this was my second booking with this owner, it's a pity that the experience was ruined.

I booked the hotel for 4 nights. After the first day, I wanted to cancel the remaining reservation for personal reasons. I asked the hostess if it was possible to cancel the reservation and return the money. To which she replied: "write to Booking support." I wrote to the Booking support, after which the booking replied that the hotel owner refuses to return the money. Why she simply answered that the money will not be returned to you, have no idea. After that, the owner wrote why she should return the money. I replied that in that case I would like to leave the reservation before the paid date. I was very surprised when I arrived at the apartment the next evening, but my things were not there!!! I wrote to the owner and asked where my things were when I was actively booking for another two days. After that, rudeness followed me, that I did write to her that I wanted to leave the booking and I did not cancel it at Booking, although this was clear from the message history. And the hostess, after cleaning the apartment, did not even write to me about the left things. Would I like to pick them up, if she understood it. But there was no such message. In addition, the hostess was in no hurry to resolve the issue on the same day, although it was still 7 pm and my things were returned only the next day (and not completely (the food was partially returned). Also, the owner did not ask if everything was ok, and whether the conflict could be considered settled. The owner of the apartment did not try to make contact, but immediately accused and was rude. The room is not very clean.
