The view from the bed is astonishing, and the location is in town so you are close to everything.

Location was nice with cows in the paddock next door that were friendly to people and let you feed them. Was recently furnished with nice shower and comfy bed. Best plunger coffee iv had. Appreciated the chocolate and bath salts for the outdoor bath. Overall nice country feel being in walking distance to the center of town.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at Studio 40. It was made special by the peaceful outlook, Robyn's helpful hints, the tasteful decor and fitout and all round feel of the place. Would love to stay again.

Lovely, tidy and modern studio. Loved the outside bath, the peace and quiet of the location and that we could bring our beloved dog with us. The outlook from the property was picturesque. It was nice that Robyn, the host, ensured she saw and spoke to us before we left.
Nothing really...perhaps only the plants on the path were a little overgrown and got in the way when we walked through...and we got a bit wet as a result, walking through them after it rained.

Beautifully decorated and appointed space resulting in a really relaxed vibe. Linens were top notch, bed comfortable, and bathroom lovely. The view from the deck is stunning. We were lucky to have great weather and enjoyed breakfast as well as afternoon wine outside on the deck. Bird song is lovely to listen to. We enjoyed being able to walk into town. Coromandel Town is very nice and unharmed from the cyclone. The roads were fine during our stay except 25A which did not affect our activities. Would highly recommend!

Really well curated, comfortable studio! A nice walk into town, a lovely view and great host communication!

This is a beautiful little apartment, with lots of artistic touches. The view out is lovely with flowers and plants and then fields in which we saw and heard cows munching the grass! The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was well equipped. The bath on the veranda was a lovely place to relax at sunset.
The bathroom is not separated from the rest of the apartment - not only is there no door but the walls do not reach the ceiling - even staying with a long-term partner we found this rather undesirable. Also, the curtains are very thin, so recommend you bring an eye mask if light wakes you.

Everything: Robyn was a lovely, welcoming host. The room was spacious and comfortable, and furnished with real care. The location was close to the centre of Coramandel Town but was very peaceful. There was a wonderful outlook from the verandah (and from the bed!) over Robyn's garden and the countryside beyond.
Nothing!
