Thuis in Split.

De positieve vibe van het personeel, de persoonlijke ontvangst, de extra info die meegegeven wordt. Geen buffet maar wel lekker ontbijt, ruime keuze. Je stapt zo van je kamer in het hart van de stad.

Niet echt goedkoop. Als je dan bij het ontbijt na je kop koffie nog een glas fruitsap vraagt, voelt het toch een beetje wrang aan om te moeten horen dat dit bijbetalend is. We hadden niets al te duur (zalm etc.) van de kaart genomen, de ober heeft het dan maar door de vingers gezien (lees we hoefden het niet te betalen). Slim personeel, nu de uitbaters nog.

The host MR.Marin is a very professional i about all of split.He will give you many useful & perfect information.The location is very good~just in the old town.If you take cruise or bus ,8-15 mins walk can get here .The breakfast is not buffet but it's also very good.Mr.Main is a handsome & tall guy.The host or manager of breakfast restaurant is a pretty lady.They are all good looking for Asian.

Great stay!

Perfect location. Great host, Marin, who shared his recommandations, booked restaurants and was very helpful and flexible! The beds were really nice and comfy. Breakfast was tasty and nice, but only meals from a menu, no buffet.

The view from the room was nothing special.

Fantasit Boutique Rooms

the rooms were a nice size, beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. Everything was within walking distance

It’s in a lively area so you can hear the people in the bars late at night. Personally I didn’t mind but if you were after somewhere quite it’s something to be aware of

Everything was fantastic. The host was friendly, very welcoming. We were given a complimentary breakfast on arrival. Our room was available early, which allowed us to spend the day in Split without dragging our luggage around. Nespresso machine and pods in our room. Superb

The staff and location were second to none! We will be back!

The location is amazing! In the middle of everything, the restaurant serves a great brekkie (included) and our meal there at night was really good!

Perfect Location, Great Staff, Restaurant Top Notch.

Location is right in the heart of the city - walking distance to everything including the port if you are getting a boat to the islands. Breakfast is in the amazing restaurant down stairs and is very good food. You can also eat there for dinner but would suggest booking early as it is a very popular restaurant in the city.

At times like the weekend the city can become quite busy and with the hotel being quite central to the nightlife it can become noisey late at night. Nothing too crazy.

The room was described as a luxury double but the bed compromised of two single mattresses. whilst the single mattresses were of good quality one would expect a proper double mattress

Very difficult to find! I was expecting a hotel but the reality is they are rooms on top of a restaurant. Bags had to be taken into the restaurant to go up on a lift and we went through an unmarked door to get up to the bedrooms. We were not expecting that from the website. However staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful especially Marius.

Exceptional

Location was perfect, very central and quick walk from everywhere. Breakfast, although limited options for a longer stay was absolutely delicious. Rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and to a very high standard. The TV also had netflix which was a bonus. Marin was the most accommodating host and so kind, helpful and highlight of the experience.

The beds in our room were two single beds pushed together so the type of bed would be the only thing I would change.

Well designed and comfortable room with an amazing shower. Wonderful staff to welcome you and help plan your stay. All the restaurants they recommended were amazing. They also booked a private car to Krka park and onto a vineyard which turned out to be an amazing day, in contrast to the busy city of split.

I loved the location, as it was right in the centre, which also meant people where still in the street having a good time into the early hours of the morning. If you are a light sleeper, i'd recommend you bring earplugs.

Great experience, would definitely come here again.

Location is perfect, the room is beautiful and the staff was exceptional. Marin helped us with booking tickets, recommending restaurants, and was available for questions all day. This place is perfect for honeymooners!

The only thing I would've loved was a designated outside area - a little terrace maybe. But that's asking a lot, the hotel was absolutely brilliant.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Our host, Marin, was really very kind, helpful, sociable to us. He recommended many good restaurants and a lot of touristic attractions, interesting places to visit. Therfore we highly recommend the hotel to everybody.

Loved it...

The rooms were in an exceptional location. We loved it here. Restaurant below was a hive of activity with quality reasonably priced meals when compared with other restaurants nearby. Great vibe, we were there over weekend so quite busy but friendly and efficient. Marin gave us a contact method if we were stuck anywhere to contact him and he would sort it out, but didnt need it.

Rooms are in a happening part of town so expected a bit of late night noise, but really wasnt an issue.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at ❤️

We had a great experience, well located and a lovely room! Definitely a “hot spot” in Split 😉 I recommend it and for sure when I go back to Split we will stay again. Marin, and all the staff were very attentive and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel's restaurant is simply wonderful, it is worth making a reservation.

Probably the best apartments in Split.

Absolutely delicious the best breakfast we have ever eaten. Breakfast quality tastes like in a high-rated restaurant, not just a hotel. Perfect location, great friendly staff. Perfectly equipped apartment.

Window isolation might be better because of noisy tourists outside but probably there are some limitations regarding windows replacement in the old city.
