About this apartment rental

Remodeled August 2022! Beautiful Upscale luxury, ultra clean, updated, quiet condo offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. This spacious luxury unit is great for families, couples, week-long getaways, fun retreats and long term rentals. The condo has updated stainless steel appliances, counter tops, flooring, cabinets, quality mattresses, High end Furniture, views of the Superstition Mountains and year-round heated pool with hot tub. Everything you need for your comfort is at your fingertips to make this condo your “home away from home.”

The space

There are two bedrooms:

-The Master bedroom features a Queen size bed with a high end Temperpedic mattress, high quality linens, furniture, decor, a walk-in closet and a private ensuite half bath with fine bath towels & linens.

-The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. One of the beds is a Trundle Bed which easily makes into a King sized bed when pulled out.

The main bathroom has a regular sized bathtub with rain shower and quality towels and linens.

The living room includes:
-Large 50 inch HD 4k Ultra Smart TV with live TV streaming, Netflix, Blu ray/DVD player and a selection of Dvd's.
-High end Italian Leather furnishings, dark wood and Tuscan colorful accents.
-iPod docking station, high speed WiFi (up to 60mbps) , entertainment center, assorted books, etc. for your own use and enjoyment.
-

The Kitchen has:
- Stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, filtered water on fridge door and built in ice maker.
-It is complete with all the appliances needed such as a coffeemaker, a coffee grinder, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Blendtec blender, rice cooker, popcorn maker, Crock pot, you will find everything you need!
-Sofa has a pull out bed.

You also have your own generous sized covered patio area where you can sit and enjoy a beverage of choice facing the beautiful Superstition Mountains, palm trees and desert surroundings.

Next to the living room area is a very solid Italian Designer wood and Leather dining set with 6 chairs for family sit down dinners or to enjoy card games, fun & entertaining.

Dinnerware, glass and acrylic ware (for non-breakables for by the pool) pots & pans, tea and coffee, spices and basic dry goods for the makings for a full gourmet meal or light snacks by the pool and a dishwasher for ease of clean up!

One Covered designated parking spot is a few steps right outside your front door and there is ample guest parking also.

There is a coin laundry room right next to the pool so just throw your laundry in the washer and wait for it while enjoying the sun poolside!

Library and multi-generational rec center across the street.

Everything you can imagine is within minutes of this great vacation rental located in Apache Junction. There are outlet malls, golf courses, lakes, hiking trails, biking trails, horseback riding and restaurants nearby!

It’s close to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks and Medical clinics.

Fun Adventures at Lost Dutchman state park, Canyon Lake, Boyce Thompson arboretum, Tortilla Flats as well as other sites throughout the greater Phoenix area are all easy to access on nearby freeways.

There is a small safe in the master bedroom closet to lock your valuables and passports for your extra safety.

This unit is to remain 100% smoke free and pet free.

My partner and I were in the process of moving and needed a place to stay as we finalized things. The condo was so cute! It was very clean when we arrived and came with just about everything you would need! I very much enjoyed my stay there:)

We love this condo complex and Apache Junction area. Great location for us, nice heated pool, hot tub, and well maintained. We met the cleaning crew this stay and they were very nice! Might be an annual stay for us! Thanks again Ryan!

This condo was a comfortable place to stay. The exception being the couches which, altho attractive, we found low and soft. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. A very nice pool area and the laundry facilities were great. This is a good location. Easy access to stores, restaurants and attractions. The desert is right across the road and there is a nice view of Superstition Mountain. The owner quickly answered any questions we had. We'd stay here again.

Enjoyed being close to family over the holidays and appreciated the close proximity to parks, rec center, shopping and library. Only complaint was occasional smoke smell from other residents in the nearby condos.

The condo was clean and well equipped for our needs. Beds were comfortable. Location worked for us. Plenty of room for a weeks stay. The internet was a bit slow and did cut out at times, but we managed. The owner was in contact prior to check in. Easy access in and out of condo as there was no need for a key due to coded door. I would recommend staying here.

This condo had all the amenities we needed, even extra paper towels. There was soap for dishes and clothes, shampoo, etc. We brought our own (except dish soap), but it was nice to know we could have used theirs. The laundry is only $1.50 for a wash and $1.25 to dry, and you CAN use quarters. This was the closest, reasonably priced condo we could find near Canyon Lake, and we swam 6 of our days here. This is a quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors were helpful in telling us about the pool key, where to take our trash (dumpster), etc. We had such a good time here.

Ryan was great to work with. We were visiting daughter which was at same complex. Clean and very comfortable. Neighbors were great. Place looked just like pictures. Will be contacting Ryan on our next visit.

Stayed for a week wanted to renew for another but discovered there was roaches under the kitchen sink!!!! And silverware drawer!!! The neighbors were nice but I wouldn’t record unless u have a love for bugs ewww!! I’m just glad I survived

The bed and shower were very good. Very clean! Didn't know unit was on 2nd floor, but didn't ask either. Furnishings and flooring could use updating, but comfortable nonetheless. Pool was closed for part of the visit due to equipment issue, but not the fault of the owner. Ryan was very responsive and helpful.

Had a great time in Apache Junction. Other than a couple days without water due to building repairs, no issues. Good neighbors and great location. Ryan always quick to respond to issues. Would have returned next year but not available for the dates we needed.

Spent 4 nights at condo while visiting family in Apache Junction. Condo was very clean, comfortable and extremely well supplied if you were needing to make a meal. It was very quiet and it was the same price if we were to rent only one room with two queen beds at the local Best Western.Ryan was extremely helpful and responsive.

We stayed at this property for about three months while we did a Walmart remodel and really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and adorable. The owner was easily reachable and a pleasure to work with!
