Very unique house. Great place to relax and unwind. Rooms are big, bathrooms is massive. All necessities were there great atmosphere. House is full of lovely decor, if you are into Instagram you will have a blast!
Although some breakfast items were provided there was no butter so made it tricky to cook, with such a massive selection of kitchen supplies it was odd that it was missing. Also we couldn't find a cheese grater. However these were just such a minor issues.
One thing worth noting though is that the WiFi isn't reliable. I had online yoga to do in the morning and there was no connection on my phone or WiFi in the house, so if you in need of WiFi it might not be the best option for you, but I guess not much can be done about that.

Perfect location, 5 min walk to town. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. 3 fab bedrooms very comfy beds and pillows. Very large bathroom with power shower and double size bath. Lovely touch by the host of bread eggs milk tea coffee sugar. We were 2 couples attending a function at Bowland brewery. Would be an absolute ideal base for party of 6 attending a wedding in the town or surrounding Ribble Valley. The communication by the host Darryl from booking to completing the stay was first class. Thanks for a lovely stay we will be back.
This is in no way a criticism as the host makes parking clear on the description. This is a busy residential street and when we arrived at 5pm had to drive around a couple of times before parking on the next street where there were a few spaces left. You may be lucky to get parked outside or nearer if arriving earlier than we did.

The location was great and perfect as a base for getting ready for my wedding at Holmes Mill. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Downstairs space was amazing and decorated nicely! On street parking wasn’t an issue.
A working dish washer would have been ideal and/or a cloth for washing up. Also quite a few cigarette butts outside in the rear garden, which is a shame if previous guests have left these.

Perfect stay for a wedding at Mitton Hall. Very spacious, clean and home like. Thank you very much!

Loved the house, very comfortably and really nice furnishings and decoration.
No hairdryer (I should have read the list, but we took it for granted there'd be one there) Also the plug in the bath was broken. It wouldn't seal, so, unfortunately, couldn't be used. These were minor inconveniences to be honest. The pluses well outnumbered the minuses.

A very comfortable house, suited 3 old ladies very well with 3 good bedrooms. Clean, nicely decorated, roomy. Close to town centre, an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Finding a parking space in the street was never a problem. Nice to find milk and eggs there waiting for us.
It was clearly stated in the info that there was no wifi, but quite unusual these days. And we never found a hairdryer. In fact it turns out it isn't on the list of equipment, but we hadn't thought to check for that as assumed there would be one. We sent a text to the host to ask if there was one but got no response.

Very clean property, hosts had left extra which were useful for the morning after
I think for a group booking, an extra bathroom would’ve been beneficial, but we knew this when booking.

Lovely decor, spotlessly clean and perfectly priced. and also a really nice touch adding bread, eggs etc for guests to use.
A toilet bin would be the only thing I would suggest.

lovely and spacious, very cosy. Ideal for us at a wedding around the corner. Host was very helpful re slightly earlier check in time and reassuring about the heating in very cold weather - our boiler had broken the day before so was lovely to spend the night in a warm, deceptively spacious, cosy house.
Parking on street also wasn’t an issue, busy yes but was always a space.

Very relaxed and cozy, we were at a wedding and came home, the lamps had been left on very welcoming... wish we had an extra night or so to enjoy it more.

I was sent a key code before the stay to access the property so it was so easy. The place is lovely and felt just like home. Everything you need was there for a perfect stay. We have a lovely time and brilliant location as we were going to a wedding at the Out Barn which was a taxi ride away. Will definately recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Clitheroe without hesitation
Nothing evertyhing was just perfect

Great location for the venue we were attending and for town centre, all within a few minutes walk. Larger than expected with 3 good sized really nice bedrooms and a large bathroom. Clean and well presented. Owner had left some bread, eggs and milk etc. which was a nice thought.
Minor issues really. Parking is hit and miss as it's a small residential road with only on street parking so you could be parked away from the house, we didn't mind this as we only stayed one night but some people may. Hot water wasn't switched on, quickly solved with a phone call but had to wake our friend up as the boiler was in his room.

Perfectly located for the town centre, yet nicely situated on a street that's very quiet during the night.
The house has the 'wow' factor when you open the door and see how surprisingly spacious and tastefully furnished it is.
The beds are very comfortable with good quality linens.
Oh, and there IS WiFi, contrary to the blurb, which was a relief 😅.
Darryl, the host, is just a text/call away, and responds immediately. He kindly allowed us to go into the property early when we arrived before the stated time.
It's a shame that the dishwasher and log burner are not to be used. A fire/ focal point would perfect the 'cosy' feel.
