About this apartment rental
We manage all our properties personally, so you'll always be talking directly to the owner when you work with us, and we take great pride in giving you the best vacation experience possible! In case you need a smaller option, you can find our other property at VRBO 1438979.
Enjoy Beach and Boating access, and all the other amenities at our luxury beach house in the gated community of Palm Harbor. Neighborhood amenities include a pool and clubhouse with outdoor restrooms, tennis courts, a full marina access to boat parking if needed, fishing, sidewalks and little to no traffic and direct beach access is a 2 minute walk across the street at The Palms condominium.
Palm Harbor is centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach, 10 minutes from the Foley Beach Expressway, and a 3 to 5 minute drive to restaurants and grocery shopping. Our marina provides daily boat mooring with Cotton Bayou connecting you to the adjacent waterways from Orange Beach to Perdido Key and beyond.
For your trip to the beach we provide beach chairs, two large beach carts, umbrellas and toys for the kids. We also have tennis rackets, a ping pong table, outdoor grill, picnic table downstairs and a quiet neighborhood environment to enjoy your vacation.
Along with these neighborhood amenities, enjoy our newly renovated beach home. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan with full size dining table, wrap around sectional and additional seating in the living room.
Downstairs we have 1 king bedroom with a 43 inch Smart TV. Upstairs we have 1 additional king bedroom with a 43 inch Smart TV, a bunk room with 2 queen over queen bunks with memory foam mattresses to sleep 8 very comfortably, also with a 43 inch Smart TV. And our fourth bedroom is the master suite with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and 55 inch TV.
Both floors have wrap around decks with Trex furniture, seating and side tables so you can enjoy the view of the tennis courts or pool which is adjacent to our property.

Great stay overall! House and pool was great. Walk to the beach was short but stressful, we had to cross a very busy road and the only other option was to pay $10 for parking per day. Short drive to lake, restaurants, and shopping.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful and well maintained home that is very accommodating. The host, Jason, is so attentive and makes sure your needs are met. The walk across the street can be a little dicey but this rental is worth every penny. We had 9 people with us and there was plenty of room to spread out and have alone time. The pool and the pier are also incredible. Thank you for making my birthday week stress free!

Overall, we had a lovely week at this location. Two things to note, the bicycles were not usable, the main road that you have to cross in order to get to the beach is extremely busy 4 lanes of traffic, especially with all your beach gear and small children. The house was very nice and clean and in good order. The pool was small but nice enough to hang out there now and again.

This property is everything you need for a large family beach vacation. Lots of seating inside and outside, kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to prepare meals, easy pool access and close to the beach. I would highly recommend this property!!

Property is just as described and I would’ve given all 5’s except the road to cross to the beach is very busy and at times a little dicey to cross. Would be great if there was a cross walk closer than Cotton Bayou. But still didn’t stop us from going to the beach every day with all our gear. Jason is super responsive and amazing to deal with. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and no complaints. Thank you for sharing your home!!

This is a beautiful beach home, close to the pool and tennis courts. We loved that there was plenty of parking with no additional fees. Our only concern was crossing the very busy 4 lane highway to get to the beach. Getting stuck in the middle turn lane with small children was very nerve wracking. We had a great stay and the owner was verry attentive!

Beautiful Beach Home
Jason's house was absolutely perfect for our week long family beach vacation. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6 adults and two children. Lots of time spent at the beach (right across the street) or relaxing by the pool. Spent a lot of time running, walking, and biking in the State Park which is very close to the home as well. Hope to make it back sometime soon to stay again at Jason's wonderful home.

This property was nice and quiet! Didn't love having to run across the road to go to the beach, but the beach access being so close was nice! The property itself was exactly as described. The host was very attentive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, perfect neighborhood
This house had plenty of room for the 6 of us to stay comfortably for the week! The decor was nice, the property was clean, and we felt at home during our stay.

Great for a Beach Trip!
Our friends were all here for a bachelorette trip, and we had such a blast! Of course no loud parties, but great listing and great communication. The neighborhood was perfect and it was super close to the beach and the bars.

