Delightful, fabulous, something that I’ll go for next time

Every single thing was perfect and worked well for the house and good vibe feeling.

No Internet Oasis

The house was beautiful and cosy.

There was no internet and i couldnt get mobile data in any of Daylesford, Hepburn area. There was a leak in the bedroom with two single beds after using the spa upstairs.

Beautiful property and good location if you have a car. Is a little far from Daylesford if walking but easy for everything in Hepburn. Very clean.

delightfully tranquil and well appointed piece of paradise

it felt homely the moment we walked in, such attention to detail in every part of the home, very clean, the grounds were tranquil and it was so relaxing to sit in the deck with a glass of wine and a cheese platter. all the little extras were a bonus. we totally loved our stay, thanks for sharing your beautiful home 😊

the only small thing was that noise travelled from the upstairs at night, the floors were a little thin

Kookaburra in the old gum tree.

Beautiful tranquil large sloping garden including visiting native birds . Open fire that created additional warmth and cosiness . Generous supply of wood available. Lovely guesture to enjoy the chocolate and Italian biscotti with coffee.

The TV despite clear concise printed instructions was difficult to operate.Nil sound proofing in house, noise easily heard in all areas.There was nil instant coffee.

Every inch has been thought about!

This house is stunning - every inch of the place has been thought about. Not only warm, inviting, clean but the most stunning decor & landscaped yards. The love, care & thought put in this house is evident - so grateful we were able to share this space. Our stay in winter was cosy with many heating options & warm furnishings. Beautiful location. Thank you for opening up your home.

The house is a stunning little cottage, we were very impressed with the cleanliness and the beautiful gardens surrounding the house. Very peaceful and great location about 3 mins drive from Daylesford centre. We loved our stay!

A delightful experience.

The house was exquisitely presented with unique and antique decor and furniture. Each space was warm and presented with quality utensils, bed-sheets and towels. The veranda and gardens are well established and a delight to retreat in. Kangaroos and birds also casually enjoyed the gardens. A very quite location and only a 30min walk into town. A very under-priced stay for a very rich experience.

A stunning holiday home in a superb location, nestled in the bush. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. It was truly idyllic to sit on the verandah in the afternoon, enjoying a drink and watching the native wildlife. We would have loved to have stayed for longer, but unfortunately our travel schedule didn't allow for that.

A charming house with a delightful garden to explore. Better than staying in a hotel.

The kids were really exited to see a kangaroo visiting the garden in the morning. We arrived on a hot summer day, and the air con was already turned on, that was a nice touch from Steph.

Best location, super clean and very cosy

We liked everything..specially the garden..so close to the town.

There was a bird flying around the house at night time.that was horrifying... Other than that this place is extraordinary..

Beautiful location, wonderful XMAS decoration, all very clean, amassing veranda and backyard

The steps in hall/ living Very Dangerous, one of our friends almost fall - need visible marks on edge of steps And for owner: water taps are leaking

Sublime gardens to explore and watch the sunrise on the verandah

The gardens were beautiful! I loved walking around the property with my daughter spotting all the fruit on the trees, apricots, cherries, lemons. The interior was so beautifully decorated and cosy. We stayed in summer but imagine it would be particularly special during winter months.

The only negative was the lack of basic condiments for cooking like olive oil.

Besides the issues above we had a wonderful stay. We always here and love the property

The only issue is we could not get the bathroom heaters to work so it was very cold and there was not enough firewood to cater for 3 days.

We will definitely look to staying at kookaburra ridge in the future.

The location was great and gardens wonderful.

Unfortunately we had to leave reasonably quickly as one of my guests missed the lounge entrance stair and fell heavily. He is ok but couldn't wait to empty the dishwasher as expected. Everything else was perfect.
