NB: Stedet krever depositum

Vi bestilte stedet på ettermiddagen og skulle ankomme på kvelden. Men der var ingen til å ta imot oss, og ingen svar når vi forsøkt å ringe verten. Så oppdaget jeg at det var kommet en mail om at vi måtte betale 500 euro i depositum for å bo der. Det hadde vi ikke mulighet til på så kort varsel. Vi forsøkte å ringe verten flere ganger men kom bare til en telefonsvarer. Til slutt måtte finne en annen plass og bo og fikk heller ikke pengene tilbake. Det bør stå en advarsel på bestillingssiden om at stedet krever et stort depositum før man bestiller

Appartement très propre, bien décoré, agréable et fonctionnel. Bonne literie. Tout ce qu il faut a l intérieur. Je recommande

Juste une remarque concernant notre expérience personnelle, ma maman âgée a eu un peu de mal à monter les 2 étages pour arriver à l appartement

Està molt bé, còmode, net, estava ja calent, etc

Alerta, hi ha una fiança amagada a les condicions especials. I no permeten cancelar la reserva quan ho veus si no ho havies vist. Si no pagues per transferència, o PayPal, no et donen els codis per les claus. Dona molta desconfiança, però l'endemà mateix ens havien tornat per paypal la fiança.

A deposit of 500e was required, which surprised us. However everything went smoothly.

the people were extremely helpful and easy to work with. it was clean and was quite comfortable in the heat.

they didn’t have extras, toilet paper, or towels, pillows.

Nice area, good facilities in the room. When we checked out before opening hours and forgot a phone on the room, the personel solved the problem for us quickly.

Restful stay in a nice apartment but not close to anything.

Clean, neat, and the host was exceptionally nice.

The info on booking.com is confusing and hidden and although the apartment is great we probably wouldn’t have selected it if all the details were clear and highlighted.

A diamond in the rough - a wonderful rare find 🤩

This place is perfect - in every respect the owners have gone over and above to make one’s stay completely memorable. Stylish and yet relaxed. Spacious and yet cozy. Definitely a go to place and we will be returning for sure.

Good value for a one night stopover on a long journey

Nicely decorated. Lots of local information. Very well fitted out kitchen. You could stay here comfortably for a number of nights - we were only staying for one.

We were lucky to find on street parking right outside the property. It might not be so easy at other times.

Will recommence to live here and having some explore in Valence.

- The location is nice and it is free parking on the street. - To the center just by walking is fast and quite place for a night to sleep. - The bed is really soft, clean and comfortable.

- Sound insulation is not very good. Can hear the neighborhood a little bit. - If the lights can be warm colors, it'll feel more like home. But so far so good. At least it is already a quite appartement and not too far to center.
