About this house rental
This large home is convenient to everything Melbourne has to offer. Less than a mile from F.I.T. and Historic Downtown Melbourne Shopping and Dining District. Two miles from Melbourne International Airport. Easy, 4-mile drive to the beach. The house is split-level, providing guests with plenty of elbow room. It features Old Florida Architecture, yet has been updated inside. There are five bedrooms. Three and a half baths. There's a wood-burning fireplace and a large, fenced in backyard. This portion of the street is deliberately unpaved to keep cut-through traffic to a minimum. A lovely park playground and Crane Creek are a two-block walk from the house. Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and private bath. An additional room at the opposite room of the house also has its own private bath and full-sized bed - perfect if you're traveling with your teen and need space. Bedrooms number three and four each have a Queen bed; bedroom number five has one twin bed. Three full bathrooms, each with shower (there are no tubs in the house). Additional half-bath on main floor for your convenience. Florida Tech's gorgeous Botanical Gardens are less than a mile away. *If you're seeking a comfortable, sprawling house that's conveniently in the Heart of Melbourne, this is the one.

Our family traveled from 3 different states to gather together for my mother’s Celebration of Life. The Greenway home was perfect for our family of 8 that stayed in the home, with other family joining us for meals and the service preparations, we had 16 in the home with plenty of room, seating, kitchen prep space and bathrooms. Many was awesome to work with and was in touch to ensure we had everything we might need. We will definitely stay here again, when a family gathering is happening.

This home was the perfect space for me and my staff while in town for business. Mandy was an amazing host who was so kind and thoughtful. There were lots of notes and goodies welcoming us which made us feel right at home. This was our second time booking this house, and I would book again in a heartbeat. Mandy paid attention to every detail, and the house was stocked with everything we needed...and then some! Thank you again for everything you did to make our stay fabulous!

The house is so cozy, it reminded me of my childhood home. Its nicely updated and the beds are comfortable. Its stocked with everything you need, even beach chairs. Only spoke to Mandy for a brief moment but she was super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We really only stayed to sleep but with a full kitchen you could make meals and eat here , or enjoy some time in the large living room with comfy couch and TV. It was spacious and clean , and beds were comfortable, and shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure.

Five adult family members enjoyed the spacious Greenway house. Nice location for walks to town or the FIT campus. Easy access to I95. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals during our 3 week stay. Beds were all comfortable and wifi was good for remote working . There are nice private patio areas but we had cool weather in January so did not use it much. The showers were all step in and had plenty of hot water. We appreciated Mandy’s great communication and warm welcome. She also recommended good restaurants Skewers and Coconut Cafe which we enjoyed. Many extras such as soaps, dishwasher pods, sponge and shampoo made it very nice.

We rented this property over the Christmas holiday. It was a perfect location for our extended family: nice large family room and kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, and grocery stores were just a few minutes away. Communication with the host was superb, with timely emails (proactive and responsive), and we appreciated her attention to detail. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend this home!

The size was perfect for our party of 6 and the layout allowed us to put the kids to sleep with no worry of waking them up if the adults stayed up late or had company. The location is in a nice neighborhood close to the old downtown area of Melbourne, and it’s a short 5-10 minute drive to the beach. Highly recommended! Bonus points for the mango tree out back with fresh fruit for the picking!

This house was perfect for us! There were 6 ladies celebrating a 65th birthday.
Very nice neighborhood and plenty of parking.
I had lots of questions for Mandy regarding the house and the Melbourne area. She kindly took the time to suggest restaurants and things to do.
Loved the location being so close to downtown.
We went to an Escape Room and it was so much fun!
We only stayed for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer!
I highly recommend this lovely, clean and comfortable house!

Needed a place to stay for the loss of my sister. House was clean there were snacks when we arrived which was great because due to our timeline we were pressed for time.
Loved the information folder, very helpful.
Only concern was the floor boards on the stair landing. Very weak.

