything you need and everything just as advertised. The convenience of the codes for the gates and doors was fantastic. The Sunbrook golf course that surrounds the property is one of the best if not the best course in St.George. We golfed it 4 of 6 days that we were in St.George. The pool and hot tub were also much used/enjoyed by our group of 5 people.

Great getaway!
We were looking to go south and get some sunshine and this rental was the best! It has a welcoming feeling, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.
Great location for going out to dinner or for a day hike in Snow Canyon State Park and back to the balcony to watch the sun set on the golf course with your favorite beverage.
Communication with owner was a breeze! We look forward to returning soon!

We had a great time! One of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Great communication from the host. Very clean, and everything was as expected. This is a quiet and peaceful location, and close to everything! We would definitely stay here again.
