Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.

The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.

Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!
HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.
**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**
SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.
GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.
OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)
SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

Our host Erika was very nice and informed us all of what we needed to know. We had a blast in NOLA! We were was able to enjoy ourselves and have a peace of mind knowing that we had a nice, clean, comfortable and quiet home to come back too! Thank you all for making our 2nd year Anniversary another memorable experience for us both! We definitely recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to be minutes away from Bourbon street, French quarters, and the casinos!

Apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The site manager could not have been more accommodating. In the Arts/Warehouse district with great restaurants, sites to see, and close enough to the Quarter if you wanted to see that.

I booked the Black and Gold for a girls weekend. The loft was clean, included hotel like amenities, and was in a great location to restaurants and a cute little coffee shop. The main room is right on a busier street, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like me. We will definitely book again!

The location is very good- away from the quarter, closer to the Hilton and Convention center. Communication with the owner was awesome as I lost my credit card and my cc company delivered it the next day and the owners made sure packages were delivered. The only downside was small issues with a clear plastic table I ran into twice- we moved it to a wall, and a very leaky dishwasher, and the water pressure was poor- in fact the sink barely had any pressure at all. The great thing was that there was no noise issues at all, and this was right at the beginning of Mardi, Gras, all good. My suggestion to the owners is to dramatically increase water pressure... and charge for it. I love a great shower!!! (And water was plenty hot, never had temperature problems, just that the water pressure was poor). Having said all of this, it's an awesome place, and communication was great. 5 Stars.

This property is even nicer than advertised The check-in was super easy and the building is safe and secure The space is amazing and fully stocked with most needs. Their are plenty of parking options available that are short distances away. I can't think of ONE negative thing to say about this property except we had to leave too soon!! And a bonus were the comfortable beds and pillows. I would recommend this property over and over. It's amazing!

I've been to NOLA numerous times, including a 10 month stay for work recently. I've stayed in extended stay hotels, lofts, and regular hotel rooms. This property was, hands down, a top favorite.
We stayed here with some friends - plenty of room to move around and both bedrooms spacious and COMFORTABLE. Kitchen fully stocked (including a welcome basket of potato chips!).
And did I mention the balcony? Corner balcony with great views!
From the exterior building/surroundings, to inside the apartment - clean, clean, clean!
From online booking, pre arrival information, and departure notice - the communication was precise & seamless.

The location was flawless. I loved the extra attention to detail in the design and decor. All appliances & air/heating systems functioned flawlessly. Both bathrooms were cleaned to perfection with excellent hot water. I loved the stock in the fridge of sodas and waters. I loved the extra thought put into providing dishwasher tablets, coffee and sugar, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, items in the bathroom. The entire building smelled amazing and clean. The elevator functioned perfectly. Residents in the building are quiet. I could talk about all the positives for days, but overall one of the most fabulous stays ever.

Ok so you can tell by the pictures the place is cool! What you can't tell is that there were probably 20 cool places to eat within a block or two and it's super close to the convention center. The communication with the host was fantastic - just a great overall experience.

The location was perfect for walking, WW2 Museum & French Quarter. My family loved the huge balcony overlooking the city. The convenience of Rouse's Market close by was great. We'd definitely recommend this beautiful unit and the quality of the property manager. Hope to return.

This property was absolutely beautiful! The photos are great but it is even more amazing seeing it in person. As soon as you walk into the property you feel like you are in a beautiful art gallery. The high ceilings, brick walls and beautiful decor is spectacular! The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were high end. The location is perfect! We walked to the French Quarter, the Mercedes SuperDome, Jackson Square, and other well known areas. There are lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Myra, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Her communication was excellent making sure all of our needs were met and our questions were answered. It really made it so much easier to have check in information in an email as well as a text message for quick access! When we come back to New Orleans this will be the place we stay. We HIGHLY recommend it! Thanks Myra for making our stay perfect!

I have stayed here several times over the past few years and this place never disappoints! The unit is so clean and well stocked with necessities. The management is fabulous and goes above and beyond to help. It is conveniently located close within walking distance to the convention center and several local bars and restaurants. Myra did a great job communicating quickly any time we had questions. The condo was fantastic and was just what we were looking for instead of booking a regular hotel. It was the perfect distance from our conference center and also from the NOLA night life :)

This was a beautiful loft located just down the street from everything. We were able to walk just about anywhere we wanted to go. Few blocks down from Canal St and the casino. Right by the river walk and mall.

All-around excellent stay. Booked last minute after cancelling reservations at another AirBnB. Great communication, easy check-in, perfect location, and an immaculate apartment. We loved the apartment's and building's modern decor. We were lucky to have a room with a wrap-around balcony. Any toiletry that one may have forgotten was provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and glasses. Chilled mugs were located inside of the fridge. My wife loved the Aveda body products. Little things matter and the owners were very intuitive to guest's needs and creature comforts. Check-out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again, and again.

A great property with high end finishes. Not sure if we had anyone in terms units next to the us but we never did hear another TV and very little hallway noise. The building is cool, has a small gym on the ground floor a d you are a short walk to several restaraunts. You can see the casino from your balcony and it in only a about a 5 minute walk. It is also a couple blocks from the river walk mall area and close to canal street. It is also walkable to the french quarter and may take 10-15 minutes but it is an easy walk. You do get some street noise but it is mostly from vehicles and pretty standard for city locations (less than many options that are on canal or directly in French quarter). The unit had plenty of supplies for the bathroom and even some drinks and chips to welcome us.

The apartment was a corner unit with a private balcony overlooking the warehouse district. Plenty of comfy seating in the open concept living/kitchen space, king size beds that gave us the best sleep ever, and the hosts left us a sweet welcome note with snacks! The building and room are.both secure with.coded so we felt safe.
