Goede plek voor verblijf van één nacht op de camino Del Norte.

Prettige ontvangst en fijne gemeenschappelijke ruimte.

A disponibilidade e a atenção do atendente, super acessível e pronto pra dar uma solução...

Os armários não são trancados, e ainda há uma taxa para se comprar um cadeado para segurança dos.pertences. À noite os banheiros não são limpos, pelo que se deixa o chão completamente molhado... É perigoso pois pode ocasionar quedas ou acompanhadas com lesões irreversíveis...

Bastante decente

Poder entrar en el hostal y habitación libremente a partir de un código es muy cómodo, además hay alguien en recepción 24h. La zona no es la mejor pero se llega rápido andando al metro y al casco viejo y tiene una estación de cercanías justo debajo. El espacio en la habitación está bien, la cama es bastante decente (aunque bajita, cuidado con la cabeza).

Me hubiera gustado que en las habitaciones hubiera más de un WC, sobretodo en habitaciones como en la que estuve de 14 personas. En la parte del lavamanos también faltaba papel o alguna forma de poder secarse, y algún estante en las duchas donde poder dejar las cosas. También hubiera agradecido poder utilizar las taquillas de recepción (tuve que dejar mi mochila antes del check in) sin tener que pagar por ellas, considerando que ya he pagado por el alojamiento y no hay consigna.

desagradable

si no mirar que estaba en una zona “delicada” y conflictiva. a parte de eso estaba 10 min de centro. pero es lo unció positivo.

debajo de la cama estaban calcetines sucio de otro huésped y era muy visible. así que no se como hacen limpieza de l habitación. muy cuestionable. habian las gafas colgadas también. otra muestra de que limpieza no es adecuada. la habitación que hemos tenido era privada para 4 personas. pero con los paredes muy finos. se oía todo que pasa en otra habitación. también olía a sigarillos en nuestra habitación. que alguien fumaba al lado. las puertas hacían mucho ruido cuando alguien venía o se iba (los portazos que molestaban mucho). luz del baño se encendía automáticamente cuando pasabas o lado. por la noche sobre todo molestaba porque iluminaba toda la habitación y nos despertábamos todos cuando alguien Iva hacer sus necesidades. no volveré y ni recomendaré

Pouco espaço entre a camas, demasiadas camas para 1 quarto tão pequeno. Falta de controlo sobre as camas atribuídas. Quando chegamos ao quarto as nossas camas estavam ocupadas, tivemos que ficar em outras. Não havia almofadas suficientes.

Habitaciones interiores en un sitio básico pero nuevo y céntrico. Un poco caro por lo que ofrece.

Está situado en un sitio bastante céntrico. Es muy neutro y sencillo, pero limpio y nuevo.

La habitación es muy estrecha y un pelín claustrofóbica. Con una sola ventana que sólo se abre de forma abatible y da a un patio muy estrecho. Falta luz natural y salida o vista al exterior. Caro por lo que ofrece.

Ich würde mich sehr gerne offiziell beschweren. Ich habe noch nie in so unhygienischen Zuständen übernachten müssen. 2 Duschen + 1 WC für 14 Personen in einem Zimmer ohne Abtrennung. Eine Zumutung! Fluchttüren schlagen gegen die Fluchtrichtung auf. Das ist Lebensgefahr.

Staff were friendly

Staff took double payments as they insisted I hadn't yet paid even though I had so I paid again. We did get a refund a couple days later but it was a hassle and extra stress. The noise from the street was horrendous, could not sleep. We had a faulty light sensor in the bathroom so the light kept coming on and you could hear the clicking of it going on then off so even harder to sleep.

No frequent public transport to the hostel. Needed 11 mins walk to the centre.

Pretty clean, but sketchy neighbourhood

The dorms were pretty clean and you could have som privacy as there were panels between the beds. The staff were generally friendly.

Every time someone moved around in the dorms the lights turned on in the entire room, not during the night(after 22:00 I think) but from early in the morning, so it was hard to sleep a sufficient amount of hours if you didn’t go to bed very early. The location of the hostel was pretty bad, the neighbourhood felt kind of unsafe and you should avoid walking around there alone as a woman, and especially late in the evening. It was unclear what the code to the entrance was until I asked, I think that should be presented more clearly, since it didn’t feel very safe around there.

Exceptional

I stayed in the 14 bed room and it was great. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms and showers. Nothing to complain about. Javi from reception was absolutely amazing as he had all the knowledge of Bilbao. he helped me find the best place to eat pinxitos. ask for him if you want to know more about the secret undiscovered parts of Bilbao. Oscar and Angel were super helpful too.

Missing a stove/hob in the kitchen, makes cooking a little difficult. Light sensors are a little annoying but were manageable.

Common area and the fact the room was very clean

Unfortunately the area around the hostell is funny during the day but TOTALLY UNSAFE from late afternoon.. My mobile has been stolen from my pocket 150 meters far from the hostel and the police told us not to walk around after 6pm. Most dangerous area of Bilbao

Dodgy neighbourhood and ultra thin walls and doors made it uncomfortable

Room was clean

The people in the street look preoccupied with selling what they needed to sell and it wasn't icecream The surrounding streets smell of urine. Pretty akward with kids. The walls and front door are way to thin. It felt like the shower of the neighbours was in our room. Pushing the knob of the shower was clearly hearable. And it was pushed many times. Our neighbours came home at 3 am and left at 8 am, banging the door constantly. It sounded like a hurd of wildebeast.

Disappointing, we didn't sleep well

I liked that there were only beds in one side and a wall on the other

The beds were a bit hard and noisy, made sound when you moved. The light was motion sensitive so it turned on in the middle of the night when people were leaving/going to the bathroom. The doors to the bathroom and shower were noisy. There was only one shower for 10 people. The surrounding area seemed sketchy. The receptionist was sleeping on the couch under his shift

Very good

Modern, clean building. Excellent kitchen facilities. Room for 6 is really clean with a decent shower. Nordic body/shampoo available and the room has air con. You need a lock for the locker, if you don’t have one they will sell you one for 3 euros. I was lucky when I stayed as only 3 bunks were occupied.

The location wasn’t the best! Lots of men hanging about the street with some of them urinating right in front of me.

Pilgrims beware- not welcome. Advocate for a good bed!

Laundry is 4€ to wash and 3€ for drying

The host took one look at me as a pilgrim and put me in an airless room in the basement by the laundry and bathrooms. The A/C and lights were broken. I immediately requested another bed and my second space was perfectly adequate. After I checked in, I returned downstairs to find another pilgrim being walked to the dark, hot, basement room after I’d seen other tourist guests placed elsewhere. Disappointing.

Good

The staff were very helfpul and friendly (huge shout out to them for going out of their way to help me track down a lost item, I really appreciated it). The common space has a decent number of tables and outlets for working or reading. Location is fine. A bit of a walk to the city center but a pleasant one.

Not a very social hostel. Mostly groups or solo travelers who keep to themselves. The dorms are giant, with lots and lots of beds along a long wall and no separation between them, which isn’t great for what you’re paying. Stuffy but not a huge problem. The lights turn on and off when they detect movement, which can be annoying.

the property had kind staff

I accidentally double booked through Booking.com, which the hostel was aware of and they said they would refund me for the error. When booking.com reached out to the hostel, they told them my payment is not allowed to be refunded.

Everything good, the staff was very helpful!

The hostel was modern and very clean, just around 10min from the city center.

The bathroom facilities could be separated from the room, so you don't disturb people sleeping while getting ready.