Amazing Owners and Large Home
The owners were amazing from beginning to end and very accomodating. Great family time and only 4 minutes away from Downtown Melbourne with great restaurant options. You can fit your whole family and all the necessities and welcoming snacks and fruit werr included by the owners, even a nice bottlr of wine. A must stay.

Love this house-
It is in the perfect neighborhood, large quiet lot near causeway to the barrier island:)
It has 5 lovely bedrooms and a large beautiful new kitchen!
Open living room with fabulous TV for viewing your vacation pictures,
Awesome stone fireplace den, also open.
There were 6 of us, including a handicapped gramma.
Owner was helpful in letting us mail the things we needed, and communicated every time we needed her!
If you are a family that likes to do stuff together, and eat out, and come home to comfort, this is a sweeeet choice!
No pool, but huge yard and super cool sunken patio.
All the beds were comfy! The pillows high quality and a mix of soft- firm:)
The bedrooms well appointed remodeled beautifully with nice colors and fabrics etc!
The washer/dryer set is really great!

Perfect set up for family visit
Owner was very responsive and the house was perfect for our visit. Loved the open living space that allowed us to spend time together but not be crowded. Beds were comfortable. New kitchen was great. Could use more cookware though. 4 mile straight shot to the beach and historic Melbourne just around the corner. No major frills but a great place to stay.

There were snacks and even fresh fruit for us upon our arrival along with a nice note. What a way to make us feel welcome!! You thought of everything right down to first aid supplies and lantern in the event of a power outage! These little touches really made us feel right at home! We visit Melbourne a few times a year, and would love to return if openings are available. Thank you again for everything!

Money Well Spent
Only good things to say. We had 4 kids each have their own bedroom and have their own space. We especially loved the beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas, etc that was ready for us to use. Only 3-4 min drive to the beach. Good bang for your buck. Thank You!

November weekend
The house was charming, clean, and very comfortable. We were in town to visit extended family, so we ate all our meals out but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with plenty of tableware and cookware. The host left us some fresh fruit, grab-and-go snacks, drinks, and some wine which was a very nice and appreciated gesture. The neighborhood is quiet; the home is just a couple of miles from the MLB airport so it was very easy to get in and out. We used just 3 of the 5 bedrooms and all were comfortable. The TVs were loaded with subscriptions to several streaming suppliers, so it was nice to watch movies together with our family. I would recommend this home! Thank you!

Was clean and spacious. Property owner was great at communicating with us and my group immensely enjoyed our time there.

Ok stay.
The house had a lot of space for a large group but has many things that need repair. No extra items like TP, trash bags, and light bulbs. There is quite a bit of personal stuff stashed in various places inside and around the outside of the house. Some rooms have no fans and get hot and some rooms are cold and the wireless thermostat kicks the temp up automatically after 3 hours. None of the furniture had been cleaned under for some time as evident by dust and bunnys but they do charge a cleaning fee. Deposit was returned fast.

Great location and lots of space
The location was close to everything. Within minutes to Walmart, restaurants and the mall. There was a lot of space to hang especially if you have a large family.

Great stay, plenty of room!
Great location, comfortable, clean, and management was very responsive and accomidating. The running toilet in master bath was a bit annoying and could use some repair as well as a weak floorboard which was a bit of a concern, but not a problem. There also could have been a few more basic condiments, coffee cups, and flatware. Overall a wonderful stay and although all houses have a few quirks, resolving these would certainly make this an absolutely perfect place!

Great Place; Great Value
Mandy’s home is spacious, yet cozy. It was ideal for staying a weekend to enjoy watching our two grandsons compete in a soccer tournament at Max K Roades Park. It provided a very convenient drive of 10-12 minutes which allowed us to sometimes eat and relax between games. The nice washer & dryer came in handy to keep uniforms fresh. We (from age 6 to 74) highly recommend Mandy’s home! Grandpa Steve