Dream home
We loved our home and location. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with a pool and tennis courts right in the back yard. We chose not to use the "private beach" access because you have to cross 5 lanes of traffic to get there. We found a quiet beach down the road and set up there.
We had a couple of issues while we were there but the owner was prompt in a response and did what he could to make things right. We were a little bummed about not having kayaks so we could explore the bay but there are so many things to do it didn't really impact our experience.
The house is very clean and has almost everything you could want. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs including tupperware for leftovers.
Pro-Tip - make sure you bring household consumables (trashbags, foil, ziplocks, tp, laundry and dish detergent, etc.)

Very clean, comfortable home with a GREAT location to everything in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores! Owner was very responsive to all our needs and made sure everything was to our satisfaction all week. Would highly recommend both the Owner and the Property!

Excellent Access
Property is as advertised and in excellent condition. Beach toys, chairs, etc that came with property are a nice touch; the kids loved playing in the garage and riding around the neighborhood.

There is a nice boat ramp just a few blocks away and plenty of room to park your trailer on the property. (it is first come first serve) We didn't have any issues parking the boat in the boat slip. Crossing the road to the beach can take some adjustment depending on the time of day and traffic. It is not that bad of a walk and having the carts for the beach make it much easier especially if you have a full load.

This place is pure luxury!
This place is literally perfect! We went with 11 kids, two adults and we had more than enough space without ever feeling crowded. We hauled all this gear with us and once we got there, we realized they had everything already supplied and I mean everything you need for a beach vacation...including cruiser bikes for all size humans!
This rental is literally 20 feet from a tennis court which the kids really enjoyed - tennis rackets supplied - and then right next to that was the community pool. It is literally close enough to just grab a towel and walk for less than a minute.
What about the beach you say? Well this home is right across the street from the beach. You walk about three houses to the entrance of the small community and then you are at the street you need to cross to be right there on the sand. We did find out that that road can be a bit busy to be honest, but we crossed it safely hauling our gear and gaggle. You can drive about 3> minutes to a public beach access with parking, a rinse off station, toilets etc. We enjoyed that option the best. We were also very close (about a 5 minute drive from driveway to destination close) to so many stores incl. Walmart and Publix, restaurants, Starbucks (thank the lord), etc it was just so convenient.
Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with how easy and enjoyable it was staying at this rental.
It had so much for us and was beyond luxury!!! I felt like a spoiled queen, and the owners were great to work with and made themselves available for any issues or questions.
We will be back, we loved loved loved this place!!!!

Great house, wonderful family vacation!
We were very happy with this house for our family vacation. We traveled with my older parents, so having a bedroom downstairs was really nice for them. Owners were super helpful and quick respond to all of our questions, and offered some suggestions for local eating/shopping. We've been to all the standard restaurants, but they had some great suggestions for some "off the beaten path" options.
The house was just fantastic, all the amenities we needed and so much room. Bedrooms are all very large. Dining area and living room accommodated our large family with no problem at meals or in the evening. We really did feel like we were right at home. Kids loved the bunk room with their own TV and video games, and the outdoor games they had in the garage (cornhole, tennis rackets, etc). Balconies are HUGE with more than enough furniture for us. Neighborhood was great, very quiet and well kept. No swimming as it was February, but the pool was very nice, and it's a quick walk to the beach as we went sea shell hunting in the mornings.
Loved our stay, we'll definitely be back. Best rental we've had in OBA!

Guys Trip
Wow, this was a really nice property! We came down for a quick fishing trip this week and were looking for somewhere that our whole party could stay (6 guys) and that had a marina/boat slip. This was the perfect setup. Marina was one of the nicest we've used in OBA for a neighborhood, boat slip was perfect for our needs and they had a nice cleaning station, sinks etc. House had king beds in all the rooms, and the Queen bunks were awesome, everyone got their own bed. Furnishings were very nice and kitchen was well stocked, but we went out and ate mostly, several restaurants right close by and Publix is 5 minutes away by the Expressway.
Jason, the owner, was super quick to answer all our questions and very helpful. We're planning a family trip for the summer and I think this will be our new spot. Downstairs garage is loaded with vacation toys - kayaks, bikes, beach toys, etc and the beach is directly across the street. Highly recommended!
