Nice Experience

Friendly staff.

So I got there earlier than ny check in time thats around 4:30am because my plane arrived early.I explained my situation The receptionist on duty wouldn't even allow me wait in the waiting area until the check in time. He later offered me to join him in one of the room since I looked tired.i agreed and this man was actually asking me to sleep with him,when I refused he asked me out.and also refused me waiting in the couch. I have to pick a taxi back to the airport to go and wait there. It was very risky around 4:40am Indian time. Looking at the fact that I'm a visitor and don't know anyone around.He calls himself Tiger. Hmmmmmmmm.i felt really bad and scared. Aside that the other two persons I met were very nice.

This is a small hotel with limited facilities but within a short 5 minute drive to the international airport. If you are arriving late, leaving early and are looking for a hot shower, it will suffice.

Not much point including breakfast in the rate. On arrival we were informed breakfast was at 0900; that aside, there was no sign of a dining room or kitchen.

Great stay

Great location, just a few steps away from the metro station which has a good link to Mumbai CSMT, also very close to the airport. The hotel is in a very busy area, however, it’s down a side street, so once inside it’s peaceful and quiet. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was large and comfortable, we slept very well. Good air con, good WiFi. The staff were fantastic, professional, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Raj,Mohamed Samsada ( apologies if I’ve spelt that incorrectly) ,Rafiq, and Ashfak for making our stay an enjoyable experience. We will definitely stay again when we next visit Mumbai.

Decent hotel at a budgetary price

Hotel is adjacent to Sakinaka Metro with good connectivity. Everything is available within walkable distance. Rooms are so cleanly maintained. Ashfak and Raj at the reception are very good in receiving the guests and available at anytime on a call.

Nothing fancy but clean and convenient to the airport

Proximity to airport (12 mins in Uber) and very low price. Helpful, friendly staff. Basic but clean. I felt safe, bed comfortable enough and the slept well with earplugs. Fine for just a night or two.

The area is busy, noisy and dirty. The shower didn’t get hot and was just a dribble of water. It’s ok for Indian standards but Westerners might find it a little bit rough.

The staff was providing a exceptional service and specially the reception guy Raj was over welcoming me as a Sri Lankan. I would recommend this place for a short stay,Since it's a commercial area.

English speaking staff need to be hired.

Best Hotel in Adheri East Hotel Aster.

I loved the staff, especially Raj the manager, senior staff Shamshad Ashfaq the junior staff,very nice and very professional. Shanshed even helped sort our my train ticket and Raj was very helpful about Mumbai and the local area. These guys definitely deserve a pay from Mr Sadrul. Awesome place and I will return again.

Хороший отель в центре Мумбаи. Нормальное соотношение цена - качество. Отличный персонал - особенно хороший сервис оказывал Ашфак. Ашфак помогал нам по всем нашим просьбам и мы остались особенно довольны. Спасибо Ашфаку, очень хороший парень.

Хотелось бы фруктов на завтрак в дополнение к лепешкам и чаю. Завтрак немного маловат.

Overall very convenient, it’s right smack at the Sakinaka Metro.

The staff try their best to make you comfortable.

Staff should try to equip the room with toiletries, towels upon check in. Not wait to ask.

It was beyond my expectations and exceptional👌

My 4 days stay at Aster hotel has not only been comfortable but very exciting.Hotel closer to the airport,closer to my examination center.The room I slept in was big and comfortable.These staffs Raj,Ashfak and housekeeper were so ready to listen to everything and also help me navigate myself around Mumbai.Infact this really made me feel at home,and when it was ready to leave I didn’t feel like leaving.I loved all the meals I ordered at the hotel during my stay.Infact what is it not to love about ASTER HOTEL.fully and highly recommend this to anyone visiting Mumbai.

There’s nothing to hate about the hotel.If I’m given the chance to visit Mumbai again.I wouldn’t hesitate to chose/book Aster hotel again and again.

not fit to stay with family .

i booked ASTER hotel then i paid some amount for conform booking , after reached midnight with family ,they arrange some nearby hotels (they said same owner) there was no option midnight with family , and i stayed in another hotel which was provided by them ( not which i was booked )

Pour un budget correct j'ai pu dormir les 4 h dont j'avais besoin.

Ils ont été très flexibles et m'ont permi de trouver immédiatement une chambre très simple pour dormir durant mon court transit en pleine nuit ...Merci pour ça !

Une odeur de moisi dans la salle de bain. J'ai dormi quand même .

Bad!

When I woke up,I told the staff to clean it up because there was a big cockroach on the floor.they brought a plastic bag where they brought me breakfast,and they said they would give me the time at 9 o'clock,so I paid for it and didn't eat it.And the receptionist is unkind.

W miarę czyta pościel.

Obsługa hotelu to naciągacze i bardzo nieprzyjemni ludzie widzący w tobie tylko pieniądze. Za płatność kartą chcieli sobie naliczyć ekstra koszty mimo, że nie było takiej informacji. Złożyliśmy request o wcześniejszy check-in a na miejscu zaproponowali ceną jak za całą dobę. Po tym jak wyszliśmy z obiektu w poszukiwaniu czegoś innego, dogonił nas chłopak i powiedział, że da nam pokój na czas oczekiwania na pokój właściwy za darmo. Obsługa okropnie kaszlała i ciężko było się dogadać z czymkolwiek. Łazienka nie była zbyt czyta, pokój tak samo.

Overall ok we just had to stay one night.

La proximité du métro. La clim fonctionne très bien. Rues très commerçantes. La gentillesse du personnel

Les lits inconfortables, durs comme la pierre. Pas de pression sous la douche, ni dans le lavabo. Le sol n'était pas lavé.

Disappointing

During check-in, the receptionist asked to show the email confirming the reservation, and then took a photo of it (the PIN was also visible). The next day after checking out, he left a review on my behalf (of course 10 points). I think that I was not the only victim of such activity, so the rating on the portal is unfairly inflated. The stay in the hotel itself was successful and if not for this action, my rating would probably be much higher.

Overall great!

We had an absolutely amazing time here. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The service was exceptional as well. The staff I encountered here were delightful and eager to help especially Mr. Shamshad. He was over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. He was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable. Thank you! Will recommend to my friends!
