Nice place to stay when visiting Cavtat.

A perfect stay!

We enjoyed a real pleasant stay of 2 nights and a very warm welcome by the host family, even with a nice welcome drink. For the 3 of us we had enough space in the apartment, it was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, a bit outside the old center but we enjoyed the small walk to it. Unfortunately our stay was a bit short, next time I would like to spend more time in Cavtat and would definitely book this apartment again when it's available.

Little bit disappointed

The apartment is really modern designed and looks nice. You have Netflix on the TV so you can watch some movies. There are towels and toilet paper. The owner is really nice but we saw her only two times, when we come and one day before out check-out. Cavtat is really nice tower.

The apartment is right at the exit from Cavtat and wherever you want to go, you need a car. On Booking is information that the nearest beach is 550 m, which may be by air. It took us 15 minutes to walk up and down to the beach because the apartment is on the hill. It is very hot in the apartment. The bed is on the gallery where the air conditioner does not reach, so we slept on the couch, and the owners look directly through the window at the couch from their balcony. The apartment has no balcony or terrace, so when you get there, you are forced to sit in 30 m2. In the kitchen, knives are missing, for example, we only had a bread knife. The toilet bowl is extremely uncomfortable, and the shower leaks from the side and the drain is blocked. We booked parking place but there is only two parking places and five apartments so the most time we didn't have parking place, which is problem there because there is no public parking and we parked on the street.

Everything. The bus stop n.10 is near the house to go to Dubrovnik and to the beach. All the amenities and Ac were super good.

We stayed only for 2 nights,but felt straight away like being at home :)We loved staying at the terrace which had amazing skyview!The beds were very much comfortable!The hosts were very nice &friendly people:)Hvala puno i vidimo se opet:)

Very spacious and comfortable, great AC and all the facilities/amenities we could possibly need. Super easy and convenient parking. Short easy walk into town. The hosts were SO welcoming - thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Welcoming and helpfull host. Cleanliness. Comfortable and well used space room.

Weak wifi signal. Shower drainage could be better. Good to know : there is an airport nearby and you will hear each flight ,still there are no flights over night.

This is perfect for me I love cycling and the roads around this property are fantastic. Very little traffic on the road

the apartment was huge and all the bits and bobs you would ever need.

The only thing was a view of the sea and if I had that I’ll be paying twice the price

Superb

The studio is situated on the 2nd floor of the building and is accessible by an interior stairway. It has everything you need to make you feel comfortable. The design of the studio simply makes you feel at home. It is new, with a modern design, modern furniture and appliances, and a modern shower booth in the bathroom. It also has a large terrace with a table and four chairs, plus a pliable clothes hanger for drying your clothes. The beds are large and fairly comfortable. I would judge the hardness of the mattresses at around 7 on a scale from 1 to 10, 8 being the magic number for us.

The fridge had no freezing compartment, so we couldn't stock up on icecream :( ... too bad. We felt a bit exposed in the living room area in the evening - there were no curtains or blinds whatsoever for the huge glass wall and the sliding glass door separating the terrace from the interior. Sound proofing was inadequate - we could clearly hear the other guests talking in the adjacent studios. The appartment is actually not an appartment, but a studio with only partial separation between the so called rooms. You can forget about watching TV in the living room or any noise making activity while others are sleeping. We had no wifi for the first day and night - for some reason the owner did not/could not provide us the password until the next day. The satellite antenna cable was plugged out of the TV - it took us a while to determine why no channels were being displayed. Only FTA channels were available (mostly news channels in English, German, French, etc., teleshopping and adult hotline advertising channels). The so called streaming service is not free - the TV (an Android based Tesla model) simply has the Netflix app installed where you can theoretically enter your own prepaid subscription credentials to watch content. The WiFi signal is good but the transfer speed is not fit for streaming. We measured just around 2 Mbit/s effective download speed.

Very homely feeling very nicely put together. Bed is comfortable so we slept well. Owner is extremely helpful and we would recommend this flat to anyone travelling without small children and who is fit to do stairs.

Restricted high in the bedroom area and steep staircase so not suitable for everyone but very nicely finished.
